TK Noodle

This place is bad DONT COME HERE the service is REALLY BAD they take long to bring the food out and when they bring the food out TARAAAA wrong order stupid. . so i wen to pay and i didnt get my food only my 69 and my soda butbthey want to charge me 40 for two plates i didnt eat cold food. and i said i wasnt going to pay for something i didnt even eat and sges arguin with me and she said ok fine ill charge you 5 dollars for the chicharron and one peace of lemon ??? Really stupid bitch how am i going to pay for half a peace of lemon and chicharron wtf? If that was the case a lemon is 10c than i would have given you 5cents for the half «i ate» WOW STUPID and the food is nasty and the servir comes and tell me wtf you order rice #27 i said no and he almost spit my face arguing i order rice WOW really stupid DONT COME HERE IS THE WORST !!! I put ONE START CAUSE I CANT PUT ZERO BUT I WOULD GIVE THEM –0

I would only do this place to go orders. Food is good try #3 and #21 best one and their fried rice isn’t bad. The place does need a upgrade or at least better care but food I good.

This place is disgusting. I ordered the combination chow fun and it didnt taste like anything. It was really plain and nasty to put into my mouth. Don’t come here.

Waste of money. If they’re going to make quick bland food they should at least make it cheap. The food is like eating solid water.

#7 here is pricier then others… Usually $ 5.25, here they charged $ 7 I didn’t expect that since they crossed out all the prices on the menu. Would not be coming back

Needs to be more people friendly and lady in the register I’d rude and has been like that since 5 years ago. No price on menus is retarded with nasty dirty tape on the menus. I ordered fried rice like 6 years ago and got tiny little green apids. On the cilantro I had forgotten why I didn’t come here.

Price is not posted customer service is bad didn’t give the receipt didn’t even charge me at the register just gave my change and that’s it the guy didn’t even smile like people are just people not like he really values the customers came here again today ⁴⁄₁₄ guy at the front looks mad charges me for a large when I ordered a small saw on this other persons receipt the same fried rice dollar cheaper will not be coming again he cheats people out of there money and he got flustered when I asked for the receipt

Worst service ever. Walked in and was not greeted and they didn’t even point me to where im suppose to sit. By the time I sat down service came by and pretty much just tossed menu on the table. No tip for them and defiantly not coming back.

TK in general is more like 3.5 stars… so this rating is for all the TK restaurants I’ve been to… not just the one on Monterey Rd
I’ve been to multiple TK restaurants, and this is what I have to say:
–Customer service: is a hit and miss at times… at times they’re attentive, at times they forget you’re even there, and forget to bring what you requested
–Cleanliness: also a hit and miss… i’ll find a few grains of rice or broth on the table, some chili paste even… but ain’t nothin to trip about right? not! ick. I’ve found utensils dirty and drinking glasses too…
The three stars solely goes to the food I order almost all the time here:
–Daikon cake: really good, I just wish there wasn’t that many peanuts in it
-#27 Fried Rice: I’ve been ordering this since I was a little kid… it doesn’t taste as good as I remember it to be…
–I think it’s the #24? or 25? Whichever one it is, it’s the soy sauce rice plate with veggies and a combo of shrimp, chicken and pork. I usually get this, and I usually kill it… well with the exception of rice… they just pour a ton of it on there… which is not good haha… but the plate overall is yummy nonetheless

This place is trash… It deserves no stars if there’s no rating. It’s filthy, even their utensils are dirty. The chopsticks had dirt on them which was gross. Usually TKNoodle is the spot during my childhood. But the food here now is disgusting… I ordered a combination rice noodle and it tastes like watered down soup. No flavor at all. The shrimp tasted spoiled and the meet looked like dog food. Sad I even tried it. I use to go here and this place was the spot to go during my childhood, but now I am never coming here again. Please save your money and taste buds from this place!

Stopped by TK to grab some boba Thai ice tea while getting some fresh French bread from Lee’s next door. I found funny bit and crunch in my mouth vs. over cooked honey boba. I spit it out and it looked like an azuki bean … I prayed. I saw wings … It’s a FLY! Not just flew in the tea. Looked old and well marinated. The lady at the counter offered me to make another one with same old ingredients. PUKE!!!
Don’t order boba (pearl) drink here!!!

Probably the worst TK Noodle I have ever been to. Dirty — Slow service. This location is more spacious than the other locations that I have been to though.
I avoid this location at ALL times. The many times I ordered the Taro/​Flour Egg Cake from here was soggy, stale, and old tasting. I can tell that they used the OLD oil as I can see the specks of black burnt and no crisp to the flour cake. Not to mention that it is super oily as well.
The one in Downtown, SJ is much cleaner and I have been going there for years. Owners/​Staff always remember my family and I coming in for the regulars.

I ate lunch with two friends here and it wasn’t that busy around 1pm. The waiter who gave us the menu just stood there waiting on us to order. We told him that he could come back since we were still deciding what to order. I ordered #15 Beef Stew Vermicelli ($ 5.50) and my friends both ordered a #1 which I forgot what it was. We asked to have our table wiped down but that didn’t happen. The tables were a little cramped and usually dirty. I suppose it could be worse. Our food came out pretty quick after we ordered. The Beef Stew Vermicelli was okay but was filled with mostly tendons than actual meat. The noodles were okay and the soup tasted fine. Overall, this TK Noodle got the job done which was to provide me with food to eat but I definitely had better.

TK Noodle is THE chicken noodle soup for a sick Asian person, aka me last week.

The only reason I go to TK Noodle is to get an order of Banh Bot Chien, which is egg flour cake that comes with a dipping sauce. It’s a good combination of spicy and sweet and always hits the spot. Other than that, the soups are tasteless and really watered down.
ORDER BANH BOT CHIEN, YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED.
The fried rice is very good as well.
