My family went in today to use the coupon that comes in the monthly two for one magazine. Upon trying to use the buy one entrée, get a second entrée free, it was not honored for ANY entrée and a completely untrue coupon that would not be honored. After working and running many restaurants, this is beyond unacceptable. If you can’t even buy the highest priced entrée on the menu, and in turn get the cheapest entrée on the menu free, don’t market a buy one get one free coupon. Not to mention, at lunch hour rush hour on a friday, NOTONE person was in the restaurant. Don’t go here.

We went to dinner last night at this restaurant. The waitress was fantastic and was able to take care of lots of tables and stay right on top of each table. We both had the ribs and enjoyed them very much. I understand this was a Tony Romos prior and this restaurant is a BBQ but I would say a BIG step above Tony Romo’s. Great place give it a try.

Interesting reviews for this place but my friends and I tried it anyway. We came for a happy hour during the week and were surprised with the great happy hour prices. You can pick from pretty much any type of drink for a super cheap price. Even all the beers on tap qualify for the happy hour price. The margarita’s are actually full size and seemed to have the real amount of tequila in them, not watered down at all. The service was great as well and the food also had good prices. One of my friends and I both ordered the cheeseburgers and although not the best I have ever had they were good. My friend that ordered the happy hour steak loved it! I will be back here for happy hour for sure and will probably come back sometime for regular dinner as well.

So we didn’t know where to go eat and drove around a bit till we landed next to sublime. We were going to go there as a safe choice but it was kind of busy. We noticed this place connected to sublime. We looked at the menu and thought heck! Looks pretty good and pretty reasonable! Our waitress was very nice and accommodating. The bread and butter was freaking great. We ordered the steakhouse burger, ribs and a few other things. All were very good! Definitely going back.

The restaurant is great The servers are great I would give them a 5 star if they would lean how to make different sauces such as Bernaise or hollandaise A great steak restaurant should have those kind of sauces as well as what they have The have peppercorn A mushroom A red wine A blue cheese

I would advise people to stay away from this place. My wife and I decided to see if we could find a decent place for a steak. After ordering two steaks we were very disappointed with the food, the steaks tasted awful and were not seasoned at all I never use A1 sauce but unfortunately I had no choice but to ask for it so I could eat something before I walk out of the restaurant.

Prime rib was good and the Arnold Palmer I had to drink was the highlight. Cole slaw looked wilted and as if it had been prepared and plated yesterday. Loaded mashed potatoes was a disappointment. My wife’s baked potato was the highlight of her meal. The steak medallions were ok, but the mushrooms looked aged, but not in a good way. The green beans looked like they were coated ion plastic wrap, we each tried them but not worth the effort. I think for the price of the meals, mid $ 25, the food should be so much better. Service was good, and the staff was friendly.

Glad I didn’t check the reviews before going here because if I read all of the negative reviews, I would of deterred from here! I came here after my cousin said they had an awesome Happy Hour & it’s only a hop and a skip from the movie theater. There were plenty of people on the inside, but found a booth for the two of us immediately! We ordered a couple of beers(Samuel Adams Pumpkin Ale & Blue Moon) along with cheeseburgers & fries and chicken tacos. Our waitress was super fast in getting our drinks & we put our orders in fast! Normally when ordering Happy Hour food, the food is small bites or lacks flavor, but this was a full meal! It was actually pretty good considering a Cheeseburger and Fries were only $ 6! I mean McDonalds Big Mac Meal cost more than that & all that’s in that burger is buns! The fries had a seasoning reminiscent of the seasoning they put on curly fries. The chicken tacos were ok. Definitely not the greatest, but not the worse. Would of been better if it was a corn tortilla than flour, but ey not too bad. Overall, it only cost the two of us a little over $ 20! Seriously?! 2 Beers + 2 Cheeseburgers + 2 Fries + 3 Chicken Tacos = ~$ 20?! Definitely walked away feeling Happy from Happy Hour!

The restaurant was empty around noon on a Sunday. That should have been a warning sign for me. First our waitress brought drinks. My lemonade tasted very watered down. Also, it reminded me of a cheap powdered lemonade drink mix; maybe it was. I ordered the day’s special: a full rack of baby back ribs for $ 18. The meat was neither good nor bad. The barbeque sauce seemed like a cheap generic barbeque sauce, probably inferior to many store-bought grilling sauces. My cole slaw also was very generic, as were my companion’s breaded shrimp which I sampled. The cooks made no real culinary effort. You could buy a better version of this meal by shopping at a supermarket and doing simple cooking. By now, I should know to pick a restaurant only after checking online reviews(or if it’s recommended by people with discriminating taste). With the number of good restaurants in my area, I’m unhappy with myself for choosing this place.

Ok so at first I was very hesitant to walk in this place being that it looked very upscale… which dont get me wrong it is! But after finding out about the endless happy hour on sunday and monday ive become a regular and absolutely love this place! We have a group that gets together every Monday for the happy hour deal and we close the place out its so good. The food is beyond delish and the beer is perfectly cold :-) If you get a chance go and check there happy hour from 4 – 7 just to try the place then you will return! Its that good.

We almost decided to eat somewhere else because of the low reviews, but after reading Irene’s review, we decided to give it a try. We were welcomed and seated immediately by the nice hostess. She also handed us the menu as expected. The lighting was dim but not too dim. The place looked clean. They have a bar area where the TV is located. There are no other TVs located outside the bar. Our chairs were comfy. Our waiter came about a minute later, greeted us, asked what we wanted to drink and he told us the specials. We all got water. When he came back with the water, he asked if we were ready. We told him to come by a few minutes later. He did just that. We were finally ready. I ordered a medium top-sirloin steak with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. It took about ten minutes for our food to come out. We asked one of the servers to take our photo since it was my dad’s birthday. He took an excellent photo of us. Back to the food. My steak, mashed potatoes and coleslaw tasted delicious. They do have A1 Steak Sauce. We had to ask for it. My steak was a little burnt on top but I didn’t mind much. My mom said her ribs was a little burnt as well. Our waiter checked on us time-to-time which I liked. He got what we needed when we asked like water and extra napkins. As we got our check, my mom mentioned to our waiter that it was my dad’s birthday, so he asked if he would like a complimentary cake which we did get to go. We had an great experience and I look forward to coming back.

Skip the low reviews and judge for yourself. We almost did not dine at 1020 due to several low reviews but looked at the 4’s and 5’s and decided to give it a try. Having been a restaurant trainer and secret shopper, I am easily disappointed if food and/or service does not meet my expectation of the restaurant. For me, 5 stars is reserved for a home run out of the park. The service was both friendly and helpful and Debbie was there when we needed her. This is dining… not just a dinner out so if you are in a hurry, let your server know. For a steakhouse, the pricing is definitely affordable. We had appetizers, salad and entrees. The potato skins were good but not great but the ahi app was very good. Blue cheese wedge was also good. It was our entrees that shined. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and very tender and flavorful. We ordered sides of veggies with dinner and they were very generous and cooked just right. I ordered medallions and shrimp scampi. When the scampi came, I was disappointed to see tomatoes in the garlic sauce vs. the traditional garlic scampi. But then I took a bite and was pleasantly surprised at how delicious it was. We enjoyed the atmosphere. If you want energy, the bar is your spot. If you want conversation and a relaxed feel, the dining room is just that.

HAPPYHOUR… hooooo! Yes our vagabond group of office lushes(which had been forced into a nomadic life when our previous favorite spot restructured its menu badly) has finally found a new home! $ 3 Wines, Beers, Margaritas, Long Islands and Wells! Appetizers and full-on entrees ranging from $ 2 – 10 — and I’m not talking garlic fries — I’m talking shrimp, poppers, ribs, steaks, and plenty of other crispy crunchy dippy finger food yum to choose from. And they aren’t skimpy half-sized portions.(Check my photos for the full menu.) Service, Location, Food, Ambiance, and Drink — we enjoyed it all. Happy hour is in the lounge daily from 4pm-7pm. Thanks for a great time and a great deal, Ten Twenty — we will be back soon. ;)

I come here for the HHONLY! So take it with a grain of salt but it seems I have the same mixed review as others. I had a very sweet and attentive waitress. I love the options and prices and you can even choose from full meals such as 3 tacos for five. I will review off today’s selections which was the buffalo chicken(tasted like the microwave kind) the potato skins(was my favorite of the three) and, the half order of onion rings which reminded me of the Tony Roma kind except it is only 2 dollars at HH time. The décor is definently lacking and I am not sure if they will serve Happy Hour on the patio but today we wanted AC anyways. The drinks are 3.50 each I got a Stella and buddy got a Margarita. We both walked out happy for 20 bucks including tip. I would probably not pay full price here.

Just finished an amazing meal with friends at 10⁄20 prime! Diana, our waitress was most friendly and knowledgeable. I had the St. Louis style rack of ribs which was one of the specials this evening. A whole rack with two sides for $ 15. Their ranch beans were the best that I have in ages. We will Definitely make this one of our favorite spots! The restaurant was clean and welcoming And the staff was great!

Terrible. This place is a joke The servers are condescending, and the chef is afraid of seasoning. Greeted by a nice staff who sat me promptly at a table with a broken booth so I sank down an extra 8−12″ and felt like a kid at the big people table. Re seated to another booth with an incredibly wobbly table that would suck to sit at cutting a steak. Finally I sat myself at a proper table, no wobble, no elbows up to the armpits. Server was condescending– when asked«what’s good here» she proceeded to explain that a prime rib is fattier than a NY strip. Duh. It went on. Finally ordered the trio of fillet— and was served something I did not order. Twice. First waiter tried to serve me chicken, I declined. When they brought«my» correct order, but was incorrectly served an 8 oz porterhouse– not the 3×3 oz filets I ordered. The waitress tried to convince me «this was better» — I had just had enough already, and asked to speak to the manager. He was a bit creepy in appearance but nice enough and bought the next round of drinks. I explained the series of unfortunate events, from the run down tables to the abrasive waitress… he chuckled and dismissed it. The food was bland at best. The Mac and cheese was sour– and tasted old, and was cold in the center. The steaks were well cooked but desperately needed salt and pepper. Fortunately the garlic butter served with the complimentary bread was awesome on top of the steak. Add a little more salt and pepper and it was pretty nice. So. In short— never bother with a $ 28 steak if they have salt and pepper on the table— good indicator they don’t know what the heck they’re doing in the kitchen. Bad experience all around. Save your money. Cook a decent NY strip at home for $ 15. don’t spent $ 80 here, like I did. This place is a joke. Go anywhere else but here.

Had a very nice dinner here tonight. They were open for the fourth and our waitress Emily was very pleasant and knowledgable. I wish that they had a little better beer selection, but our waitress was kind enough to let me try a beer that was not in the menu and it turned out to be good. The ribeye was a nice size and was not too fatty and the overall service was fabulous. We will be back. Thanks Emily!

I wish I could give like 2.5 stars but I can’t so here it goes. First off, food. The food was eh… I definitely don’t think it was worth the price. The ribs were pretty good, but the steak medallions I got weren’t all that good. There was barely any flavor to it. I drowned it in BBQ sauce. But overall, I guess it was decent. Secondly, service. The service definitely wasn’t that great. We barely saw our server, which sometimes is nice but when you need refills and they are nowhere to be found? Not good. The appetizer made it before she even took our regular food order, which was pretty unusual to me. She was pretty nice, but you could tell she didn’t really want to be there. Third, overall appearance. They took over Tony Roma’s and it looks nice and all but the chairs for the booths need to be redone BADLY. The cushions are all sunken in in areas and it makes it very difficult and uncomfortable to sit and eat. I was either lopsided which was horrible for my back, or all up on my poor boyfriend to try to sit level. And then because of the sunken in seats, the table seemed extra stinking high. Please, please, please get new seats!!!

My husband and I frequented this property when it was Tony Roma’s x 2. This current restaurant fell far below our standards for a decent dinner out. The food was so bland and disappointing. Nothing about our experience there was memorable… except to remember not to come back.
