I am amazed. First of all I had a consultation in October and Dr. Ghevariya went over the entire procedure and what to expect. I made an appointment for January.
I went in and they took me right away. 3 people took care of me in the prep stages and they constantly verified that it was me and my DOB.
Next I was rolled in. The procedure was to be a 9:30 but I was already prepped and ready to go at 9:05. The gave me a medium anesthetic. Dr. Ghevariya conversed with me before hand, confirming our meeting in October and the procedure and what to expect.
I was alert during the entire procedure and watched it on the screen next to me. It was fascinating.
I was reeled back, my sister was brought in, Dr. Ghevariya came in and explained everything and will be sending me a full, written report, and I was ready to go. He handed me a copy of the pictures he took recommendations, instructions, restrictions on driving, activity and diet, what to expect if I have discomfort and what to do if I have complications.
I found the entire procedure flawless and professional starting with the offices confirming my appointment and insurance the day before, the receptionist going over everything that I was signing, the 3 medical prep staff, the doctor, the procedure, the recovery, the explanation, review and information.
