I ordered my pizza and the website said it would take about 20 minutes. Turns out it took 40. Boo!!!

I came here about a month ago for their lunch buffet special. The food was decent but when I got to the salad it looked like there was nothing left The price for the all you could eat lunch was crazy, I could have ordered a pizza to go. But I was starving and it was food Probably won’t be eating here in the future, they’re take out was much better

This Mountain Mike’s pizza location has the best pizza! You can’t go wrong with any of their pizzas. They are all so yummy and great. Vince who is one of the owners I believe is one of the nicest men I have ever met. The entire staff here are so friendly and nice. If you want some great pizza come here. They also do deliveries.

First time ordering from Mountain Mike’s Pizza. I’m about a five minute drive away. When the pizza arrived it was lukewarm and hard. The garlic sticks with cheese were also hard and dry, they forgot to include my ranch dipping sauce for the garlic sticks. The driver didn’t have change so my 15 year old had to walk with him to his car, since I’m in a wheelchair. This was my first and last time ordering from this location of Mountain Mike’s.

Worse mountain Mike I have ever been to. The cashier spent more time on her phone and flirting with her co worker than she did helping customers. I literally saw her pick up the ringing phone and told the customer to go on hold only to continue her conversation with her friend on her personal phone. She didn’t care that she did it in front of 5 other customers. When I asked how long my pizza was going to take she completely ignored me and continued to talk on her phone. Her CO worker noticed and answered for me but did not even try to get her to stop. She continued to sit in the front and talk to her friends on the phone. Worse service ever.

Decently fast delivery order for a Friday night! We placed our order online, and it was estimated to be 45 mins. I definitely think it took half an hour or less to arrive.(Granted, we live literally down the street) Everything was hot and the order was correct. Nice fast dinner!

BADIDEAJOINT !!!, 1st off read the previous reviews … Now my story, 2÷6÷16, 3pm, placed SIMPLE online order, given 40 minute wait time, reasonable for a Saturday afternoon, 2.5 hours later NOPIZZA. Called in, hung up on, by accident, once, called back then spoke with manager who apologized for«losing» my order. Thank You. Promised IMMEDIATE delivery and NOCHARGE. 45 minutes later pizza arrives, good tip to driver, order correct BUT they did CHARGE me … What’s that old saying? «Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice … Ain’t gonna happen. No excuses, just lost orders and lies, Bye-Bye MM Davis Street, lots of other places in SL for my business.

Give these ppl a break they are fresh from India and they are human. They are getting the hang of owning a business. Too many expectations from high expectated ppl, but not surprised since the media programs us to treat each other like idiots. Delivery was superb, on time phone in order. Nice monday night for a pizza night, kids are happy so mama is happy!

I decided to order for delivery from my neighborhood Mountain Mikes Pizza. I am disappointed with my order. The delivery guy had delivered my order on time as stated on Eat24 estimated time frame, but I was not please with the food. The pizza were a bit burned from the side, but I didn’t really fret about that. They tasted fine since it was freshly hot. What really got to me was the chicken wings that I ordered. A couple of them looked like it was tossed in there, because the skin and meat were off the bone. I end up throwing them in the garbage. I wasn’t going to eat it, because they look as if it was half eaten already. It just shows they don’t care for their customers, and that’s bad business.

I love easy online ordering and fast pizza. Both of these things have happened at this location of Mountain Mikes … Then there is the time like tonight … Ordered and confirmed online, a phone call and reassurance that it is coming«on its way,» and a final phone call that the original order was lost and found again. Two hours later … No pizza. Another phone call and guess what, she can’t find my order. This has happened before and I guess this will be the last time for me. They could give me coupons worth stock in the company at this point and it doesn’t make up for two kids asking how long pizza is going to be. Then there’s the pain of having to cook something else. The whole point of pizza is to not cook. I am disappointed. Take your chances but I will share that this delivery is not reliable.

I come here(or used to) pretty often because they have a good lunch buffet special; all you can eat for less than $ 10! Great deal! However, I had not gone into the restroom before because I didn’t have to use it, and the time that I do, I walk into a stinky room, with sticky floors, pee stains on the toilet and wall, no toilet paper available, and not even an air freshener to try and cover up the stench! I was grossed out and ended up just holding it until I left the place, but I couldn’t even eat comfortably due to feeling grossed out. That restroom looked like it had not been cleaned in days! If the restroom is in such bad unsanitary conditions, it just makes me wonder what goes on in the kitchen?! — ugh. It’s a restaurant people! Management should make sure that it is kept clean and presentable. It’s a franchise, which means there’s at least a few extra bucks somewhere to buy some cleaning supplies and have one of your workers clean the restroom ever morning, and at least have someone check its conditions occasionally throughout the day.

Super easy to order online and pick up. They charge for delivery, sadly, so I chose to just pick it up instead. The staff were nice and helpful. I would definitely consider ordering from them again since it was so hassle free.

Excellent pizza and hot wings! You will not be disappointed! The garlic Tuscan pizza was very delicious! Fresh out the oven and everything tastes fresh! The buffalo wings were juicy and a little bit crispy, but not burnt! My husband and I were definitely pleased with the service and quality of the food! Well done! We will definitely be coming back here!

I was Here because my sister Is having a fundraiser event for her organization. The deal is that if you order anything and show the flyer 20% percent of your order goes to my sister organization. First thing is that they get my order wrong. Tried to give it back and get the bread sticks that I order but they said«if I return it, you loss the donation.» Huh? So I just order the bread sticks and she didn’t add the 20 percent into the new order because I didn’t tell her to do so? I would have thought that would be common sense as we have shirts on and been sitting in the restaurant handing out flyers for 5 hours. Next the cheese has mold in it. Gross.

I know this a franchise pizzeria and I’m not expecting gourmet pizza. However for a franchise, I do look for consistency when I just want something I’m familiar with. This is unfortunate since this was my substitute pizza place since my last review at a nearby Round Table that was equally terrible. I’ve been ordering from this location for 2 years and it’s time to move on and look for some other place. What finally changed my mind was waiting 2 hours for my pizza to be delivered. I might as well have picked up my order instead of being charged $ 2.50 delivery fee just to wait for 2 hours. On top of that, the thought of lukewarm pizza once delivered was not appetizing. I called twice to check on my order and on the second call, I decided to cancel my order. I spoke with a guy named, Benton(which I’m sure I’m spelling wrong, but that’s what I heard) who claimed he was the owner and persuaded me that he would give me a 50% discount off my order. As much as I want to appreciate a good deal, the thought of waiting for 2 hours for my dinner wasn’t tantalizing enough. Needless to say, the delivery guy finally came after 2.5 hours and turned him away since I already ordered something else. A tip for the owner: If you’re experiencing high volume of orders, be honest and let the customers know. I would have been glad to pick-up my pizza.

ridiculous I have no idea what is going on at this location tonight. I have bought pizza from here for over two years. Always great. Never an issue. Then there was tonight. Ordered pizza around 7 and turned on some tv. About an hour later I check my phone. I think it’s kinda weird that there is no pizza. I have a missed call from mountain mikes three minutes ago. So I call them back and I get a girl who tells me that the driver just came back because she has been waiting outside for«a half hour in the cold» and that he called me «a million times». I told her that this is the only missed call I had and she asks me if I want it redelivered«because it might take a while». I said sure because you know… I’ve all ready paid. Her whole attitude was much to be desired. Finally got the pizza about a half hour later. Just opened it up and literally it is cold, which makes sense since its been about an hour and a half, but what doesn’t make sense is the fact that THEPIZZAISNTEVENCUT. So thanks a lot davis st mountain mikes. Now I have to find a way to cut my cold pizza with a butter knife.
