This is the second time we have used Miracle Shred and both times have been a great experience. Tom and Mike are both very personable, people you can trust. When you are shredding sensitive documents, you have to have a good feel about the people you are using, especially when they doing it at their facility. I have absolutely no reservations recommending them to anyone. We will definitely be using them again in 2 – 3 years.

Great Company to use for shredding your important documents. Great service. Emailed the company to schedule an appt. Got a call first thing in the AM. Tom came out the very next day right on time and took care of everything. Thats what I call taking care of business and your customers. Excellent service, very reasonable price. Will definitely use this company again.

We are a small office and rarely need shredding services but when we do Miracle Shred, Inc. definitely gets the job down fast, efficiently and reasonably.
When my shredding services were completed and paid for, I noticed I had forgotten one extra box, owner took and shredded it for me at no additional cost!!!
Definitely using them every time I need shredding!!! Cheaper than other companies and better customer service… ultimately a happy customer here.

I called Miracle Shred three days in a row and each time I left a clear message with my call back number. I never got a call back. I used them in 2012 and thought Tom was great. Perhaps he is no longer the owner (?) I wouldn’t know because no one called back. Very disappointed with the current service. I will use the UPS Store for shredding now.

I have a smal busness and my office had a fire earlier this year. I needed to remove files immediately to start renovations. I called Miracle Shredding and Tom understood my time crunch and agreed to meet me early Saturday morning before he has to drive his daughter to a game. I completely appreciate the customer service he provided. He brought in a huge bin into the smokey office and loaded all the files. Everything was done in less than 10 min.
I needed more shredding done toady and called him again. He’s away for the New Year holidays but he didn’t just say good bye, we worked out a solution to get my boxes shredded. Again, great customer service. Thanks Tom.

I am in the process of moving, and discovered in the last couple of weeks that I had a decade’s worth of paperwork that needed to be disposed. There was no way that I wanted to subject my own shredder to the bags and bags of paper, so I started looking for a professional shred service. I found that Miracle Shred was not only close to my house, but that I could drop off my paper documents and watch it all being shred. The company also has residential and commercial pickup service.
It was easy to make an appointment, and Tom, who owns the business, responded to my email within 1 – 2 hours. He helped me load the bin that would be used to dump the paper into his truck of «paper doom.» I watched the whole shred process on a camera attached to his truck, which was fun. Tom took the time to explain how it works as well. It took all of a few minutes for the shredding to be completed! And the price was excellent for how much was shred, I felt it was a bargain actually. I would use Tom’s company again anytime I have a huge pile of paperwork to shred! It is highly recommended.

I have a very small home business. I’ve tried two other companies. Miracle Shredding is so easy. They dropped a document lock box the day after I called. Took me a few months to fill it. They came to my house a two days after a shred request. Easy, easy, easy. Best price too!

After researching shredding companies on Unilocal,I used Miracle-​Shred today for a small file-​weeding job that was more than I could handle with my regular sized shredder. I was extremely pleased! Tom, the owner, made this easier for me than I could imagine, and I was able to watch my papers being shredded, which was very important to me. The company is a local, family owned, small business that contributes to the community. Anytime I have another project, I plan to use them.
