Had a fridge delivered. It leaked coolant so everything went bad in the fridge. They said they would replace, but then decided they didn’t want to and basically said «you bought it you deal with it.» To further drive home their point, the owner said, «Hey, if I bought my car and it has an issue, I need to deal with it. You are no different.»
STAY AWAY!
Their warranties are worthless!

Super happy with this husband and wife team. Their storage is in a weird part of town but apparently they couldn’t get their last renewed, can’t blame them. I got a French door fridge and a front loading washer and dryer. While the washer had a tiny leak after a couple of washes (only leaked when loaded, probably couldn’t see it during testing), they came out two days later with the next model up and replaced it no questions asked. Saved a ton of money buying used — $ 600 washer/​dryer set and $ 750 for the Samsung fridge ($ 2500 msrp). A word of advice, ask if there are any abnormalities they know of, remember this is used appliances so it won’t be perfect and there is only so much they can fix. Recommend it to anyone looking for a great deal.

We received a great fridge. They told me that the freezer door needs to be shut tightly, and so we have been careful to do that, (glad they were honest up front about it before we bought it), but I found that it closes tightly on it’s own so far without the extra push. So far, we are very happy with the service and the quality. The owner runs the pre-​owned fridges 2 weeks prior to selling to make sure to work out any kinks. These are pre-​owned after all and I figured there would be some issues in the future, but so far, so good. All and all very satisfied!

Needed a stove quick and inexpensive. Found what I thought was a great deal. Once delivered and installed it smelled like gas. Thinking it was small amount that escaped during installation a few hours later it still smelled. Called rodriguez appliance he said could not come out for 2 days. Once he came out he didn’t even move stove to check connections. He just sniffed around and said it doesn’t smell to me. He him take the srove away. He said he was doing me a «favor» and wanted me to come back if I ever needed anything else. I don’t think so.

Will give 0 star if I can. Bought a 400 $ two door refrigerator for my rental property thinking I am getting good deal. Went bad in 6 months. Called a repair guy, told me it can’t me repaired as the seller had refilled cooling system and welded it. Tried to call Rodriguez appliances to see if they can do something about it… lady picked up call took all details but never called back. It’s better to pay for appliance from a company you can trust rather than from people who can cheat. Buy from them at your own risk. I learnt my lesson.

Was looking for a wall oven and found this place. Everything is used but all look great and the prices were unbeatable. great service from the local business. I would recommend this place if your looking to save money and have a good looking appliance.
