Finally tried this, hoping it was a good hole in the wall joint. It’s not. Chicken was ok, spaghetti tasted like can sauce. We were on our way from dublin, tried calling in order from dublin, got go restaurant and ordered, watched employees just ignore phone as ringing while we waited. Too salty as well

This place is terrible. It is extremely small, dirty and the customer service is bad. They serve mostly chicken and some sides. The chicken is alright on a good day! The fries are nasty. The spaghetti is bland. The garlic bread is not good. They don’t follow special instructions. The employees act like they’re doing you a favor by selling you chicken.

Coming here is a big disappointment in many ways. They’re just not ready, in front and back. Worst spaghetti and chicken is bad. It’ll just make you angry and broke.

My family and I have been coming here for years. Today was a disappointment. We ordered the 10 pc chicken meal with spaghetti. The pieces of chicken they gave us were small. Definitely not worth how much we spent for the meal.

Wow! The best fried chicken I’ve had in a long time. Flavorful, crispy, and juicy, this is the stuff fried chicken dreams are made of. I’m normally pretty picky when it comes to pasta, but their ravioli and spaghetti are both super tasty also. Even their garlic bread is good! Give them a try if you’re in the area! I’ll definitely be going back.

Thought I was coming to a mom and pop owned place. The service and quality is at fast food level. That’s why it’s only 2 stars. No personality no atmosphere. I got yesterday’s chicken for sure… Frozen fries… Canned and bottle drinks only… Someone must have bought this place from the original owners as an investment. Customer came in after me and had to holler several times for someone to come up front to place an order. And it was only me and him in the place. At least at Popeye’s you know what to expect.

I came here with high hopes, but left disappointed. The chicken was nothing to write home about.

My sister picked up an order yesterday and they omitted the pint of spaghetti that comes with the meal… she had asked for an extra quart so she was overcharged. Grrrrrr… I still like this place but it does need some improvement. Some friendly recommendations: * please pick up the phone even if busy — helps eliminate the wait time for customers * go over the order before stapling the bag — that way there’s no misunderstandings * keep the box slightly open so the chicken retains its crunch… hey, thats the best part * cut back on the salt — seems like lately there’s too much salt * be a little more generous with the meat sauce(people complain its watery) Tips for the newbies — Keep in mind this is Italian-style chicken and not KFC, Popeye’s, Church’s and will have a thinner coating and different seasoning. So they won’t have mac n cheese, cornbread or beans as sides as that’s more Southern… Sadly are the days of original owners but still a fan and hoping they incrementally make some changes based on many Unilocal reviewers.

Most disgusting food, waste of money and time. My family has been a fan of this place for several years, but this is the last time for us, I hope they shut down soon. The chicken has a thin, extremely thin coat of batter and it’s clearly fried in cold oil bcs it’s is far from crunchy, It is soggy, little flavor and not appetizing at all. Their spaghetti is a joke, a pint of noddles w/¼ cup of nasty sauce– no meat what so ever– bland and disgusting. Sad that the previous owner’s great legacy is being used by this cheap new owner– DONOTWASTEYOURMONEYHERE! KFCIS a far better choice than this place. Oh the garlic bread– without garlic, just a stale roll.

My boyfriend prefers this place to Popeyes, I am not a fan yet. Maybe I have to try it again and order something different and my review may change. Although I did call in well attempted to call in an order and nobody answered the phone, due to their long wait time for food they lost business due to simply not answering a phone.

I am not a fried chicken fan… but i do love me some caesar’s chicken. the seasoning in their batter is on point, and their chicken is always tender and juicy. can’t go wrong ordering some fried chicken from caesars!

I wouldn’t say they have the BEST chicken, but it works for me. I usually call in my orders because waiting for it to go, can be a while. I am not a fan of the spaghetti, but it usually comes with the order. The chicken is pretty good, fresh and hot. Sometimes the seasoning of the chicken is a hit or miss(too salty or too bland). The prices are pretty reasonable but the hours are not the best either. If you call maybe an hour or 40 minutes before closing, they will turn your order down :((from experience).

What happened? Growing up, I remember Caesar’s Chicken being the crispiest, most flavorful chicken around. Eating there the past couple times after a long break, the skin is often soggy and the chicken tastes nothing like it used to. Under salted and seemingly missing the spices I knew when I was young. Idk what happened to Caesar’s, but I hope they find that old recipe

This place has the best chicken in town. I have it for lunch at work and it’s finger licking. I bring people here when they come out of town. I wish they delivered and had more locations. If you are in the area get either the movie box or the dinner combo you will not leave disappointed.

Great food. The chicken is great but you should open the box before you leave the restaurant. The steam will make the skin soggy. I am not sure why they close the box and stable the bag close.

One of my favorite places too eat growing up! But ever since new management took over years ago it’s NEVER been the same. The chicken pieces are SO small now! I used to brag about the sizes of chicken you got there. Ravioli and Spaghetti still good sauce is slightly different. Overall still a good place too get s chicken dinner, just disappointing as a long term customer with the changes.

It’s actually been years since I’ve ate at Caesar’s Chicken. I stopped because they originally took too long to cook(which I mean, you don’t want raw poultry, but an hour was too long). But on this cold afternoon, there was a sudden craving for fried chicken and I was in the area trying to find some good Christmas clearance at Target so I took a chance. Everything seemed the same, but the menu had shrunk. It’s pretty simple now with either options for meals, just chicken, and sides. The meal had better chicken portions but it also came with spaghetti ad garlic bread. I was there just for chicken so decided on the 10 piece a little under 20 dollars before tax. They take credit card and cash here, and you can also order ahead online to not have to wait. I was pretty surprised by the wait time because the chicken was done in about 10 minutes! There was a couple other people waiting around inside, and we all got our food around the same time(we all ordered around the same time, too). The interior is clean. Counter space and two tables with chairs that look like it’s really just for waiting and not eat in. No drive though, but it is more of a to go place as most of Unilocalers have mentioned. The chicken was super juicy and the flavors were still there. I actually think it tasted better than before, but it has been a while. The skin was crispy and thin; the insides were fully cooked! It came with wings, breasts, and drumsticks! It’s not Popeyes(which is down the street) cheap, but you got to support your local business and Caesar’s Chicken is no different!

The place hasnt been the same since the change of ownership. The past 4 times I went, the food wasnt fresh, like its been sitting up to be reheated when ordered. I kept giving them chances, thinking maybe i caught them on a bad day. But this last Saturday, i ate there and got food poisoning. and 6 hrs later, i was vomiting up everything. Quality should never be sacrificed. Thats it for me!

You know those hard days… Those days where you come home wiped out from a long and rough day at work? You’re hungry, but can’t muster up the energy to cook a thing? That is what this place is for. Good, hearty food for a decent price. Nothing fancy, but it takes care of business. Consistently reliable good food. — I love garlic bread like this. The last place I could get it like this was at Banchero’s and they’re closed! — the fried chicken is tasty and juicy. — the ravioli is decent and hearty. You get a good amount for a good price. — Not a fan of the spaghetti… large noodles with the alright sauce… meh. Not a place and sit down and dine. Even though they have a few tables, this is more of a call in or take-out situation. Mmm… On a cold day like this, hungry… I feel like driving over right now.

Delicious and flavorful, tender and juicy. Prices are pretty reasonable. So what’s not to like? My visit to Caesar’s started out great. I got the movie box and it thought it was pretty sweet having four pieces of chicken — even though there were two wings, they were pretty sizable! Problem was… the coating was a little salty. Actually, a lot salty. A couple of pieces were almost inedible. No good! However, I can also report that I really like spaghetti as a side. Not that the spaghetti, with meat sauce, is anything write home about, but it’s a nice respite in between bites of chicken. An Italian fried chicken joint is a cool concept. All in all, I would probably give it another try and hope that I wouldn’t get salt bombed again. This may very well be a four-star joint. But then again, over-salted chicken batter is kind of a rookie move — and this place has been in business for years.

First time in after driving by a hundred times. Needed some chicken for lunch and the reviews were mostly good so I stopped. Had the 4 piece meal. One each breast, thigh, leg, and wing. All cooked perfectly and very tasty indeed. But the wing and leg must have been from some kind of miniature chicken. Microscopic in size. I docked a star for that. Sides were coleslaw, spaghetti, and French bread. All were pretty good too. The spaghetti was a surprise as a side, but actually pretty darn good and went well with the bird. I docked another star because this is really just a carryout place and I needed to eat in. They do have a couple folding tables and patio type chairs in there so I was able to do that, but not really what I had in mind. Also, they give you one of the cheapest, flimsiest, useless plastic forks you can buy. I hate that. Totally unusable. Spend a few cents more please and provide a fork you can actually use. And a knife would help too. All in all, a great choice if you’re doing carry out. Food was great, and service was prompt and friendly. Prices reasonable too.
