Horrible experience took 10mins for someone to come to our table. And didnt even take our order or get us drinks. Just said hi we will be right with you. Horrible customer service

I used to like going to Chili“s for many reasons. But for some reason they have gone down hill is customer service. My wife and I were in there last night. We were seated in a booth in the bar and it took a 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge that we were there. When a waiter finally came to take our order he seamed to be in a hurry and did not even right our order down. If he had a good memory that would have been fine, however he forgot bring us napkins and my wife had to ask him 2 times for her mayonnaise that she requested on the side for her hamburger. The bartender was not friendly at all and when I asked if he had Hefezien he actually responded«No» with an attitude. My wife ordered a Margarita that was watered down with ice, she said it tasted like a virgin margarita.

The servers in San Leandro are in need of training. The service was lacking in all aspects; please train your servers. I ordered tacos and asked for a sauce when they were placed at my table, however after the server said he’ll be right back; he probably went home because I never got any. When my partner asked for an ingredient to be off the dish; she got more than less. The server never came back to check on us, so no Tabasco sauce and anymore drinks. While we were enjoying our coffee and dessert the server tried rushing us out. We saw that our Molten cake was missing the chocolate center and the manager argued with us and said that it doesn’t come with the chocolate center The two servers with their rudeness, lack of service and manners just lost two customers

I actually liked the food here, but the few times I went the service was extremely slow. One time it took a very long time to just order and get food. After getting food, we asked for utensils and didn’t get any for a long time. Luckily some of it can be eaten with hands. The waiter apologized though and was nice. Another time going there the waitress pretty much ignored our table. She just paid attention to the table right by us because there was more people. We ordered some chips that turned out way too salty(not our first time ordering it) and she seemed reluctant to at least take it away. There was only too of us: one appetizer, 2 entries. We didn’t get to eat until a little over an hour after being seated.

The food here is OK& the service and is always slow for the past few times we’ve been coming to this place. The last time we were here our server was Tony and he was the fastest and best so far. It’s really just hit & miss with this establishment I guess …

This location gave me and my friends food poisoning. We all got different things, didn’t share and we all went home sick. I called and asked to speak to a manager and was told there wasn’t one and he’d call tomorrow. Never a call back. This location sucks.

The food’s decent in my opinion, and inexpensive. I think the service was a little slow/the waiter not very attentive last time I was here. In my opinion, the main problem is the portion sizes. You might be tempted to order the«$ 20 dinner for two» thinking that it sounds like a reasonable amount of food for two people. Well, the appetizers are all about 1500 calories, and so are the entrées, so you’re looking at about 2250 calories per person plus drinks. God forbid you order TWO appetizers. If you’re like me, you’ll be trying to eat all the food in front of you and drink all the free drink refills until you just feel totally miserable. Plus I’m on a diet now, and a single entrée here is basically the amount I should eat in an entire day.

Always receive great service. We sit on the bar side and usually go during happy hour. Which is 3 – 7 Monday thru thurs and Sunday’s all day. Large blue moon which is 22 oz is 5 bucks. Can’t beat that. There are cheaper selections. There was maybe one time the service wasn’t as great but that’s one time out of all the times we have been here. Showing great customer service is what brings us back.

Came here to find out that they don’t have there 2 for $ 25 meal deals. Ended up spending $ 60 for dinner on a Wednesday night. On top of that, why did it take 25 minutes for my margarita. The waiter says that the bar was a little backed up. With what people?! The restaurant was not even pack and we didn’t even have to be waited for a seat. Definitely won’t be coming back. The food didn’t taste right and it was small portions. The margarita came out sour. Service was definitely not up to par. I felt awkward when I stepped into the restaurant. There was two female wait staff turned around not facing the front entrance and a security guard just chatting away. Hello! I’m here!!!

The service here is always terrible even when they are not under staffed. Today we walked in and every table in the bar needed to be cleaned. The bar was empty so even if I wanted to sit in the bar, I wouldn’t/couldn’t because the tables were all filthy just stacked with dirty dishes. The main dining room looked just the same. When we have our name for a table we told 5 – 10 minutes though the dining area was empty but all empty tables needed to be cleaned. Every time I come here the service is terrible but it’s the closest location to north Oakland without having to go through the tunnel. Service is slow. We got our appetizers before our drinks from the bar.

Terrible Chili’s. We waited over an hour for the manager to come and asked us what we ordered. This was before the lunch rush, so I can only imagine how it would be during rush dining hours. Our drinks were never refilled while waiting, and people that came after us were eating by the time the manager came. We promptly walked out. Complained to corporate, they need to retrain the staff here. Do not go here.

I have never been more disgusted with the food presented in front of me. I went there for a holiday lunch with my daughter in law I ordered from the menu according to how delicious the fijitas looked. Well let me tell you I only wished I could show you the pictures I took of the menu and what actually came on my plate. Totally different and unexceptable The waitress was gracious and removed it from the bill as I didn’t even touch it. Mind you that was after it was brought back a second time just shuffled around on my plate with 4 well done pieces of end cut dried meat. The first presentation was a ½ dozed pieces of steak that looked like they were taken off the grill diced and chopped in tiny gristly pieces that they should have thrown away. The picture clearly shows beautiful med rare slices of steak accompaning shrimp that were also a joke and chicken, Had to ask for tortillas and the waiter’s helper didn’t realize they came with the fijitas :(. what a joke I will NEVER go to the Chillis in San Leandro nor would i ever recommend it to my worst enemy.

The food we received is just as any other chilis meal would be they are pretty much the same any as any other Chili’s this review is more about the service. We got there around 8 p.m. Friday night(my girl friend and I) it was super busy took about 20 minutes to get seated, I think this place was severely understaffed our waitress was completely overwhelmed and overworked. When she made time to stop and take our orders I felt rushed. The food came out in a decent amount of time, though main courses were served before the appetizer got there. Our waitress was running around in a scramble flying by our table and asking if everything was okay now and then. I think she was doing the best she could but for a huge chain restaurant such as” Chili’s” I believe they should have been able to deal with the Friday crowd a lot better than they were.

I’ve came here for a for a few years now, I have to say the food has improved and for a decently affordable place to eat the food is alright, but their service is still as slow as ever and when all my food came I didn’t even have utensils for the food but the staff got it for me ASAP after I asked. Honestly if it wasn’t for our waiter Franchesca I would have possibly got up and left with my mother. She was also super attentive, and tried her best to accommodate us while they had a full house tonight anyways she’s the reason for a 4 stars tonight because I honestly have to say they have to get their wait time together. But yeah Franchesca your makeup is super cute and you have a great personality I hope I get to see you again! If you ever read this I absolutely love the fried pickles, my mother asked for honey mustard and its was pretty much the bomb. Their ribeye at medium rare isn’t half bad, I’d go for that instead of the sirloin because it’s more tender, juicy and it has hints of fat to it unlike the sirloin. I was kinda disappointed they didn’t have asparagus apparently they didn’t have it yet.

Raheem, the bartender is the bomb. Realized my to-go order was mixed up, I went to raise hell!!! But no, I couldn’t, see I ran into Raheem, he listened, understood and responded with compassion and a smile he even compensated me a little extra for my troubles. Now, that’s customer service at its finest. Thanks Raheem.

Eh, I get dragged here often since its 2 minutes away from century theatre where we always go watch movies. THEWAIT: USIALLYLONG. I dont get what its all about. We have to wait more then 15 minutes every time. Service: eh, depends on who you get. The guys are usually nice. The comida: food here is the meaning of OKAY. not all that, but not bad. I once got a drink that had the sugar at the bottom, && the food never Wows me. Like never. Overall: this place has alot of potential if theanager quit & replaced ALL staff. If there was applebees next door, i would choose applebees, much cheaper & better.

Father’s day, dinner seemed like a joke lol. Bad service. 6:30PM service. Cons: 1. Seated at a dirty table. 2. Our server serves us our drinks and told us he forgot to bring more drinks that we initially ordered. 3. Server pulled out too much straws from his apron and dropped a couple on the floor, having my dad pick it up. 4. Server brought the appetizer and didn’t give us individual appetizer plates. 5. We were served our molten lava chocolate with no chocolate coating. 6. When the server gave us our dessert, he gave us plastic to-go spoons for it. 7. When we asked for plastic bag for to-go, server said they ran out. Pro: 1. Sweet corn on the cob was fantastic!

The Cajun chicken pasta was not the fix! They tried twice and failed at both shots. Never again will I come here for pasta. The service. On Point! Dominic is an awesome server. His skills allowed us to try an appetizer that was good. But we were there for the food…
