My go to milk tea shop *super close to me* it may not be the prettiest or the best but it’s all I got *super close to me* Honestly I’ve been here plenty of times they have a 10 dollar minimum for card I usually get a mango green tea w. o boba and some chicken and fries, my usual go too when I come here. It’s good for a craving and it’s getting better *theyre movie things around inside. I’d say it’s a good place if you’re looking for a light snack oh their bbq buns are good too!

Rude ass workers. Not meaning to stereotype but why do young Asian chicks act like they’re on this high pedestal and act all stuck up? Honey you work at a boba place, you don’t have some kind of higher social status working for 10 bucks an hour. Which brings to my next point. Not only are they rude. They also suck. The ice boba drink is too sweet and thick. It used to be better, or at least it was better at another location. This place is okay if you want a quick fix, other than that, look elsewhere.

I used to go here a lot after school(when I was in HS) and it used to be really good and popular, but after all the other boba places opened around the area, I think tap is going down the drain. I mean, their drinks are still good, their fried things are still good, but the prices have been jacked up a lot. You don’t get your money’s worth anymore. You can get a large drink somewhere else for a way cheaper price, and would be worth your money. They have added a variety of things in the last couple years. I liked their old simple menu, but now they are just trying to compete with the other boba places around, but they should stick to their old stuff. That is was drove people in before, let the other boba places specialize in new drinks. I still love their fried calamari and fries combo, but its about $ 8⁄9 now. Worth it? I am not sure.

To be honest, if you want a quick fix just for some milk tea and you don’t care how you’re treated, this is the place for you. If you go to this place, don’t expect good customer service. The cashiers have very bad speaking and phone skills, which makes them come off as rude. When they fail to understand your order they say«what?» Or «huh?» Instead of «can you please repeat that?» The older lady in the back frying up the chicken and sometimes making the drinks is also very rude & very stingy. I’ve ordered crispy chicken from this place twice and both times I was ripped off. I’ve been to many tapioca expresses and quicklys and this place only gives you a half bag full of chicken. For the price you pay it is not worth it and on top of that most of the pieces were small bits of chicken and batter. I’ve seen the same lady roll her eyes when another customer asked if she can have 2 sauces for her crispy chicken which they keep behind the counter. The sauces weren’t even full containers so I probably would’ve asked for two also. They have sauce containers in the front but don’t leave the sauce out like other places because they’re cheap like that. She even gave my bf a look when he reached for two straws for our two drinks… Like we were gonna share one straw?!? Stupid.

Wow! You gotta be kidding me!!! This has to be a joke right?!! The not-interested-I-don’t-give-a-shit cashier specifically asked for the spicy level I wanted for my 2 popcorn chicken orders. Yet, when her coworker handed me the chicken, she did not tell me which one is more spicy and when being questioned, she rudely told me to add the red pepper powder myself at the counter! Now tell me, rude lady! What’s the point of asking in the beginning when I can just add it myself?!! Anyways, the cashier couldn’t take orders either. I had to repeat myself multiple times. They also did not include straws and napkins for my large Togo orders. I had to turn my car around to come in and get it myself. If you’re not gonna include straws and napkins, please inform the customer and DONOT tie the bag! Good job ladies! You just earned yourself another bad review!

I always come in with my girlfriend and get the kiwi snow bubble with no pearl. We love the place and the drinks. I wish you kept the game machine lol but other than that I love everything about this place.

Great place to go get a quick drink. I love their Vanilla Cookie and White Chocolate Raspberry Snow Bubble. I only recommend their spicy nuggets and fries. My only complaint is the joint seems a little outdated other than that it is a fantastic stop.

I am a regular here, I usually order a large Lychee Black Tea(specialty tea on the menu) no pearls and a blended smoothy with pearls. I have found the service and products to be consistently good. I have not met or seen«the boss» guy. An espresso drink at Peet’s or Starbucks or most other coffee shops is $ 5. A large tea here w/pearls is $ 5. Seems right to me. Same quality level(though I personally feel that tea is better). My kids like to have little sips too, and chew on the pearls. They have changed their interior seating area. Now it is more pleasant to stay there and eat. I will continue to come here.

I like this tapioca express because it’s close to my house and also, because their snacks are really good, compared to other locations. I always order roasted MT with pearls, chicken wings or calamari head with garlic fries. BOMB! One thing I don’t like is that they take phone orders yet I still have to wait once I pick it up. It’s sooooo annoying! It’s like they don’t make the food or half cook it until you arrive. What’s the point of taking phone orders? Other than that… I like the place! Love those cute cookies they have on the counter too, too bad it’s cash only.

I always get the sweetest and the awesomesss Service from the Ladies at this location! They always greet me by Name, which makes you want to come back always! The cashier Julie N. especially, remembers my order and starts making it, as soon as she sees me! Drinks: 5 Stars Cashiers: 5 Stars Service: 5 Stars So what are you waiting for… order that drink already!

I have had almost all snowbubble pearl drinks on the menu at this snell location, but the owner was rude to my two year old son twice now and so I will never come back here. She complained once that he was making too much noise when waiting for our drinks, and just today she said«I will take your toys if you take my straws!» because my son was holding a straw while we were in line waiting to order. I also see the chairs and seating is old and ripped up… would be nice if they repaired the seats for their customers to sit down(other than the seating in front of the illegal gambling machines).

The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the super friendly girl at the cash register who greeted me. Very sweet! I didn’t want to use cash and didn’t know there was a $ 10 min for cards. She offered to take my card anyways. Very friendly service. I ordered a jasmine milk tea with pearls and a passion fruit slushie with fruit jelly. The jasmine milk tea tasted SUPER sweet at first sip but after that it was fine. The passion fruit drink is super sweet though, so if you don’t like your drinks really sweet stray away from this drink.

Friendly girl at the register but pretty shady with their drinks. Ive had the mango yogurt drink before at different taps, so i know how yogurty this drink is suppose to taste. I watched the girl(owners daughter) make my drink, and it consisted of 20% yogurt, 80% crushed ice blended to make more«yogurt». I understand that businesses tend to add fillers to their products to make the most money they possibly can, but geez. upon the first sip, i knew i was cheated of my money. So much ice was blended into the little amount of yogurt being used that it tasted like plain blended ice. You could BARELY taste any yogurt… MAYBE a tad bit if you squint your eyes and turn your imagination onto its highest power. Please consider being a little more ethical with the way you run your business.

We had originally planned to get dessert at a place nearby along with lunch, but we were terribly disappointed in THAT place, so we came here instead for some pearl tea drinks. Excellent thai tai. I can’t remember what my son had — something like vanilla cookie shake or something — tasted like liquid chocolate pudding and was awesome. I’ll be back if I’m on that side of town.

I’ve been here a few times. It’s usually empty which is nice and I get my drink pretty quickly since I don’t have to wait for anyone else’s drink before mine. There’s so plenty of seating since there aren’t many other people around. However, their milk teas and snow bubbles are extremely sweet. I felt like I was drinking straight up liquid sugar. And they only have normal milk; no soy milk, which is a bummer for people like me who are lactose intolerant. Most places usually have soy milk and charge a little extra for it, but at least they have the option. Maybe it’s just this location, but I was told they only have«normal milk.» Additionally, it’s rare to find parking right in front since they are next to a restaurant that gets pretty busy during lunch and dinner.

Probably one of my least favorite milk tea places in the bay area. The only good thing about this place is that it’s usually empty, so there’s no need to wait in line. Service is crappy. I ask for less sugar, they put more sugar. I ask for no ice, they put ice. What is this, opposite day? Most other milk tea places will adjust your drink if you aren’t satisfied with it, here, they just don’t care. Very questionable pearls. They’re hard and looks like they’re been left out overnight. Horrible music selection. Whoever selects the music here needs to go out and listen to more music. No, just no

I always come here with low expectations. This location in particular is super janky. My usual drink of choice is jasmine milk tea with pearls. The pearls are hit or miss. Sometimes they’re soft & chewy, other times they leave me wondering how old and stale they are. Their music selection, as other Unilocalers have noted, is questionable. Blasting songs with frequent profanity and«n***a» in it, super classy… Yes, the cashiers /workers are young and immature Asian girls, but I’ve never experienced anything above or below average service. Their megatouch machines are outdated & completely turned off. The workers said they were broken because they turn off randomly. I resorted to an old fashioned deck of cards, which they keep behind the counter — you have to ask for them. The cards were soiled and disgusting. I know people who are locked up that have cards in better condition, come on now!!! +1 star for being open late on a Monday night. I was desperate for boba, and this place was the only one open +1 star for decent popcorn chicken and fries tonight. Although, I was hungry, and you know how everything tastes good when you’re hungry…
