My mother and I stumbLed across Thuy Anh Diamonds whiLe browsing Grand Century MaLL.
For those of you who are famiLiar with this shopping center, you know that each and every corner pretty much consists of a different jeweLry store.
Since jeweLry stores come a dime a dozen here, I didn’t think too much about it nor did I expect too much.
Thuy Anh Diamonds is your typicaL MomNPop shop run by a husband, wife, and their daughter. Mom and daughter handLe the customer service and saLes whiLe dad is the bench jeweLer– making aLL repairs and customized work that is needed.
The estabLishment is bright, spacious, and very cLean.
They carry everything from earings, neckLaces, rings, jade, diamonds, and other goodies.
Everyone working is very knowLedgeabLe, patient, and very efficient. Not once did we feeL rushed and that is such an added bonus– most pLaces we visited wanted to get down to the point and gave off the impression that they didn’t want to waste their time if you weren’t going to be purchasing.
My mom used to visit another jeweLer in this same shopping maLL but her mood and customer service seemed to change once we sLowed down on buying. (Her Loss, not ours)!!
I’m happy to say we might have found our new go-​to for aLL of our jeweLry needs and wiLL be recommending Thuy Anh to my sister since she’s been trying to get herself a set of diamond studs. Keep up the great work guys, we can not thank you enough.

we are going to engagement, looking for the ring and diamond for my big day .the first time shop for diamond. we arrive Grand Century Mall, Wow too many jewelry store here, Small to Big store, We are start to visit every store be fore we making decision to get the ideal to get the what i want, The more i shop the more i lose, Every store have every sale person who ex plant the different way, i am realty confusing, From big to small store, Finally i stop by Thuy Anh Diamonds, Sale persons as the owner store too, They start to make me understanding more and clearly, Totally different all the other store as we have been, Very clear every question that we ask and they are very nice even they don’t know we are buying or not, They make me feel comfortable. relax, Finally i got what i one, my girl friend very exciting. One thing fore sure I will prefer all my my friend come to this store if they want to buy jewelry and diamonds, This is the only place i can trust,

Finding a good mechanic or Jewelry store that you can trust is hard. I am glad to find Thuy Anh Diamond at Grand Century.
I got my wedding band in 2007 from them and have been back ever since for all of our Jewelry purchase. They took the time with their customers without the feel of pressure to buy anything. I never feel intimate going to this store or guilt for not buying anything.
They have good selection of jewelry and their price is competitive so you don’t need to hassle on the price. Since this is a family owned, they are flexible in their policy. Most store requires you for a 50% deposit on Jewelry on order, but with this store, they trust you enough for any amount you feel comfortable.

Always fast with jewelry repair. Reasonable prices. They have fixed different pieces of my jewelry (including resizing rings, repairing broken necklace links, tightening prongs on my engagement ring, and setting stones into a semi mount) all on the same day.
Boss lady here runs a tight ship but she’s good to her customers. On a side note; I like the large selection they have for engagement ring settings too.
