St. John Dry Clean

How do I start, I do not usually write reviews at all, but have to know. First WOW, if I could give them negative stars I would.
I have gone a few times know as it is close to my house and work so I can walk. I dropped off 4 Shirts, got a receipt for 4 shirts. Went to pick up my shirts the guy comes out with 3 Shirts. I had to think for a minute as I did not actually look at my receipt that I pulled out of my wallet. When I asked about it he said no you only had 3 shirts. I asked to look at my receipt and his paperwork, turns out he tore them up and toss them in the trash, you would think he would need them for auditing like other places I have gone. After putting the pieces together mine said 4, his said 4 that was crossed out and had a 3. When I asked him about it he insisted that I only had three, when I pressed the issue and looked at my shirts I realized which one was missing. He then went into the back and miraculously came out with my shirt. What Sh** is this? He tried to tell me some story and on top of that said I owed him for the cleaning of the shirt.
The shirt was brand new dress shirt only worn the one time. After not even getting an apology from the man I turned to leave and realized he has a rack of cloths that you can buy? Made me think, if I did not realize that I was short a shirt, he tore the paperwork up, and if I left how would I be able to prove it later? He was going to sell the shirt on the rack. WHAT A RIP OFF! Never ever never go here is all I can say!!!

This is an awesome place. They are so friendly and accommodating. I have never had any issues with my clothes. I highly recommend them!

great customer service, discounts for neighbors. Reasonable prices. They did a good job washing and folding my laundry and had it done on time

If I could give them a rating it would be In negative stars. «Unorganized mess» is what I call this cleaners. Lost clothing, gave clothing to another customer as well as asked that I look in the back to find my own dry cleaning.

Superb service. I’ve used other dry cleaners before and they were just okay and at times I will find little things that bothers me here and there. But I did not get that with St John. I was impressed and more than satisfied when I got my clothes back. I will definitely bring all my dry clean stuff to St John from here on out.

I just got back my first order from this new establishment and WOW! I have been using another company for sometime and always got back my dress shirts almost as bad around the collars as I sent them. Well my collars are white! amazing, a block away from my house. You can’t beat that, I highly recommend it.
