Starbucks

I just waited in line for a drink that was charged made, me wait then later told me they didn’t have it no one was in line plenty of baristas at least someone would it mention they didn’t have it. Not coming back again I live a few blocks away …

Walked in and ordered an ice coffee. The gentleman took 20 minutes to make it. He also had the audacity to talk to his co-​worker about BS while making my drink.

This place is usually good, but I have been having troubles with my mobile orders. I order before I walk out my apartment. Usually the time says it will take 4 – 6 min, which is perfect. Time for me to leave and get there and find parking. The last few times were frustrating. I had a lady make my hot drink as an iced and didn’t have time to wait for another. They didn’t offer a drink coupon which would make sense because I didn’t want the drink I took. Today I waited in store for 10 min. My sticker says they received my order at 3:02 and I walked out with my drink at 3:13. Probably would have been faster to stand in line and order, which doesn’t make sense.

Did anyone get a bad stomach ache after drinking their pike roast between 3÷27÷16 and 3÷29÷16??? Because I might have to go to the hospital and I would like to know the source of my ailment. I know the pike roast coffee tasted really bad those days. (like they used toilet water or something)
Given that and the fact that the young people who work there can be pretty immature at times, this is otherwise a decent Starbucks.

Thank you to the friendly staff here for fixing my «mistake» drink from the drive thru location down the street. The girl who helped me (redhead) was so nice and happy to remake my drink. I’ll probably go out of my way to visit this location more often now!

Juliette needs an attitude adjustment. She doesnt say thank you, or smile, or have a good day. Training needs to be in her near future! Plus the staff is huddling around talking while the trash is overflowing and no toilet paper is in the bathroom.

This location is within a 2 minute walk of my office, and even though that walk may be super sketchy sometimes, I am able to pop in and out within the limit of my first 15 minute break of the day.
I think they (and by «they», I don’t know who I mean) say that your tastes change every 7 years, which may be why I’ve been going to Starbucks less and less these days. I will still continue to come to this location because of the convenience and the fact that I need to get some exercise every now and then, but since I don’t drink coffee, the rotation of drinks I do get can make the taste buds grow weary.
Service is always fast and friendly, and despite the fact that it’s not necessarily in an area one would go to see and be seen, it’s still a good spot to visit if you need a fix from the ‘Bucks.

I occasionally come to this location to complete work since they have a large sitting area. This location is always slow to get drinks out and the staff is not the friendliest. I really don’t care enough to leave a review about this location; however, I recently was there and ordered a vanilla latte. The drink was ½ foam, but when I took the lid off of the cup, I found the cap to the milk carton in the bottom of my drink. This is completely unacceptable to me, especially when you are paying $ 5 for a drink.

This is my go to Starbucks! I am always amazed how they remember my name and often what I usually order. I work from home and will go over once in a while with my computer to give myself a change — Lots of room, full of people working, sharing with friends, reading etc. Great atmosphere. Oh and the very few times I have accidentally ordered the wrong thing — they always fix a new drink with a smile and no extra charge.
I have gotten used to placing my order on my phone ahead of time. Miss interacting with the cashier, but love just walking in and picking up my drink.

I want to send a shout out of thanks! This store is always so busy and I get a bit frustrated while waiting for all the blended drinks but that is not their fault. I pop in there a few times a week and wait, just so I can buy one latte for my mother in law. The other day I did just that and when they called my drink I realized I forgot to order it as decaf. The barista smiled and said he would correct it. I offered to pay for the mistake and he said it’s ok. That is service. Now if only I can figure out why I can’t get the call ahead phone ap. to work.

I just tried to get a drink and the girl asked me my name. I said Brian, then she said «Frank?» I said no Brian and I spelled it for her.
She then snap back with a snide comment «I know how to spell.»
Really then how can you mess up the name Brian?
I will never come back to this Starbucks. The overweight woman with long black hair needs to learn some manners, she’s in customer service.

The employee Mark is a helpful employee was attentive to my needs and wants. After my inquiry of the suggested tea flavors, he asked my flavor profile preferences. Doing so, he suggested the «Mango Green Tea». I really enjoyed the drink and the attentive customer service this store offers. Now I go here five times a day. As I’m writing a Unilocal review, I now realize why my wallet is always empty. Damn you Mark! Before each visit, I plan to buy the tall size to save money, BUT HE JUST HAS TO BE COURTEOUS TO ME DOESN’T HE?! So I buy the largest size then I drink my tea with my flat wallet.

This is my go to Starbucks when it comes to studying. I like the big space and amount of seats they have but it does get super packed where you’d have to settle for sitting outside or find another place to study at. The drinks are always consistent and workers are real nice. Some of them make an attempt to get to know you if they remember you. I don’t have much to complain about this place except for the amount of people that studies here and the one worker who seems to not like her job when she takes my order.

I would a 5 stars for those other times, but a 1 star this because… They’re normally really good with their drinks, but this has happened 3 times already where my coffee was filled only a little more then half and the rest foam. My husband got me a tall white mocha and when he gave it to me in the car if felt super light and I opened up the cup and guess what??? It wasn’t filled all the way. I took it back in the the barista guy–
Barista guy– what happened?
Me– what do you mean what happened? It’s not filled all the way and look at it.
Barista guy– oh it happens when you don’t drink it right after you get it. The Foam dissolves and it looks like that
Me: (in my head BS) hmm is that so, I didn’t ask for foam!!!
Barista guy– oh well sorry, did u want me to fill it up again?
Me: umm, what do you think? I didn’t pay close to $ 4 for just half a cup or a little over half a cup of coffee.
Anyways, pls check your coffee before leaving, because they can be shady!!!

Noelle’s Unilocal Notebook 2015
I’ve been coming to this Starbucks since it first opened. It’s located in the same shopping center as the 24 Hour Fitness and Jiffy Lube. More often than not customer service is always friendly. Came here today to grab a trenta iced green tea sans the sweetener. Upon opening the doors I was hit with warm arm, only to find out their air conditioning was broken. Outside it was 90 degrees according to my car computer but inside this Starbucks it felt well over 90 degrees.
It was well after 4 p.m. and the pastry case was nearly empty. I’m happy to report that they have the pumpkin spice latte and salted caramel mocha back on their menu, it’s a shame both are seasonal. The entire shop was filled with people and their laptops, seating inside and outside was scarce. This Starbucks is often busy and the area where the straws and napkins are are messy and some tables were not cleaned up. The staff here needs to do a better job of keeping things neat and clean– i.e. the tables and straw/​napkin/​cream/​sugar area.

Hands down best Starbucks in the area! Great service and super awesome staff. Lots of space to settle down with my notebook and get work done.
The only issue I have, and this is probably the same issue at all Starbucks, but the coffee is scorching hot. Whenever I get a red eye cup, I swear I get 3^rd degree burns on my tongue and can’t taste anything for days (a but exaggerated)…I don’t order coffee from Starbucks unless it’s on ice.

This is the third time I come here and their coffee is just so disappointing. I come here to order a blonde roast for my mom and out of the 3 times that I have come, they always manage to make the coffee taste like it’s been watered down. The cashier was super nice, but the worker who sends out the drinks on the other side was really rude when I told her that there was no more milk. Like wtf I drink coffee with milk in it, and it’s your job. I am definitely not coming back here again anytime soon

For some reason the Wifi here is petty bad and it is too packed. I like the chairs on the side and the coffee makers/​cashiers are very nice and friendly. Cool place! I like Starbucks! :-D

5 stars are based solely on their drinks. 3 – 4 stars for customer service; hit or miss depending on what time of day you go. Their Frappuccinos are always blended to perfection; just the way I like ‘em! When I come between 5:30 — 7:30am weekdays before work, there is never a line & my drinks come out super fast! After 8am, the line starts to form, they usually only have one register open, and a few slow Baristas working in the back. I’ve tried studying here once to try and kill time before work, but it wasn’t as comfortable since some people were blasting their music away from their laptops. Very spacious, clean ladies’ restroom, & awesome Frapps! Seriously, I think other Starbucks Bartistas need to learn a lesson about ‘blending’ from the Baristas at this location.

What can I say that hasn’t been already said a million times before?
Is there anything left to say? Well yes there is… but its about women, yoga pants and Marvel vs DC? Over saturday coffee, in one hell’a comfortable chair.
