The only thing I like about this starbucks is that it’s drive thru but the downside of it and that my frappé always comes runny

I come here pretty frequently because of the convenience of the drive thru. Yes, it’s convenient because you don’t have to get out of the car, however expect 20+ minute wait times in the morning! Today I waited the normal 20 minutes, ordered my drink and paid. The barista even confirmed my drink at the window; a caramel macchiato. To prevent burning my mouth, I usually wait 10 mins into my drive to work to start sipping my drink. 10 mins into my drive, I take out the stopper and I immediately notice there was chocolate sauce all over it. If you’re familiar with caramel macchiatos, there’s NO chocolate sauce! I open the lid, and it’s a hot chocolate!!! I look at the label, and it clearly says caramel macchiato. Had I still been in the area I would’ve turned my car around and complained!

Pulled off the freeway on a road trip to find a restroom & caffeine — you’d think Starbucks would be a good place for that… WRONG! Not only was the restroom out of service, but the 3 guys behind the counter had to all three make each drink together. But since it took so long to get around to making mine, I had time to take pictures of their FILTHYSTORE!

I always come to this Starbucks like almost every day. Perfect drinks all the time. They have a good customer service. The employees are really nice to me, but why guys are friendlier than girls?

This place sells warm milk, no coffee will be found here at this Starbucks location. Baristas have no idea what they’re doing here.

I recently made a Starbucks trip during my lunch and they have the new pin pad for the chip insert The cashier was trying to help me with the transaction until another one of the employees told me my card was declined? Seriously?! I knew there was noooo way that my debit card could have been declined. I thought it was rude that they couldn’t have find another way to charge my card(for example entering it manually) instead of saying my card is declined when something was clearly wrong with their machine and making me feel embarrassed! And FYI I went to purchase something right after because I was certain my card was active and guess what, my card went through!

Seeing that this is a drive thru they would at least hire people who know how to do their job properly I mean they don’t need anything but a hs education smh. I’ve had to go inside and let them know their orders are wrong and also they charge for soy on ice coffees. For people who cannot consume other milks soy should not be charged. Hate coming here for the slow service and ignorant workers.

Second time this has happened. Ordered a tall and a fourth of my cup was not filled. Tried calling the store to talk to the manager, no one answered. Took my order by drive through and I did not have the time to turn around and complain in person. So, I’m addressing this issue through Unilocal.I’ve seen other reviews about this issue. I hope they make some changes soon.

This Starbucks is so convenient tp me. I have been a gold member for a few years and this location makes me think I should get a refund and switch to Peets. Yesterday, it took over 12 minutes for someone to acknowledge my drink order, I understand it got busy –I ended up getting PARTIALLY refunded for cancelling my order. I ordered 2 shots in my chai and I got shorted .75 — however they gave me a $ 4 card to go towards my next order — since I had to go to work and left without my coffee. This morning I had a brand new outlook and went back to use my $ 4 card. The service was faster, BUT my chai and my colleagues chai had a disgusting burnt taste. This is ridiculous and Starbucks needs to step up their hiring game. If the Baristas dont want a job, step down, there are TONS of unemployed people that would love a job and know the meaning of the word Customer Service.

We always come to this drive thru starbucks and Barista Joel always gives the best customer service. He is always on top of our drinks and never dissapoints us! Today a barista messed up on my iced coffee, he happened to be there and he took over to make my iced coffee as he knows exactly what i like. He always goes the extra mile to give us great service and makes sure we are satisfied with our drink! Every barista there should rub off on him! Just for his outstanding customer service and personality we give it 5 stars! Thanks Joel!

Great drive through service. They really put emphasis in good and fast service. They remember you and your tip so be nice :) a couple of times they made a mistake with the order and they just got us freebies while we park on the side. All Starbucks need to learn from this one

Today I came in around 4pm for their half price frappuccino deal and expected there to be a long line/long wait per usual with these happy hour deals. HOWEVER, I was able to order, get my drink+pastry, and leave in less than 5 minutes! They were stacked with staff members so no wonder there wasn’t a line or wait. Minus one star because i’ve been here many times before and would have to wait 10 – 15 minutes for a frap during non-busy hours. Plus my frap today tasted a bit off today, can’t put my finger on what but still yummy.

This location by far gave me the worst Starbucks experience I have ever had. I left my house early to pick up a drink before work since it was an extremely hot day. I got into the drive thru and waited 10 minutes before deciding to go inside to order. The staff did not even acknowledge me at first even though I was standing in front of the register for a couple minutes. When they finally did take my order, I wouldn’t receive my drink until 20 minutes later. After more than half an hour of waiting I was late to work. Never coming to this location again.

Alright, I think I’ve had one too many wrong orders from this particular drive-thru. 3 to be exact and too many times the baristas were not nearly as friendly when I told them the order was wrong. This morning’s experience really pushed it over the edge. I ordered a grande iced caramel macchiato and when I finally got to the window, the nice barista handed me a grande americano. She offered to remake my drink but after ~10 minutes in the drive-thru I didn’t have any time to wait to get my drink remade, I had to rush to school. No biggie… BUT as I’m driving, the drink is in the cup holder and it is dripping all over my car. I didn’t realize it until it started hitting my pant leg and my foot(I was wearing flats). I finally get to a stop light and check the cup. There are no holes anywhere and the drips are actually from where the lid meets the rim of the cup. Maybe it was too full or maybe someone didn’t wipe it down, but I had quite a few drip marks all over my foot and jeans. Needless to say, my cheery attitude went right out the door as soon as the coffee hit my foot. Thank you for messing up on my order, giving me a cup of drippy coffee, and starting my morning horribly with coffee stains.

I try to stop by at this location a couple of times a month since it’s convienient and on my way to work in the morning. The drive thru around 6:15 — 6:30AM is fairly quick, so I like that I can get in and out with 5 – 8 minutes. Came this morning and ordered 2 drinks, one for myself and one for the little one. There were 3 cars ahead of us today, but it went fairly quick. — Tall Soy Latte — I love lattes’ and adding the soy to it gives it a bit of sweetness with adding more syrup or sugar. Perfect balance. — Kids Hot Chocolate — this is a favorite for him in the morning, but if it was up to him, he would always chose the Green Tea Frappaccino. This place can be inconsistent sometimes, depending on who you get. Overall, I like coming here in the mornings because it’s quick and they get the job done.

I love the drive-through at Starbucks! But once I tasted my drink, it was not as strong as most Java Chip should be. And I actually think it might be also because they had way too much ice with it. I know a frapuccino is blended but it was still very icy. I took three or four drinks and my drink was finished. There’s about three-fourths of blended ice left over in the cup… Such a rip-off! This is my first real bad experience with Starbucks product

I stopped in today to take advantage of their BOGO deal for holiday drinks. There was a long line of cars outside but no line inside. I ordered the eggnog latte and got one free. The drinks were very hot. After it cooled a bit I enjoyed my drink. I was able to grab a seat in the long workspace area across the cashier. The place is pretty small and crowded.
