Starbucks

This is my favorite Starbucks. Everyone is very friendly in spite of the crowd. Except today! There were 3 of us and I was the first. I ordered a croissant and never got it. When I asked I coldly told «you never ordered it». At other ones, they don’t ask questions or make comments, they just turn around and give me one with apologies. I understand things can get hectic but remember that Customer service ALWAYS first. That is the only reason they get a low rating today

Considering that I was working a graveyard shift. I stopped by this Starbucks for a drink. I Ordered a Venti Coffee Mocha with 4 extra shots of Espresso. I received a 6 pump mocha syrup Venti Mocha… If I wanted a ridiculously sweet HOT CHOCOLATE, I would’ve said so. I called and was offered to go back. 1. You’re way out of my way 2. I don’t need 6 shots of Espresso on a normal day. Why would I go back?!

this is my 8^th Starbucks I’ve been to, despite The am 5 am till 8 am anyway, Crew are very warm, welcoming (and more to point) & this location makes you feel more like home than a regular customer. I’d come here, on my down time from work. :D I didn’t have to wait more than 3 min on my Caramel Grande, Frap despite the fact it could be busy. Good space, its near the bank and the ideal place to stop by before going to the free way. :D
I dont say this often but I would recommend this place Highly to: ANYONE. :)

Amazing place for reading, studying or even having fun, The Staff is very helpful.

I’ve only been here once, but they messed up on my drink. I ordered a coffee frappucino and the barista misheard me as saying I wanted a pumpkin spice frappucino. I’m not sure if I got charged for the pumpkin spice frappucino, but I know they tend to cost more than just the regular coffee frappucino. They remade my drink, but I wasn’t going to bother with the hassle of working out the fact that I didn’t have a receipt and a messed up order. I’d still come here again, but I’ll probably ask for a receipt next time.
Overall, good parking situation, clean location, plenty of seating, and it looks like it attracts plenty of customers.

The workers here need to brush up on their sensitivity training. I was using a chair from the outside because it fit me better with the table I was using, and the dark-​haired female employee took a moment from showing a male employee how to mirco-​manage better to tell me they only go outside. The ones inside don’t have the back support I need –I am only 5’4″ inches tall. If this is truly Starbuck’s policy they really need to be more sensitive to different physical needs. If course, since they also don’t let service dogs in, I guess why should I be surprised. Maybe just don’t talk back to people twice your age unless there is a pressing urgency. I’m sure the same people don’t make a peep when someone brings in a humungous baby vehicle or someone yacks on the phone at full volume. This place, however, has the potential to be great. It’s not on a corner, so you don;t have the massive light pollution you have at other Starbucks. And they also have lots of outside seating, so there is plenty of space to sit if you have kids.

I have decided to take the time to write this because one barista at this location literally took my mood from frustrated to elated in a matter of minutes. It started when I admittedly messed up my own order through the app by choosing the wrong location. I assumed the app automatically pulled up the closest and most convenient location, but it had not. I didn’t check thoroughly and this resulted in my attempt to pick up a drink at the wrong location. After realizing my mistake, I ended up driving out of my way to go to the Starbucks that my order was sent to.
To my surprise, after mentioning my little mistake, the barista was happy to not only redo my drink for a fresh one, but also said she would contact the manager at the other store. Apparently they should have honored my order and made my drink for me so that I wouldn’t have to travel. I am so happy with the service I received that I might go out of my way again just so I can come back to this same location.

Small but always packed and I know why. The store is always clean, staff is friendly and service is speedy. Quite roomy inside actually, desks and chairs for very comfortable sitting. Long hours accomodate early riser as well as night owl. Keep up the good work.

Oh, the local Starbucks near my work. How I love the. The staff here is always friendly and remember my complicated drink time after time. They keep me sane by allowing me to vent (short) and my drinks are always made quickly and with quality.

Friendly place. Fast. Just another great starbucks location.

Love this location. I work nights and typically stop in here about 10:15 for my daily dose of caffine before my shift. The staff is friendly, upbeat and well, they know my order now! Hats off to the evening crew!!!

I use to be a regular here, after a short leave of the area they had restaffed, leading to my 2 star review. Walking in, and to the registrar there is no warm welcome, not even a friendly hello any more. Its ICE COLD in there, even as my drink was made, the staff was still cold. It was so dull I walked out more tired then I walked in. There are many other Starbucks with friendly staff in the area, utilize that fact. This was my last visit, before on a number of occasions the drinks were made so bad I had to walk back, and even now, the drinks aren’t what they should, and I’m honestly tired of complaining.

This is your typical Starbucks that’s located in a plaza filled with restaurants. There is some outdoor seating that is convenient on a nice sunny day. The service is ok and the drinks are on par with every other Starbucks I’ve been to.

I will preface this review by saying that I am a Starbucks regular (addict) and am familiar with different stores all over the South Bay. This location is my favorite, and is my go-​to location on an almost daily basis. The staff is super friendly, FAST, and I love the indoor and outdoor seating available. Even on a busy weekend morning, you can usually get in and out pretty quickly. Food is always well stocked, too. The hours are extensive and I love that it’s open so late. With all that being said, don’t start crowding my favorite Starbucks!

I’m a fan because its always fast, convenient, and friendly. Another plus is that its open late (until 1130) every night. The outdoor and indoor seating is always nice too.

This Starbucks was so seriously bizarre that I felt compelled to write a review about it. I’ve been in it twice, and my experience was about the same both times.
Now, just to clarify, I’m a Starbucks fan. I love coming in for coffee and snacks whenever I feel the urge to splurge a bit.
Here’s what is wrong with this Starbucks on Blossom Hill:
— Employees didn’t acknowledge me or anyone with me when I came in to an almost empty store. I’m not used to that in a Starbucks.
— The barista guy was really… really… painfully slow. I mean… I guess if it was his first week as a barista ever, I might understand, but, still… it took nearly 15 minutes to get 3 pumpkin spice lattes…
— When giving my order, I wasn’t asked what I wanted. To elaborate with an example, I am always asked when ordering a latte, «Whipped cream?» In most cases, I decline, but I specifically wanted whipped cream on the lattes I ordered one day. I wasn’t asked, and there was no whipped cream on the lattes; I assumed whipped cream was the default…
— The whole place was DIRTY. There was trash all over the floors, the counters where the drinks were being made had clearly not been wiped off for at least a day or two, and the tables and chairs were all over the place. I’ve never seen a Starbucks in this kind of shape in my entire life, not even peak hours morning Starbucks in downtown Boston.
— The girl who took my order, who could clearly see that the barista was struggling to make the simplest of drinks, stood around for several minutes doing absolutely nothing, and then talked on her phone. Where the hell was management?
In the end, my drinks tasted good, but seriously… what the hell, Starbucks? Maybe this location needs to be looked at a little.

Friendly service and definitely a great spot to study. They have a lot of tables to choose from, plenty of outlets to charge your stuff.
Plenty if parking too of course.

This Starbucks location is smaller than most AND it’s always crowded when I come.
If you’re looking to order a quick drink and go then this place will do. But this place might be a little too busy if you’re planning on sitting down to catch up with some friends.
I’ve only been here 2 or 3 times and so far so good.

I stopped by this Starbucks before work one morning and it was packed. The staff seemed a little understaffed or overwhelmed. There were a lot of people waiting and there was a bit of confusion. Everything seemed to work out fine and it was probably just a morning rush.
It was a consistent good Starbucks experience. I’d return.
