I ordered a Chiller and Veggie Mex Sandwich, not bad, but nothing like sex The staff didn’t smile There was no extra mile More like two witches concocting a death hex

I’d avoided this place like the plague cause they didn’t seem to know what they were serving: salads, smoothies, some Mexican food… Anyway, I tried the Caribbean Salad and it was surprisingly good. Really fresh veggies, warm moist chicken(with melted cheese? OK…) and sunflower seeds. What an oddly pleasant surprise.

Customer service is absolutely awful! The lady that works there was having a conversation with a mall worker while i tried to order and she seem annoyed to have a customer. First review on Unilocal and it’s because of how rude and unprofessional she acted!

Horrible customer service. Took me saying something for them to acknowledge me. When Sandra finally did she took her time to check her phone and then go to the opposite side of the counter to charge it. I finally ordered and she kept taking pauses to chit chat with the other employee who was sitting on the counter with her feet propped up browsing her phone. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. Until another employee moved forward and said it. Total disrespect. There’s a reason this place gets absolutely no customers. Food is gross and employees suck!

They charged 50 cents for a water cup! The lady said the cup itself cost 50 cents… but I don’t believe it… what a rip off! They should invest in ‘water’ cups instead of charging people for the cup of water!

Surf City Smoothies are sold here. They are tasty, but run small.

Got the grilled chipotle chicken. Absolutely bland. Subway does a way way better chipotle chicken. And raw onions. terrible. The food court totally needs a makeover.

Rollerz is a great place to have lunch while or after shopping at HSC. The sandwich and smoothie combo is their best deal.

Had a veggie grilled sandwich and it was tasty and cheap! Friendly workers, not much of a line… I’ll definitely keep it on my Hillsdale food court roster.

ordered the Fat Tuesday grilled sandwich which consisted of grilled chicken, jack cheese, grilled onions, red and green bell peppers, and tomatoes wrapped in a tortilla. served with a bayou sauce(which she described to me as hot sauce and mayo which was EXACTLY literalllly what it was). i mean, sounds at least OK right? the chicken tasted like the«fake» chicken they use at subway and all the veggies they threw in there were not fresh and had obviously been left out for a while. even though it was«grilled»(and she DID put it in the sandwich press) everything inside was cold. surprising because it took forever for the order to be ready! ordered the side salad too which was pretty fresh(lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes). other than that, nothing special! it’s foodcourt food and was so so. thought it would be a healthy alternative but just turned out to be as unhealthy as everything else. thought i would give this place a try because no one ever goes here, but obviously, there’s a reason why. $ 7 for both plus a free bag of chips. 1 star for the fresh side salad.

i’m not that impressed. i come here with a jamba juice mindset, which doesn’t seem to be the correct thing to do at a less mainstream spot, but even lowering my expectations isn’t helping. i feel like the prices are a little overpriced for the amount and the drink concoctions are pretty basic. i don’t know… maybe i’ll try their food next time ??

My experience at Rollerz left such an impression on me, I’ve come out of Unilocal retirement just to write a review of this business. The architects of Rollerz’ menu were not blessed culinarily by either god or man. We tried three items on the menu. I ordered the«Veggie Mex,» my partner the«Stir Fresh» and we shared a Peach/Guava smoothie from Ladi D A’s gloriously reviewed Surf City Smoothies. The Stir Fresh was a failure of imagination. Rollerz proudly announces«It’s like a salad without a fork,» and in fact, this is a fairly accurate representation of this fresh wrap. In the case of the Stir Fresh, it was more like a Denny’s side salad wrapped in a tortilla. The«Veggie Mex» failed far more catastrophically. I will coin the term Quesa-disaster. The cheese was of the hyper-processed plastic-wrapped variety, and the grilled vegetables tasted of something suggestive of household cleaner. I cannot speak to the Jalapeños – I did not taste any. As for the Surf City, our Guava-Peach Smoothie was neither Peachy, Guava-y, or Smooth… y. Instead it was gritty and tasted of nothing but lactose-based protein base. If you liked what smoothies were in the 1980s, this might be for you. However, if you like fruit smoothies that actually taste like, well, fruit, I suggest you find another establishment to patronize.
