I’ve had good service from Synergy, working with Lawrence. He’s a good tuner and engine builder. I have a 1994 Integra engine in my 1988 CRX, and Lawrence built the engine in 2010. I’ve drag-​raced it a lot since then, and it’s doing fine. I’ve even been to some half-​mile speed trials, which are a lot harder on engines than a quarter mile run. After four days of half-​mile runs (at speeds up to 154.75 mph), the engine is still in excellent condition.

Great place. Love working with them. Taken my wife’s car (Acura MDX) there several times for basic things and complicated things. Always straight forward and genuine. Good to know a mechanic you can trust.

These guys are great! I love bringing my 1996 Yota here because I know Im going to get quality and thorough work for an exceptionally reasonable price. The owner/​technician walks me through the auto diagnosis and recommendations which leaves me feeling in-​the-​know and safe behind the wheel. «Trust» is not an adjective usually used to describe auto mechanics, but this is NOT the case with these guys. I highly recommend this shop!

Second review for these guys. I’ve still been going to Synergy since my last review and the service is still just as good as ever. I recently traded in my 09 Civic Si for a 16 Accord EX-​L V6. I knew I wanted a mild drop this time and decided to go with lowering springs instead of the coilovers. I dropped it off during my lunch and Mike gave me a ride back to work. Now this is where it gets interesting, I ordered a 3-​arm SPC rear camber kit and SPC screwed up my order and sent me duplicate trailing arms. Ngoc and Mike were able to temporarily align it as close to factory spec as possible with the SPC kit on one side and the factory kit on the other. I got in touch with SPC and they sent me another kit but screwed it up AGAIN. Ngoc and Mike were super accommodating and kept me on schedule. I finally got the correct kit in and went over after I was off work. Ngoc had a lift reserved and waiting for me since he knew what I had been experiencing with SPC. He completed the install in under an hour. Keep in mind, my car is a 2016, and it didn’t even have the plates yet when I brought it in. I don’t trust anyone else with my car besides these guys. To date. I’ve never left there feeling dissapointed or dissatisfied. I’ll be back again for my rear sway bar.

Bunch of backyard Mechanics that doesn’t know what they’re doing all they know how to do is rip people off. I brought my Honda prelude to get the axle fix they ended up doing more damage to my car bunch incompetent scum bags. They damage an end link to the strut and they ended up charging me 500 dollars for it instead of them admiting fault but it doesn’t end there. Finally after 3 weeks they said car is fix but I notice while driving the car it was drifting hard more to the left which didn’t happen before so I complain but incompetent scum bags said theres more damage to my car and they had to charge me 800 dollars. After a total of 1300 dollars of charges the car was still not fix still drifting to the left. So I talk to the owner his name is NGOC he said what I need to do is just hold the steering wheel straight and that should do it with a grin on his face Wow what INCOMPETENT SOB!

Synergy Auto has always came through for me.
I have had multiple repairs/​installs at Synergy, and Ngoc has always had a solution for all my problems, big or small.
I drive an Integra, and it turns out he can fix them really well.
The Customer service is great, and the quality of work is superb.
I would definitely recommend my friends and family to Synergy.

Been bringing my car here for 3 years and these guys have taken care of issues large and small to keep the car running in great condition. I’ve always been impressed with their honesty and fair prices. I’ll keep coming back as long as I’m in the area.

Scheduled an appointment to install camber kit all the way around. Came in, dropped off the car, came back 2 hours later Ngoc handed me the keys and I was on my way. Knocked it out crazy quick.

This place is a joke, they have my car close to 2 month to ended up telling me, we can’t turn it on and you owe 1000 dollars, I went to pick it up and said am not paying cuz I didn’t sign anything, they told me wait and after 30 min I took it, to found out the cut every single electric cables and took off many parts .
The car had no fix after that, BEWARE!!!

I was hesitant to take my car anywhere else but the dealer but it had been out of warranty and in need of a major service. I took my 2006 Range Rover Sport to Ngoc for front and rear brakes and rotors, oil change, etc. It ran great! Recently I took it in for a coolant leak, which they were able to take care of same day! My car is running great! Always very professional and fair pricing! Highly recommend Synergy Auto Works!

I came here because my car was leaking coolant all over the road and needed to be towed. I was referred to Synergy by a friend of mine so I dropped my car off and had them take a look at the car.
These guys are very honest and upfront. Prices are very reasonable and the turn around time is quick (took about a day to get the parts and fix the issue). They called to let me know the problem, the quote, how long it would take, and when they finished all in a very professional but casual manner.
I would totally recommend these guys. I know a lot of people get screwed over by shady mechanics but these guys are legit!

These guys took care of me for a pre-​purchase inspection on an Acura, and then a valve adjustment and transmission fluid/​oil change a week later. They appear to know their s@#% when it comes to Hondas/​Acuras. Reasonably priced and friendly. Very clear about which of the pre-​purchase issues were urgent vs. wait and see. Another good reminder to steer away from the dealership after your warranty expires.

This is the second time I had work done at SAW. Each time was a great experience. The guys are very friendly, very thorough and do great work at a reasonable price. I had my truck in last week, when I came to pick it up, I accidentally locked myself out and they were kind enough to work their magic and unlock it in the rain! I definitely recommend them.

This shop is run by a group of young guys (like, early 30’s late 20’s). Quality of work is not as good as some other shops along Keyes. I’m not going to tell you which other ones are better for sake of impartiality, but I’ve used others that have definitely done a better job. As noted by other Unilocal reviewers, I’ve also had this shop «fix» a problem, only to end up having the car towed back the very next day for the same problem. I eventually brought my car to another shop that actually fixed the problem…
I like that Synergy has the longest opening hours of any shop along Keyes, and they are open on Saturdays. The downside is that it is sometimes hard to tell when they will get to work on your car (this is a popular place), and the guys often don’t pro-​actively call you with updates, so you are left wondering. Also when the shop gets busy, you might not be able to reach anyone on the phone for a good part of a day.
Bottom line is, if you have a small problem, I can recommend coming to Synergy for sake of convenience. But for bigger jobs, I’d recommend looking elsewhere with more experienced mechanics.

I started coming here a couple years ago after my long time mechanic couldn’t get under my car anymore… being that it’s slammed. So my buddy recommended this place and i’ve been coming ever since.
I’ve had the basics from getting my power steering fluid flushed to valve adjustments.
Like all the other reviews said its quality, honest work. Ngoc has always taken good care of me the times I’ve dropped my baby off here.

Very good customer service and support!
They fixed my car but it broke again the next day so they towed it on their expense and they fixed it. Even though it is a bit expensive but it is worth it.

I get nervous trying out new garages, but my old mechanic does not have the technology to identify where a vapor leak in my car is located. I had bookmarked Synergy in the past and wanted to give them a try. I did not want to tajek my Suv to the Lexus dealership since they charge so much for everything. At the same time, I also wanted to make sure the issue with my car can be resolved with an independent garage.
I called Synergy, spoke to Mike, and was told I can just bring my car in.
I did not need to make an appointment and they were open late. I asked them to help me out with the check engine light and also to look at anything else that may need to be done with it as far as maintenance went. I already knew I was overdue for a timing belt change anyway. I asked them to do the whole works, timing belt, spark plugs, filter change, etc.
I just picked up my car and this is the best driving condition I have ever experienced since I bought the car brand new in 2005. It drives like a new car and so smooth. No noise, shaking of steering wheel, whatsoever. The alignment is excellent too! Just perfect. My old mechanic in the past said it was normal to have a little shaking and noise since the car has over 100k miles on it. THESE guys at Synergy did an excellent job resolving all the issues I had with it and it performs perfectly.
Excellent communication from Mike and car was delivered right on time. Reasonable Prices and Excellent Service. Definitely a top notch shop to take your vehicle to.

Wow!
I needed to get my transmission fluid changed on my 06 Mazda 3 5door. I had been quoted 150 and my co-​worker was quick to voice I could get a better price. Thinking 150 was a good price I accepted his opinion and called around. Synergy had the best price. He explained for the year of my car I needed to simply change the trans. fluid and not a complete flush and it would be 55.00. I was excited to know they were open till 7 as I get off at 530 and need to run errands after work. Because I saved so much on my original maintenance I added an oil change as well. I will be returning!
