Although Access to Music no longer has a store front, the business and Bob’s expert advice is still available. I used him to purchase my turntable, receiver and speakers which I LOVE! I found his contact info on his webpage.

I have been a big fan of Access to Music for a while. I got my first DVD player here a while ago. It wasn’t expensive and worked great for what I wanted it for(simplicity). They always take the time to explain things to a non-hifi person like myself. I definitely appreciate their advice.

These guys are awesome. It is so nice to walk into a high end audio store, and not have any sales pressure. They are happy to show you things, and let you play. Clearly they all love the equipment they sell. We bought a TV from them that we had nothing but problems with at first. Then to make matters worse, the repairman was awful. Craig stayed in touch with us through the whole thing, and contacted the Hitachi rep on our behalf to get him involved. When everything was working again, Craig came out to our house, and tuned the TV to make it perfect. I can’t say enough good things about this place!

A week ago this would of been 5 stars. The way things are going it may end up less then the current 4 stars. A year and a half ago I bought a Nu-Vission 32″ flat screen from these guys. This set is more expensive then the more well known brands, but the salesman seemed knowledgable and not pushy, so I went for it. Including a two year warrenty. It has been a great set… untill about eight days ago when it stopped working. I phoned Access to Music. They assured me that it would be no problem, it would be fixed or replaced. Great! Nice words,…but so far nothing. So far all four of my phone calls to them have been identical. They ask for my phone number and tell me the service guy will call later in the day. I just got off the phone with them again. Sales guy…“could you give me your number and I’ll have our great service guy call you right back“ Me…“well, I’ve given you my number 4 times already over the last seven days, but here it is again”. Sales guy…“great, I’ll have them call you right back. I’m still waiting, so this is going to be a review in progress. So far things arn’t going well. Just a lot of words and no action. But we will see. To be continued… 7÷31÷08 They gain a star back. kudos to Craig at the store who went the extra mile to make sure my set was looked after.
