This place has gone down hill. The food is not as good as it used to be. The beans are bot cooked enough.

Tried this for the first time couple weeks ago, and it was great. I got the chicken quesadilla, and it’s probably one of the best I’ve ever had anywhere. Can’t wait to go back.

Tried desperately to like this place, but they screw up the order 50% of the time. Have tried time and again, stressing no meat(if for my wife), or no guacamole/sour cream(if for my son). I’ve even seen the manager emphasize the expectations with the crew and STILL come home only to find chicken in my wife’s burrito, or sour cream and salsa on my son’s quesadilla. I give up. NEVERAGAIN.

My husband and I both had horrible, horrible food poisoning from this Una Mas. Definitely don’t recommend this place.

Skip it if you want authentic Mexican food. This place is a chain so it is not bad really just not authentic. The meat was not as fresh as I like it and the salsas were more sweet than hot.

My boss likes to treat us out here whenever the kitchen at our work is closed. I tend to like my burritos wet, there’s an up charge of about $ 2 for this style. There’s also an up charge to sub shrimp. I’m not sure if I’ll order the shrimp again since they’re really small pieces. I love that they have a salsa bar and freshly cut lemon and lime wedges. They also have happy hour here.

My go to place… I work next door, and their service is always on point! And especially when they throw in a free item, makes it all better!

This review is only for my interaction with the staff. I came with my girlfriend to order food to go, while we were paying i mentioned that last time i was there(which was like a week or 2 ago) i paid for add guac and they didnt put it in or if they did it was the tiniest amount. Her response was«oh its not that much» not that much guac? She said ya. At this point im sure i looked confused but we decided to drop it and just said okay. Now comes the weird part, the whole time we’re waiting for our food at the salsa station we could feel them staring at us and laughing. Im not sure what was so funny but it was pretty uncomfortable. Then the lady pointed the burritos as theyre being made and shows me the guac inside. okay thanks? As the woman handed me the food, all the workers stopped and stared and smiled very condescendingly… Very unprofessional! 2 stars only for the food. Were they acting like this cause im mexican and chose to speak to them in english? Because we are a gay couple? Or because they thought i was being a bitch?(Which I wasn’t) who knows.

Best burrito I had so far the service is quick, and they have all testy burritos. Strongly recommending if you are a burrito lover.

Worst customer service ever!!! I asked for no guacamole and wanted sour cream– she tried to charge me for sour cream– then with her filthy hands scooped up the guac off of my salad and said 82 cents please — I asked for a refund and left– DISGUSTING!!! Really??? 2 stars because I actually like Una Mas food in general

Called in to order a burrito because I had my baby in the car. The lady was nice enough to say she will come out for payment and give the food so I won’t have to leave the car. Really nice employee and great service. I am coming back to support this place!

Came here for lunch. Got a Thai burrito for 6.99 and churro for 1.00. Pretty good deal, food came out fast even though the lunch line was long. I’m not really sure why it’s called a Thai burrito other than the pineapple sauce, which isn’t really Thai. It was good though and has a little spice to it. All meals come with chips and they have a good selection of salsa. The churro was also good, though by the time I finished my burrito, it was cold. They also have pretty good lunch specials depending on the day.

Their chicken tacos are really great and if you come on Tuesdays they have a taco deal. A lot of their burritos don’t really do it for me but all in all the staff is accommodating and nice enough and the food is tasty and made fresh like you’d hope it would be.

What I don’t understand is why Chipotle has lines out the door, while Una Mas is empty. The food here is good and plentiful, and they have much more variety. And they don’t charge extra for chips! My all time favorite is probably the Foghead Burrito, a chicken burrito with BBQ sauce, and quite good. Other favorites are the Fish Burrito and the Roasted Veggie Burrito. I used to eat lunch here 2 – 3 times a week, but that wasn’t possible when I changed jobs. Now it’s a once a week treat. Recommended.

I remember coming here as a little kid and getting their quesadillas. I decided to come back as an adult and was not impressed at all. I got the roasted veggie burrito with chips and guac. It took them a while to get my food out, and it was just myself and one other customer in the place at dinner time on a weekday. It is a very sleepy atmosphere, they have tvs and happy hour signs, but I could not imagine anyone coming here for drinks– it just does not have that vibe. The food was not really good at all. As someone who would put bean and veggie burritos as their top meal choice… I was disappointed. The guac was a disappointment too and did not seem too fresh. I won’t be back.

I really like Una Mas but this location is horrible. I will never go here again. I ordered a burrito and it tasted like chemicals!

Haven’t had Unamas in awhile, but came as my friend is in love with their taco salad and I had a coupon for a BOGO on a burrito. I had only been a few times many years back and only tried their fish burrito. We ordered at the counter, got a soda and picked up some salsas at their salsa bar. The fish burrito came out piping hot, and it wasn’t as good as I remembered, but still tasty. I feel like they’ve changed their rice. Their chicken taco salad is good, and they use romaine lettuce instead of iceberg! I will have to get this next time!

Una Mas is a place that is somewhat in the middle of what’s good and what’s bad for Mexican food. It’s not Americanized like Taco Bell but it isn’t the most legit Mexican place either. Food quality is good in my opinion. In terms of quantity served, it is above average and will fill you up. Price is in the middle, around 6 – 10 dollars. I definitely love their nachos and their sides they offer.
