Subway

Love coming to this place but the last time I was here service and pricing was unbelievable. I am a vegetarian and I enjoy the fact that they have a lot of vegetables but this time they charged me way too much for my sandwich. I asked for American cheese and asked if I can get one more slice. The lady said yes and she put it on. I asked if she can toast it with tomatoes and she agreed. I then told her my toppings and asked for avocado. She told me it was gonna be extra and I said it was okay. She only put 4 super thin slices, I asked for some more and she put it on. Once at the register she began charging extra for everything that I asked for. She charged me $ 2 for 5 thin slices of avocado. She charged me .75 cents for the extra slice of cheese, and she charged me another .75 for asking to toast the tomatoes. I questioned this and she said it was company policy and I didn’t want to argue with her. The total came out to be almost $ 11 and I was outraged. I usually pay $ 8 for this exact same sandwich at other locations. Throughout the whole sandwich making process, the lady seemed to have attitude and would say stuff under her breath. I hope you guys can fix these issues especially the EXPENSIVE extra charges for little things.

So this ia just a collective review of the place in general. Its okay. Never right but never wrong.

The place is clean, the owner seems nice. But man the customer service SUCKS. the fat mexican girl working the counter has an attitude problem. Seriously lady if you don’t like your job… Then get a new one! I use to make sandwiches too (in high school) and it’s not rocket science, so I don’t know what makes her job so miserable? Anyways I think Ill take a drive elsewhere, plus the location is pretty ghetto, maybe that’s why she needs to keep the hardcore attitude at subway, lol get it chola

Sandwhiches are good and the facility is big and clean. The only problem I have is with the staff. The owner is super nice and so is the Hispanic guy. They’re also really fast and efficient. However the girl that’s there in the morning making sandwiches is so rude! Even after we’ve come in numerous times and proven that we’re regulars she still has an awful attitude and never smiles! We’re never rude to her so I don’t know why she treats us that way. Other than that, this subway is great.

This is the second time this week I have gone to Subway on McKee and they didn’t give me my change back. When I told HECTOR that he didn’t give me my change back he had said «yes, I did» I told him yeah the coins … Hector was very rude saying People make mistakes while walking way (couldn’t make out everything was saying). He also didn’t even apologize. He needs to take some class on customer service. I will be taking the drive to togo’s from now on then walking to subway.

Just left there and Alex the sandwich maker is the rudest person ever. On two separate events she’s been this way. Change your attitude or quit, seriously. Because of you ill make the drive over to togos for now on.
Oh and get a hair net for those arms.

I am a fan. On the way back to work from Pilates I stop by and grab a salad. Ashley is super quick. I also can be confident she will get my order correct and I dont have to repeat myself a thousand times. Thank you Ashley for getting me check in and checked out within 6 minutes!

MUCH BETTER!
Service is much more efficient, and I prefer this location over the Berryessa branch.
I still miss the Quiznos that used to be here though. =(
