Service was great! Yesterday. Kind man and young lady helped me out. Friendly and didn’t mind my small holdbacks with my prepaid cards . Caesar salad– yummy ! But I have an appetite and I wanted more chicken lol! Only two or three pieces Sourdough bread is bomb I bought a ciabatta loaf –soft it was okay. Sourdough wins Overall nice panera!

This will be the last time I’m going to Panera. First of all. I never liked coming here coz I feel that everything is overpriced. But today it really hit my limit. My husband and I waited 20 minutes for 2 cups of soup and 2 sandwiches. We spent almost $ 25!!! This place is ridiculously overpriced. I wish we’re closer to Corner Bakery. They have better sandwiches and better service. I want everyone to know this place is a joke! If I can give them a negative star. I would!

This is absolutely the worst Panera I’ve ever visited. The customer service here is always pleasant and full of smiles but that’s where it ends. The orders are always incomplete and wrong. The people making the food will confirm when asked if the order is correct but upon further investigation… They lie.

The food is great here but the staff members are all rude and unprofessional kids. The gossip so loud in the kitchen you can hear it from the dinning room. I have started to the one is Aliso because the service is so bad.

The food is decent, like any other Panera Bread. What sucks is their service. Not only are they slow but their customer service is not up to par and trust me, my standard for customer service at Panera is pretty darn low. To me, it’s the kitchen manager(or whatever the title) that puts HERSELF on a pedestal — she comes off as very rude, entitled and as if she’s the busiest person alive. I’m sorry you work at a restaurant and it’s prime lunch time. Just make my sandwich and be kind. Oh, they are supes challenged when it comes to online ordering and finding the order — DON’T do it.

I like Panera, it’s an easy go to spot when you’re on the road but I don’t typically choose it as I don’t eat meat, I do eat fish but they don’t offer any fish options. I do like both their Thai and Asian salads and usually just get them without the chicken and extra edamame and it does the job. I had quite a bad meal at this particular location yesterday. First off, for a quick 20 minute lunch, $ 13 for a salad and a soda is a bit much, it can really get costly when you do the pick 2 and you get the speciality items, my coworkers bill yesterday was around $ 16. Yesterday I got the large Thai salad and it just didn’t taste good, the lettuce was really bad, brown, watery and just wilted overall. I was thinking this to myself as I was eating my salad when my coworker who was eating her Ceasar salad said to me, «this lettuce just tastes yucky,» and I completely agreed with her. We both ended up leaving some of our salad, we had to eat most of it as we were hungry. The only thing I enjoyed was the apple and she liked her broccoli soup. I did personally write in on their main website because if this was my location or my business I’d want to know about this. The one good thing about this location is that it was nicer than most of the other ones I’ve been to. I don’t find myself to be a negative reviewer of places and do take the time to review everywhere I go on a weekly basis and it saddens me when I have a bad experience and I have to write a negative review :(

Came her for a quick bite of lunch with my mother. The woman behind the counter was very friendly and didn’t complain one bit when I kept changing up my order(Sorry, for being so indecisive). As always, the food was delicious and hot. I somewhat wish they had spread the tuna in my sandwich out a bit instead of keeping it in a ball in the center, but whatevs. Here’s my only complaint: there was a group of about a dozen people working on some sort of business project in the restaurant. They had pulled together several tables and were just working. Not eating anything(by the looks of things they had finished eating awhile ago) just working. I found that incredibly disrespectful. I know that’s not the restaurant’s fault, but I wish they had asked them to leave. I saw plenty of people walking around looking for somewhere to sit and enjoy their meals.

First time going to Panera. The place was very dirty. And I ordered the Asiago Steak sandwich had to much vinegar. Friendly staff but won’t be going there anytime soon.
