If I could give this place NOSTARS I would. So I rush to Subway because I only get a 30 minute lunch, and this lady in front of me is ordering A LIST of sandwiches, one girl is helping her out while the other lady is ringing up someone else. I was waiting for about 5 minutes until the lady from the register is done helping the other customer, I ask her«excuse me can you help me? I’m only ordering one sandwich» and she said«sorry it goes by line» REALLYNOW?! The only two fucking attendants that were there were helping out ONE customer. Pretty fucking smart! I said«thank you» and walked out wanting to drop kick anyone in my way. Thanks Subway! For your shitty customer service and wasting my precious lunch time!

This isn’t my favorite location, however, when I am working in the area I do stop by here. I also have an old coworker who works at In N Out here so she always is quick with me ;) her name is Lupita and she is always nice FYI. Parking is weird since it is on the side of the building, so if you find it take it! I have never had a problem with them cheating me on my meat or taking forever so I would definitely recommend this place on their quickness. The tables are clean whenever I eat in which is great because I never should have to do the cleaning myself.

I just went to subway with my service animal(support dog) who didnt have a vest on. Manager told me i had to take her out because i could not produce the paperwork(i was on a walk away from home). I let him know by law i did not have to produce paperwork and he called me a LIAR and embarassed me by saying unecessary comments in front of the entire restaurant. After that I told him he could call the cops im still ordering my sandwich. He should familiarize himself with the way service animals work according to the Americans with Disabilities Act. Although he backed down, I am still going to lodge an ADA complaint.
