Subway

When I asked about soup Luis checked to see if they had soup still. He told me they were out. Lady working with him stated you can pull some and warm it up. Luis rolled his eyes. I then asked about chicken soup. «Na we out of that too» was his response.
So that’s two soups the owner of sub way failed to make money off of.
I asked for extra mayo and the bottle was empty.
I asked to buy cookies they couldn’t find the bags to put them in.
I asked if the soda machine was fixed yet. And of course it wasn’t
Now that’s 2 sodas the owner failed to make money off of.
I asked for a bag because they tried to shove 2 subway sandwiches 4 cookies and 2 bags of chips in one small sleeved bag.
Talk about the lack of customer anticipation.
Then when I went to close out my bill they looked at me as if I was going to leave a tip. After all that. Lmfao I will drive 2 miles to the next subway from now on as oppose to the one 2 streets down from me.
Don’t even get me started on how horribly put together my sandwich was. Had to ask Luis to take out the massive chunck of onion that clearly wasn’t cut correctly yet ever so visible.
Save your self the hastle find a different subway.

Got off work late last week and needed to get dinner. I decided to stop by Subway since it’s a couple of minutes from my house. I haven’t had Subway’s in years. I was totally impressed with the menu. The kids menu is awesome! So healthy! Much more healthier than some of the fast food restaurants.
I ordered a foot long Hot Pastrami on Italian cheese and herb bread with everything on it. SO GOOD! For my son, I ordered him a 4′ turkey with provolone cheese. His meal came with apple slices and strawberry milk. Plus a cool lunch bag with a star soccer player on it (don’t know the name of the player since I’m not a fan of the sport).
Also, the customer service was great. The woman that made my sandwiches was extremely nice. Definitely will go to this Subway again for more sandwiches.

Usually Subway is not my first choice as a place to eat because the food is quite mediocre. However, the meatball sub I had from here on my first visit was good. The guy recommended I add red onions and toast my sub, which I never did before. He was nice and we had a nice convo while he was making my sandwich.
My food was fairly good and I appreciated the good service.

Your average subway… but the workers are a bit rude.

person making my sandwich somehow cut her hand. i expected her to wash it and put a band aid… she didnt… even though she had gloves on. it was disgusting. i was so disgusted that i left her there with my order.
they are very skimpy on how they fix your sandwich… guess its a franchise and the employees have been told to go skimpy on the ingredients…
owner is very rude. employees have no appreciation for the art of sandwich making.
i rather drive 3 minutes to the subway on story and king… please dont come here.
