Sbarro

This is one of those places where you can get a slice of pizza. I know it is not the best pizza in the world, but you know while you are shopping and you would like a slice of pizza of something Italian this is a good place for that.
I would have to say the customer service for this place, was just OK, nothing special while they were not completely rude while we were there. Again, just average.

I ordered the pepperoni Stromboli, my favorite for on-​the-​run. It wasn’t terrible, and the customer service was fine. However, it was very overpriced for what it was. The dough throughout the Stromboli was not thoroughly cooked, even after they put it in the oven a second time.

Growing up as a teenager, I used to LOVE Sbarro! How could you not appreciate a huge slice of pizza for a really cheap price?! Well it’s still pretty affordable but when you have all these other pizza places nowadays, I think you need to step up your game a little bit and improve the quality of your pizza. Needless to say, my daughter loves their pizza and the pasta, so that’s why I go there. The workers are friendlly and the portions are pretty good.

The pizza is good, but we’re gonna stop coming back because they are so unprofessional at this location. It’s sad.

The pizza wasn’t that bad or good either, the pizza kinda tasted mushy and the crust was extremely burnt. I guess it hit the spot. Not a pizza to die for.

If you like cold pizza and crappy customer service this is the place for you. The staff is lazy, un attentive and downright stupid. The food is terrible and cold. I am not sure why they are still in business. Other nearby options would be a better choice. To the management of this place: your employees are terrible and your food sucks — I hope you close this location or learn how to do business.

Uhhhmmm bought 4 pizza slices because we had the munchies… ¾ of our pizzas had like, CHARCOAL stuck to the bottom. Another one of my pizzas was broken in half and placed in the to-​go box. The charcoal that was stuck to the bottom of the pizza was like super hard and blacked pineapples, apparently. And what is «BON APPETITE»? Please explain.

Before Oakrdige Mall became a Westfield and Main Street Plaza was a corn field Sbarro’s was the place to go for a slice of pizza. Came here early this morning with my friend and saw that they only had a few pizzas out. Instead of one whole pizza dedicated to being ‘supreme’ they make pizzas — partly supreme and the other part veggie. I think they are consolidating their pizzas because they are not selling fast– so kudos to them for not wasting. I got the pepperoni stromboli which looked amazing. After taking one bite I realized the dough was raw in the center. So I took it back and got my money refunded. It’s a shame the quality of the food has gone down hill.

I remember that one day when my dad walked around Oakridge mall with us and asked my brother and me what we wanted for lunch.
We were younger and crazed by junk food, so it came at no surprise when my brother said straight out, «PIZZA.» We found Sbarro, right next to Carl’s Jr. in the food court and stared at the delicious pizza cased. We ordered one slice of pineapple and another slice of pepperoni.
We expected soft crust, melty cheese, and overall, a pizza we would occasionally crave for later on in life. We expected wrong.
The crust was burnt and cold, making my teeth dig. and dig. and dig until it could finally bite through. The meal was overpriced for cold slices of pizza, and I never, ever came back again. I was very disappointed because the way the pizza was presented through the glass in the front made it look amazing. I wonder what happened.
I don’t think I should give this place only one star. The boy who gave us our pizza seemed kind and shared a smile with us at the register. If I had horrible service with horrible pizza, then no doubt Sbarro’s would recieve a –1 rating.

Came here on the way out and we should of just kept walking. Had their pan pizza and drink special and there was not anything special about it. Tried 3 different kinds of pizzas and they were horrible. Pizza was cold, ingredients were stale, and crust was hard as a rock. Can’t believe they had the audacity to even serve that. We’ll know for next time :(

My wife and I along with my son and granddaughter age 4 wanted to have dinner at Sbarro’s in Oakridge Mall since we were shopping there. Sbarro’s used to have outstanding pizza years ago. I don’t know what happened but it tasted like it was outsourced. We ordered 3 combination dinners which consisted of a slice of pizza, side, and drink. How difficult is it to ruin a slice of cheese pizza. It was cold even after I requested the slice to be heated and it looked like it shrunk. They normally charge $ 3.29 for 1 slice of cheese pizza. Next time I will take my family to the warehouse store that starts with a «C» and get a slice that is served hot and twice the size for $ 1.99.

Just had another example of great customer service here. I was looking for chocolate milk for my (now 4-​year-​old) daughter, but grabbed regular by mistake. The cashier noticed my mistake, and looked for a bottle of chocolate by the register. When he didn’t find it, he offered to check in back, and came back with some chocolate milk. It would have been easy for him to just say «we must be out». I really appreciated the extra effort.

Okay. So I do realize this is not fine dining, however I do expect the people working at Sbarro to at the very least be polite when I’m being polite to them. So, here’s what happened…
I was at the mall with my friend, my 19 month old daughter and my 12 week old son. I went to Sborro to get something to eat and asked for a side of pasta. I asked the girl working there, Esmeralda, to only put a small amount of pasta because it was for my daughter and she wouldn’t eat much and would make a mess with too much on the plate — she ignored me. When she was putting it on the plate I told her she had put enough when she put one scoop on and she told me, «No, I’m giving you a side. That’s what you get» and proceeded to load the plate with pasta… URG! I was so caught off guard that I didn’t know what to say.
Not only that, but when I was trying to juggle a double stroller and a tray she told the woman behind me to, «Just go around her!». The woman behind me very nicely told me not to worry about it and to take my time. She also looked a little suprised and didn’t seem to understand why this girl had such an attitude…
I am just astounded! I had such an awful experience. I really hope they see what a horrible employee they have in this Esmeralda girl!

My wife and I ate at Sbarro’s one evening right before going to a movie.
Both of us came down with food poisoning and Sbarros was the only food establishment that both of us had ate at that day.
It cost me and my wife two days off of work to recuperate. Never again will I eat at any Sbarro’s!

Eh. That was my dinner tonight and along with the few times I have been there. Not bad, not great.
Why is everything you order there cold? Even after in comes out of the oven. Maybe because they hold up a picture of flames in hopes that the food would get warm. Or maybe they should learn that 20 seconds in an oven ain’t going to warm anything.
Good flavors and combinations of items but it only came warm I would be happy. I can hear the food poisoning happening any time now.
