This is one of the best Starbuck’s I’ve been to. The staff is always friendly and courteous. I go here regularly(at least once a week) and they start my order as I walk in the door. Ashley is super cool, and we’ve had some really nice conversations while waiting for my order. I became familiar with Thelma when my daughter worked at Cosentino’s Market in Silver Creek, and told me about this nice lady at that Starbuck’s who would have her coffee waiting for her when they opening their doors at the beginning of their work day. I told my daughter about this nice blond lady at the Snell Road location, and she said«That’s my Thelma»! This is the only Starbuck’s I have patronized that HASNOT screwed up my order. Ordering a Tall Iced Raspberry Mocha is no big deal, but for some reason other Starbuck Baristas have a problem with it. Yes, there are times when it is crowded… Santa Teresa High School is right across the street.

I seldom feel the need to write a review of a Starbucks — by and large, they offer such a homogenous experience that I think«why bother?» This particular Starbucks is walking distance from my mom’s house so I had occasion to come here a few times while visiting for the holidays. I’m sorry to say that of the numerous Starbucks I’ve visited across the country this one is simply lacking. The first time I might have attributed it to being the Christmas rush and could perhaps forgive the indifference with which My order was taken, my coffee served, and my request for a sleeve satisfied. However, I was met with that same indifference upon my return, with slow service to boot even though there was only one other person in line in front of me. Given the sub-standard experience, I think I prefer to get my morning caffeine fix at the Peet’s counter in the nearby Nob Hill market.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. Seems to be unaware of how to conduct themselves properly with the customers.

3rd time I’ve been here. 3rd time I’ve been burned because the coffee was too hot when I asked for kids temp. Honestly if I had ordered hot chocolate for my kid and it came out that hot I would have threw it at the lady who took the order. Then she refused to give me my money back when I politely asked for a refund saying she got the order wrong and 3 by standing customers said they clearly heard me say kids temp. But she still refused. Don’t go here.

unbelievably crowded, surprisingly no lines. you’d think that i could order a drink with 0 people in line, but nope! kids climbing on the furniture and baristas talking in the back room… a bit disappointed.

One star for the shitty customer service. All the workers were snobby and rude. All I asked was about the holiday drink and they act like I just killed their cat lol. Guess having common courtesy is harder for some people.

I only went here a few times because it’s the closest one to my house. I will not be going back because the Cashier(an old lady with short blonde hair) is so rude. She looks racist. Does not greet you and she looks annoyed. Looks as if she could have an excuse to refuse to take my order, she would. She definitely lacks customer service skills. To top it off, she prepared my coffee and it was tasteless and she literally just threw it at me at the counter.

Dear Unilocal Journal, After a long day, I decided to grab a Venti Passion Iced Tea and some downtime to catch up on some work. I was greeted by Colleen, who was friendly, kind, and a pleasure to speak with. I enjoyed our short but sweet conversation about daily happenings, plus she also answered my questions about the types of tea and offered suggestions. When I was ready for a refill, Ashley, was on top of the order by recommending me an iced black tea with milk and vanilla soy. Her skills were great, and while making the drink she was able to describe the differences of Green, Black, and the Herbal(Passion) teas. I particularly loved her«earthy» description of the black tea. Just enough sweetness and bitterness. The team behind the counter worked wonderfully together. I commend how clean the store is, stocked, and the service was great. I will definitely come back for more tea suggestions, great service, and an air conditioned retreat. :) Sincerely, Passion-ate Tea Drinker

After coming here since high school, I’m so glad the one on cottle is up and running! This place has the worst people working here their attitudes are completely dry and bitter. Especially the little old lady she is the worst! Anyway, change your employees that think they are better than their consumers!!! Staying away from here!

I walk here almost every Saturday with my wife to get breakfast. They remember my name. They greet us with a smile and quick service. I see reviews of people saying they have an attitude but I couldn’t disagree more(at least for the Saturday morning crew). Come and see for yourself if you’re in the area. We are definitely going to miss this location when we move this summer.

Pretty average Starbucks. My drinks are always consistent and I’ve never had a problem with customer service. The drawbacks? For such a busy location they need more seating and better line management. In the mornings the wait can easily be 20 minutes and in the afternoons EVERYONE comes here, making the place really noisy if you just want to get some homework done.

I also completely agree with Bianca! The quality of the coffee and pastries is great like any other starbucks but the store is always busy and the employees treat the customers so badly.

I completely agree with Bianca’s review. We came in last Sunday and the place was packed and the line was long. We finally got to place our order and the cashier was so rude. He mumbled under his breath and when I couldn’t understand him, he seemed completely annoyed that I asked to repeat himself. I didn’t catch his name but boy, he needs an attitude adjustment. Tip– don’t work in a customer facing position if you don’t like to interact with people. Coffee and pastries were fine.

Good quality, but can get slow depending on when you come in because of the high school across the street. Also not a great quiet place, but indoor and outdoor seating available. Overall, a good Starbucks, just crowded sometimes.

I simply do not like coming here but my kids do. Ugh. Not a good layout. Confusion at the front. Gotta change their habits. If you are not dragged here… stay away

They have been pretty consistent at messing up my order. Luckily, this isn’t the only convenient Starbucks around my routine places that I go to(I.e. Work, school). It seems to only be this specific Starbucks where I have the most trouble. I wish that wasn’t the case. Two stars for the niceness of the staff.

One of the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to! The baristas and drink qualities are superb. Drinks: A The quality of drinks here is usually the best! And if any of your drinks aren’t up to par, they aren’t whiny and will fix it right away. Usual Starbucks menu but their baristas definitely know how to make the drinks and I’ve never encountered burnt espresso! Bravo! I have tried like 99% of all the drinks but my faves are Iced Coffee with Vanilla and Breve, Peppermint/Raspberry Mocha, Green Tea/Java Chip Frappuccino, and Passion Tea Lemonade. Location/Ambiance: A Located in the nice suburban nest, it is your local, one-stop coffee stop. It is one of the most spacious Starbucks around. There are multiple tables lined along the walls and a long table with outlets everywhere… I mean there are outlets EVERYWHERE! Hallelujah! There are even tables outside, and the temperature is just right inside. To top it off, the plaza it is located in has plenty of parking space. There are other stores and a grocery as well, so you can do other errands while getting coffee. Services: A Best baristas ever. Every single person I’ve worked with and met have been welcoming and friendly. Their team dynamic and cohesion is incredible. Their manager is awesome and all the employees treat each other and their customers with respect. Even during stressful times, they are not short or tempered with customers. Cheers! Prices: B– This is just my universal peeve for Starbuck’s corporate pricing. I mean it probably costs Starbucks less than $.50 to make each drink and they are charging $ 4-$ 5 up the WAZOO for a cup of mocha or frappuccino. Honestly get the Gold Card and take advantage of their specials(BOGO events) when you can. TL;DR? Best Starbucks in the local area hands down. Straight A’s in the department of drink quality, venue, and service– what more could you want? For the pricey coffee, you might as well go the best one around! :)

So I usually come here in the early evenings around 5 or so to reflect and do work and awwwwwwladaaaat. I usually see the same people hustlin behind the counter including this one older white lady who can’t seem to find the energy to treat me like another human being. The last time she was tryna hustle me while she was tryna work out the POS. Today, she was staring at me with this blank, emotionless look — like her soul had lifted out of her body and left an empty shell. She couldn’t even find the words to say something like«Hi, what can I get ya?» I pretty much had an entire conversation by myself filling in the words she would have been obliged to say… but didn’t. Like, I know it’s the end of the day but dang step up your game.
