If you are looking for real gourmet food (on wheels!) with professional international staff to take care of your event — you score it! Those guys will do magic for you. It doesn’t matter if they work on the driveway, in the backyard, or at the parking lot, their dishes always taste amazing. Piece of Europe to be found right here in San Mateo.

Great catering for small events. We had a 4th of July party at our house and the Z crew came through. Their sausages are too die for, Petra has a lot of passion for what she does and she’s one of those people that you can instantly tell finds cooking fun. The chicken Marbella is delicious! They have vegetarian options too so it’s not all sausage/​meats

I attended the volunteer appreciation party for Peninsula Food Runners which Z sausage hosted. The food was fabulous. I especially enjoyed the Chicken Marbella and the appetizers. The owner & chef, whom seemed really nice, was there to display the food and answer any questions about the dishes.

Z sausage catered our volunteer appreciation event at Peninsula Food Runners Organization for over 50 people this past weekend. I am totally impressed. Petra is a total package. She is professional, warm, accommodating, efficient, not to mention beyond generous. Because we had a mix crowd of vegan and non vegan and the request was for Kosher, she prepared a wonderful meal of Chicken Marbella (chicken tenderloins in a savory and zesty sauce), a brown rice medley, and a strawberry spinach salad. She even included appetizer and dessert. The meal was a hit! A complete package for those of you who want great meal and wonderful personality to work with. Thank you Petra!

Without knowing much about Z sausage we took a chance on them and LOVED them. Fabulous sausages, good authentic German fare and Petra and her son were lovely and easy to work with. Great party.

South Bay, CA
Caught these guys in San Jose… they have a truck and trailer and they only sell one type of sausage at a time, even though they make many different types. Had the Bavarian brat on a toasted roll. Was decent flavor though I was hoping it would be hotter and grilled. fresh. Still a solid meal of meat in tube shaped form
