Nice friendly staff when you walk in. A single item plate more than filled me up with much left over. If you want large portion sizes for a small amount of money it’s the place to go. $ 14 for 2 with one soda. The inside seemed very clean and there are a few outside tables. I would come back again.

If you’re looking for bomb ass Chinese food that is generous in portion and isn’t like some corporate portion weighing place like Panda Express or others then this is the place to go. Traditional in my opinion pick your part Chinese food. If you’re looking for that Chinese food that’s hot plate ready and that’s ready for you to eat this is the spot to go. I hate to use the word«ghetto» but that’s the type of Chinese food I like. It’s not Panda Express or pick up stix it’s real down and dirty Chinese the stuff real people like to eat. Super friendly generous servings and cheap. Too many affluent yuppies ruin this spot. Definitely my favorite Chinese food spot in SJC

If you are in to mood for Chinese fast food this place is great. Their food is yummy, the staff is really friendly and kind, and the restaurant is kept clean. They have the usual popular items plus some less familiar items. The curry fish us a treat for curry lovers. They also make ala carte items. The restaurant has easy walk up access with plenty of parking. Definitely worth a try.

This was a great spot to grab a quick bite. It was very clean, the food was good, and the employees were super nice. The servings were quite generous. Going to any restaurant with a one year old always means that a mess will be made, but the woman was very nice and didn’t show annoyance at the rice and half eaten food my son dropped on the floor. Thank you!

We have been coming to this place for over 10 years and is always been really good food, I love their orange chicken and noodles. The workers are always frendly and really nice to their customers The only thing that some times you get good servings sizes and some time small servings it depends who serves you

Always very friendly to me and my family. Kung Pao Chicken does come with peanuts when you ask for it. They are sensitive to nut allergies. Pork Chops are the best and they always prepare fresh from the kitchen. Mongolian beef very tasty. I love the serving size for the price. We come here over Panda, Pick up, and other Chinese restaurants.

Every Chinese food place in San Juan is gross except for this one. Orange chicken is great and so is the teriyaki chicken. Good food at good prices.

This place is not the best for Chinese food. The sweet and sour pork tastes and feels like it is fried three times. The orange chicken is great though. The chow mein is OK but very greasy. The people working there are very nice.

I just happened to stop by on a whim and the lafy working gave me many samples. I was looking for a lighter dinner and I ended up getting white fish in curry with brown rice. The fish was extremely tender and fresh. I was very happy with my meal. I will be back.

Pretty bad, came in a few months ago at night out of pure desperation and starvation. The noodles were cold and the rest of my meal was not very good. The only good thing I have to say about the food is that I did not get sick from it. I thought for sure I would have.

My first time here. Me and my friend ordered shrimp vegi bowl, and a combo. It was very cold, no flavor and tasted very bad. and the lady was kinda rude when We told her.

This fast Chinese takeout place is like Panda Express and Rice King — place your combo order at the counter, they fill your container, and off you go. While my two-item combo($ 6.95) filled me up, the Kung Pao Chicken didn’t have peanuts(still spicy, though), and my Mongolian Beef could’ve used a bit more flavor. The extra star on my review is for my girlfriend’s order — they offered a fish fillet in curry sauce and salt and pepper peel and eat shrimp as entrees. In other food court Chinese places, they’d have the shrimp at extra cost(if it was an option) — at Rice Bowl Express, it’s a regular-priced item. And given how good the shrimp and fish were, maybe I should’ve gone with them. Clean place, friendly staff, decent food = future visits if we’re in the area.

The food here does not appear to be fresh. I would strongly advise people to not eat here. Not sure who the owner is, but they should definitely reconsider their choice of business ventures. Maybe somewhere down the line they’ll iron the kinks out, but for now, beware. Maybe, just maybe, if the food was free/complimentary, I might consider eating here, though I would say it’s unlikely. Do yourself a favor next time you’re looking for Chinese food and go to Pick-Up-Stix and get yourself some house chicken.

Wow! Probably the best Chinese takeout in South Orange County. For starters everything is bright and immaculate, from the tables to the buffet glass. I’ve never dined at a Chinese restaurant so spotless. The main reason I like this place is because the food is light and isn’t greasy like most Chinese takeout places. Prices are inexpensive and you get much higher quality food. I usually get the 3 item combo with Kung Pao Chicken or Barbecued Pork and either the wonton or egg drop soup. YUM. The staff is always pleasant and super friendly. They seem to genuinely care for their customers. Service is extremely efficient too, when I get my order to go I am always in and out of there in mere minutes even during lunch or dinner rush. I was surprised to find out they do catering too so I placed an order for my housewarming party. It was delivered fast and all my guests loved it! It’s right off the 5 Freeway next to Verizon Wireless in the Del Obispo Shopping Center. TIP: They have Brown Rice!
