Dr. Onishi has been my doctor for many years and even after moving out of the area, I still go to him because he’s the best! He is very smart and caring and gives good advice on my dry eyes. He stays up-​to-​date on the latest technology and was so good to my toddler daughter when I had to bring her to an appt.
His staff is also extremely kind and warm and helpful. I always enjoy my visit to their office and highly recommend Dr. Onishi and his team.

Dr. Onishi has been my eye doctor since I was 16. I’m 25 now, and I still have my yearly check ups with him. I’ve gone through an inflamed cornea, contact problems, blepharitis, and ultimately got Lasik through him. He’s been extremely helpful through all the aforementioned and there’s a reason I continue to see him. He’s a warm guy and knows his stuff. He knows what is best for each patient and if for some off chance it doesn’t work, he will see you right away and work until you’re satisfied. Highly recommended!

I’ve been going to Dr. Onishi for several years for eye exams and contact lens fittings for presbyopia (no more reading glasses!). It takes a lot of patience on the part of the doctor to fit the patient for this type of lens, and sometimes several visits are required. Dr. Onishi is very thorough and patient. He spends time with you and answers all your questions. Also, if he ever suspects a more serious problem with your eyes, he will refer you to a specialist right away. You are in great hands with this doctor.
