If i could, I would give this place 0 star. The service was so unprofessional. Bf and I came in and the worker there didn’t even greet us. She was the only worker there too, super short on staff. But then again, place only had a customer before us. Lol. I waited there for a good 5 mins without any greeting from her. She didnt even ask me if I needed help with anything. After another 5 minutes of silence from her, I came up and asked her if i could get a copy of my prescription. Her service was super rude. She answered my questions in a rude manner. If you dont feel like working, dont go to work at all. Oh yea, their frames are overpriced. She quoted me $ 195 for just a regular eyeglasses frame, not even a brand name. Everything is overpriced here. DONOTBUYANYTHINGFROMHERE. DONTGOHEREIFYOUDONTWANTTOPAYFORSOMUCHFORUNPROFESSIONALSERVICE.

Just because I HAVE to issue a star. I do admit the optometrist was great the staff on the other hand HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! NO Customer service sense what-so-ever. No ONE went through my coverage details, I HADTOO! They acted like as if they DIDN’T speak English. And, I guess calling a customer once and leaving a voice-mail is good enough when my glasses have been just SITTING there like their staff! No follow up, no follow through. HORRIBLE! I hope the optometrist looks at her front desk as a representation of her!

My experience with them was terrible. I was misinformed about the product I was receiving and when I realized what had happened shortly after signing on the dotted line they essentially laughed in my face and pointed out their no cancellation clause. I was told that because I didn’t have what they’d said earlier in writing I had no legal recourse. Their attitude was unprofessional and dishonest. I’m not the only one who’s had trouble with this franchise. Check the Better Business Bureau website for more info on these guys.
