Fast Dry Cleaning & Alterations

This place is my neighborhood go to for dry cleaning. Even though I have the option to drop off and pick up at my work… this place has that mom and pop feel to it, and they’re always so nice… ill keep going back to get my dry cleaning done here!

Been going for at least 10 years no issues. The people don’t speak much English but generally I have been able to get the point across. I have had a couple of items tailored and they did a good job on those too.

These people don’t provide quality alterations, lose track of your orders, and then don’t fix mistakes they make. On top of that, they’re fairly expensive for the service. There are so many tailors in the area. DON’T use these guys!

There is a very unkind woman in this shop. After moving here, I got washing and drying services at this shop three times until now. At the third time, when I came back home with my washed laundry, I found that my laundry was not dried well, and, thus, I returned my laundry to this shop. She was very cynical at the time of receiving my laundry even if incomplete drying was her fault. By the way, when I picked up it again, I found my shirt was destroyed. There were burned spots in my shirt. As soon as I told her about it, she rather loudly shouted that «You made it! You~! You~!» stabbing her finger angrily toward me. I failed even to talk about the compensation for my shirt. Her conduct was shocking, and, I just came back home.

Best service, nice people. Love counting everything out, makes sure both parties are responsible for quantity of items. Quality of cleaning is top notch. Total hole in the wall, still go here even though we moved to Campbell

There is a horrible old lady that works there, doesn’t speak English, burned one of my dresses and didn’t give me a refund. Don’t take anything nice to this ghetto place!

I brought in two shirts, a dress, and a romper to start. My romper’s elastic was stretched out and needed to be replaced. A gentleman took my measurements and sent me on my way and asked that I come back in 3 days to pick up all my garments. When I came to pick it up, all four of my garments were perfectly crisp and clean and the elastic had been replaced in my romper. When I got home to try it on, it fit perfectly! I have been missing this romper and haven’t worn it in 3 years because of the elastic. The best part of it was all four garments cost $ 26 including the alterations. Needless to say, I will never go anywhere else.

This place is cheap, but sometimes that comes at a price. They left burn marks on my blazer on both sleeves by the elbow area. Burn marks have the same pattern likely from the press. Other areas of my suit have a shiny finish looks like my suit was burnt. This place does not dry clean onsite, they outsource to another shop, hence the lack of quality control.

Finally! It has taken me forever to find a place that can dry clean my Levi’s without
F*^%!ing them up! This place was very. Friendly and followed my request without a problem. Very happy definitely will be back. $ 3.50 for dry clean pants no wash no crease dry clean only light starch! Yee talk about picky and they nailed it! Thank you !

I just had a pair of work pants hemmed here recently and found the work to be excellent! I was somewhat reluctant to try this place out due to some of the negative reviews I had read on Unilocal.However, there were enough satisfied customers and the fact that I live relatively close to this location, made me take the plunge. I’m glad I did! They did a great job and for a very reasonable price! It took a week from drop off to pick up. I’m not sure if that is the average length of time for alterations. Seemed kind of long just to hem a pair of pants, but I was not in a rush, so it was ok. I wonder if they do rush jobs? Anyway, I will definitely return for my future alteration needs.

This place is great for alteration! I took two of my expensive Paige denims here for hemming and they both came out perfect. The price for alteration is extremely reasonable also. If you wear premium denim and are not on the women’s basketball team, then you should definitely bookmark this place and give it a try!

Alterations are great and decent price. Usually drop them off to the lady and No complaints, I can now fit into my pants again.
I usually dont need cleaning service so haven’t had any dry cleaning done soon as I need too this would be the place I take them.

Best and cheapest dry cleaners ever! I don’t trust many places with my precious Romo and Couture jerseys, but after a couple games they needed some TLC. I loved how the woman closely examined my jerseys so that she can mark all the spots that needed to be extra cleaned AKA the beer stains. After getting my jerseys back in mint condition, I knew I had found my new neighborhood dry cleaners. As I am preparing to take off to Vegas, I am totally getting all my club dresses cleaned and ready to go rage it up. Overall, if you’re looking for a fast, convenient and super friendly dry cleaning spot then this place doesn’t disappoint.

I thought I found my new tailor. I took a couple of pairs of pants here and they did a great job in taking them in and hemming them. Such a good job that I started taking more clothes.
The gentlemen who is the tailor was great! He would even tell me if what I wanted to do wouldn’t look good and recommend an alternative. I had no issues with anything he fixed for me. Then he went on vacation.
Ugh. If he’s not there, don’t bring anything you truly care for.
There was a substitute seamstress who is the lady at the front’s sister. She ruined my dress. I actually asked if she was as good as the regular tailor and was assured that she was. Unfortunately she wasn’t.
My dress had a pattern that I wanted to keep intact, which I communicated as best I could since the lady does not speak English fluently. But, she cut it, unevenly mind you when she raised the hem. I went back the very next day to complain and she said there was nothing she could do. I showed her how she messed up the pattern and how it was uneven and she said «It’s just a little bit.» Seriously? I was pissed. Now I have a dress that I don’t even want to wear because it looks bad and there’s no way of hiding it. The fact that they didn’t even care nor bother to correct the issue via a refund or anything bothers me.
I would still consider bringing stuff here but will only if the regular guy is there. The prices are pretty cheap but don’t expect much in the service department.

***do not come here*** this place destroyed my 49ers jacket!!! they are refusing to pay for it unless i provide them a receipt for the purchase of my jacket! i bought the jacket a year ago and have taken immaculate care of it. most people dont keep a receipt after a year of purchase. i usually got it cleaned at a cleaners in the prune yard and decided to try this place out of convenience. they have done a couple alterations on my dresses and dry cleaned a few items without any problems… so i trusted them to dry clean my niners jacket. the red ran into the white and some other discolorations… it looked like they threw it in the wash machine… then when i asked to speak to the owner the lady calls another store… this lady told me that the lady should have told me that with the colors im letting them clean it at my own risk… well i told her that was never disclosed to me bc if it was i would have went to my previous place knowing they dry cleaned it without any problems… she said well that lady doesn’t speak good english, i said well that’s not my problem and maybe she should be trained more thoroughly to disclose that… i told her that they need to pay me for my jacket since they destroyed it… she then said she will have the owner call me… this was friday and he still has not called me… i would not give this place any stars, but i am forced to give 1… also while i was in there a lady csme to ouck up her dry cleaning and refused to take it bc her clothes were still dirty!!! so im not the only unsatisfied customer!!! i will upload pics!!!
*****UPDATE**** THE OWNER PAID ME FOR MY JACKET… HE MADE IT RIGHT… EVEN THOUGH IVE SEARCHED HIGH AND LOW AND CANT FIND AN EXACT REPLACEMENT… HE DID MAKE IT RIGHT… THANK YOU

Don’t be fooled by looks, it’s a terrific place with terrific prices! I’ve been going here for 5+ years. I haven’t had my clothes altered here… but I’m sure they will do a great job too! The couple are the nicest people :)

Cleaned my suit and three dress shirts for only $ 11! So cheap I thought there was a mistake.

Outstanding. This has been my go to place for the last 6+ years, and I live 15+ miles away.
I’ve done numerous suit & wool dry cleanings, as well as a heap of alterations on a suit jacket, and 5+ pairs of jeans. On the jeans they’ve fixed rips and tears, and even have tightened my jeans (not around the waist, but around the legs, i.e. to make regular jeans into skinny jeans).
Every time I go here, I’m confident that my clothing will be taken care of, and the requested alterations will be done flawlessly.

I brought my dress here on Thursday, and was told that it would take 3 days in order to clean 3 teeny spots of wax, and would also cost $ 7. I was not impressed.

I am a very short woman with a professional job and I come here all the time to get my pants hemmed and altered.
I prefer this place over every other place I’ve ever had to get my clothes altered for a few very good reasons:
–EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The employees actually LISTEN to you when you say you want something longer, shorter, etc. They don’t tell you what you need, they listen to what you want – I totally love them for that.
–THEY GET IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! In the years I’ve been a regular customer for them, I have NEVER had to return an article of clothing to get fixed or to be repaired due to anything they have done. Their measurements are ALWAYS right the first time, and it’s great to know I can TRUST their measurements!
–QUICK TURN-​AROUND! When they say «Fast» they really mean it. If I drop pants off, I can trust that they’ll be done in a timely manner.
–GREAT PRICES! Their pricing is very reasonable and I’ve had a wide array of clothing altered, from dress slacks to evening gowns.
–VERY TALENTED ALTERATIONS! Like I said, I’ve had pretty much every type of clothing material altered and they’ve never missed a stitch.
I recommend this place to anyone who wants a reasonably-​priced, hassle-​free, efficient, quality dry cleaning and alterations experience.
