Dr. Ng made my eye exam very painless. I was scared going into my eye exam since my eyes can be sensitive. He was so gentle and was great and making light conversation to keep me distracted from being scared.
He kept asking if I had any questions after every procedure which I really appreciated. The entire process from the eye exam to the picking of glasses was so simple and quick! I was in and out in a little under an hour.

Dr. Ng is excellent! Great sense of humor, kind, reassuring, and very customer oriented. He made me feel at ease and explained a lot of things during my exam that I wouldn’t think of asking about. He definetely knows his stuff and that makes him awesome!

I hate getting my eyes checked, it’s never something I look forward to. I noticed sears had better Unilocal reviews than Lens Crafters… So Sears it was. Dr Ng had a no show so he was able to take us right away. He even let me sit in the room while he did my girlfriends eye exam, so I didn’t have to sit alone in the waiting area.
Dr Ng was very nice, had a fun personality and did a good job. The eye exams were quick and pretty harmless. I’ve been getting eye exams for over 30 years, never had an eye doctor that had such a good sense of humor. I’d definitely go back to this guy in a year (or 2) for my next eye exam and so should you. A great experience with top notch customer service.
