This location never has items, they always seem to run out. The place just seems dirty and more older as time passes.

KFC is awful now. My 8 price looked like the chicken was on crack. The meat was still pink. The Mac & cheese was awful. Even the mashed potatoes didn’t taste right. Smh. No more KFC

I really can’t believe the service I received at this location. Manager is joe Guzman, and the owners name is Jonathan. I ordered a 20 piece of hot wings, and after paying, the manager asks me if only 14 is ok. Lol wtf? Um no I want all 20 please. Then pull around front he says. After waiting 15 minutes girl comes out with no hot sauce in bag. I ask for it and she huffs a little, and says she will be back, but never does. I sent my daughter in to grab some from counter(defeating the purpose of drive thru at this point), and Girl at counter gives her 2 measly packets. For a 20 piece? By then I’m heated, I walk in and want to speak to manager which is joe Guzman. He’s standing there talking on his cell phone ignoring me entire time. Girl who gives me only 2 packets of hot sauce rolls her eyes at me! Wtf kind of circus is this. Never again! Will be calling owner in morning !!

The service was terrible. I was told to pull out of the drive through and park out front so they could bring me my food when biscuits were done. What was supposed to be five minutes turned into 30. When I walked in they said that they walked out and didn’t see me. I was parked right in front of the door and nobody came out. Fuck this place.

Wish I could give this place NOSTARS. Horrible service. Waiting 20 min just to have them come out and tell us they gave the order away to someone else while we were waiting!!! Now, we are waiting all over again. Did they have to slaughter the chicken themselves!!! Wtf??? Make enough the first time folks. People eat chicken. Especially on the weekends. Make enough so you don’t make folks wait. Piss poor service.

It’s too bad that I can’t give no stars for this place. The last 3 times I’ve ordered a small order from the drive thru, I’ve been asked to park outside and wait for 2 minutes outside and end up waiting at least 15 minutes. Today, I’ve waited for over 30 minutes because they gave my order twice to wrong people. I also counted 9 other cars that had to wait outside for food also. This kind of service is unacceptable.

After so many times coming here I’ve finally found the only thing I can rely on is the potato wedges. They constantly mess up your order or ruin it in some way. My usual was always the famous bowl, but after so many times of biting down on bones or not receiving corn or gravy, I gave up. You can tell this place has ruined itself because there are never any customers inside and barely one car in the drive thru; I wonder if it will close down soon… Either way, unless I’m really craving some wedges I tend to stay away.

Visited this KFC on a Sunday afternoon and the service was excellent! Great teamwork, there was a quick response when advised that the medium lids and napkins needed replenishing, and before I left, my order was verified to ensure I received what I ordered. Food is delicious! This team is on it! Great job!

Did anyone know that kfc is now charging $.60 cents when you order a family meal and request no wings. As a family man, I don’t want my young children to accidentally swallow a small bone, from their favorite meal. The Supervisor CJ, told me that they have been doing business this way for the past four months. I asked CJ if there was any signage on the drive through menu and he admitted, «my manager Mr. Russ hasn’t put it up yet. We are aware of it though.» CJ did educate me and told me that it is a kfc nationwide policy.(News to me…) As a consumer, I should not be paying for a miss management of product. If kfc, runs into an over flow of chicken wings at the end of the night, is that the customer’s responsibility or is it the manager supervisor and cooks responsibilty? My family and I had dinner here on Friday night. One of our cashiers last year was a cute emo girl. Sadly, she no longer seems to work here(she was young, but quite professional). Our cashier was friendly, but distracted. I also had to repeat myself at the end(we were initially only charged for 1 combo– seriously, my wife and I weren’t going to share a drink). A weird couple was around. The woman cut in front of me for a moment(she wanted to get a close look at something, and so I got a close look at the back of her head). I was glad when the cashier shooed her away. (I’ve seen the woman before, probably on BART.) There are 11 fountain machine selections(ex: water; Mountain Dew; Mug Root Beer; Pepsi; Pepsi Wild Cherry). They’re a bit cheap, but you can help yourself to some napkins. The employee who gave me the food was quite friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to provide great service. The songs playing inside could have been better. One of them, though, made me nostalgic(a song link is at the end of the review). A friendly employee held the door open for us when we left. (I was actually annoyed because I wanted to take another picture inside. I tried to tell the guy to go ahead and enter.) The entrance right on Hesperian Boulevard is pretty tight. While we were exiting, we were almost hit by a vehicle entering. Because of my Doublicious, I was told that the wait would be «12 minutes.» My wife, though, thought that our food was«taking forever.» We did have to wait over 15 minutes(I was starving, and so I started to devour my food even though it was hotter than Jessica Rabbit on a warm beach). Note: All prices include tax. : Go Cup($ 2.71; Combo– $ 4.35): 8.5÷10. I’m definitely a fan. There were some super crunchy pieces, but my Wedges were pretty good overall(my son enjoyed the ones that I gave him). My Boneless chicken was a little fatty, but quite delicious. A medium drink is worth $ 1.74(I’m referring to the Combo price), but only if you get a refill. : Doublicious($ 5.44): 7.75÷10. Good, but overpriced. I confused the cashier because I really wanted a Double Down. On the receipt, my Doublicious is actually listed as a Double Down. Anyway, I didn’t know it at the time, but I was lightly ripped off. I didn’t receive any bacon. I also didn’t receive any pepper jack cheese, but that was what I wanted(the cashier, though, wrongly told me that the sandwiches don’t feature any). I liked the Colonel’s Sauce just fine. It’s like mayo with a bit of attitude. My Hawaiian bun was cool(my son liked the pieces that he ate). : Chicken Little($ 1.41): 7.5÷10. My wife was happy with hers. I’m still a fan, but they were bigger in the past(when they were known as KFC Snackers). They’re tasty, but otherwise kind of lame. : Famous Bowl(a.k.a. KFC Famous Bowls– Mashed Potato with Gravy): $ 4.35. Score: 8⁄10. My wife always orders one. You really receive a lot of food(it took my wife over 10 minutes to finish hers). My wife and I should have ordered a little more(I felt rushed because of the other people in line). Still, we all left here fairly full and pleased.

I’m not the person that likes to give bad reviews. However, this KFC is the worst fast food in San Lorenzo. It seems like every time I go through the drive thru or even going inside, they seem to always tell you it will be twenty minutes for either the grilled chicken or the chickens tenders. Why do they even call it fast food. Just saying.

Came here last week to grab something quick for the kiddos. I ordered 3GO cups, and thought they were kidding when they said they didn’t have enough chicken strips to put in the cups, so they’d have to give me fries instead of the chicken for one of them. I was in a hurry, so I just said«what the heck, have at it». Kind of strange, I’ve never known a chicken restaurant to not have chicken before.

Pretty much like all the rest of the KFC’s around. Conveniently located on a busy corner with decent parking, the service here was just fine. The young guy behind the counter was very professional. I came because of the«boneless» chicken promotion. «Boneless» fried chicken tastes like … fried chicken without the bone! What a concept! Actually, KFC did a good job here because without the bone, the pieces of chicken certainly could have been a lot drier.

So wee were craving some hot wings for a pay per view event on Sunday… Ordered two 30 piece boxes of hot wings with different sauces and it only took about 15 minutes to get them ready. The service was good with me but I did notice that the cashier had made a few mistakes with the previous customers. Total amount close to $ 40.00 and yes we will be back

KFC has a two piece(drumstick & thigh, 1.29) special every tuesday. the chicken was moist, tender, liquid, and tasteless. no doubt all the flavors are in the skin, not the meat. one piece was slightly undercooked. no patrons around post noon. i inadvertedly interpreted the cashier who was busy cleaning the windows. she hastily rang up my rang and returned to her cleaning. though the chicken was a bit lacking, .it was better than most chicken experiences and this is the cleanest kfc i have ever seen!

The manager who runs this place is an ass-hole! That’s the way he’s always been ever since he started working here. He gives special treatment if your a black customer and if your not one of them, he disses you… some kind of manager, huh? Anywho, the staff are always changing and the food is average, like always. It’s funny when the corporate are trying to compete with Popeye’s. It’s hilarious!!! Oh, they are very shady on giving you more of hot sauce or ketchup! WTF?
