I come to this Starbucks location relatively often to study and the ambience allows for my utmost productivity, which I really like. The staff here has always been extremely kind — there’s one woman in particular who’s especially sweet, perhaps the shift leader or manager, not entirely sure though — and I have yet to be disappointed by the items offered here/​the people who work here. The restrooms are generally quite clean, there’s always a nice amount of people in the shop, and the wait time for drinks isn’t too steep. Also, being open until 9:30pm is a great convenience!

Normally I like this Starbucks; It is typically clean, good service and it is open till 9:30 pm which is nice. Not so impressed today however… I walked in at 9: pm (30 minutes) before they close and found the bakery display case empty. The barista was tossing the last of the baked goods in the garbage. Guess it is true, one mans garbage is another’s dinner, lol. Asked the gentleman behind the counter if they had anything left and ended up ordering a cherry bar. This was the first barista I have encountered (Peter) to bag the item and not offer to warm it. I asked him to warm it and went over to prepare my coffee… no dairy out on the bar. Had to track someone down and ask them for half & half. If you want to put/​throw everything away at 9: pm then I would recommend closing at 9: pm. Normally good here though, hoping this is not a new trend.

I come here because I work down the street. Pleasant location and they always make my drink right. The baristas are very friendly.
There is a long line sometimes though, which mobile ordering comes in handy.

I’ve been waiting 25 minutes for my drink. This is ridiculous. Starbucks has the expectation of being fast and they can’t do it here. Every time I come here they take ridiculously long even when not busy but this is by far the worst.

As usual, the drinks are your typical Starbucks drinks. I have no complaints about the drinks.
What happened to the staff here? The service here used to be awesome every time I visited. However, after a dry-​spell of not visiting for a few months, the baristas’ service is very hit-​or-​miss now. Some are excellent, some give this vibe of «let’s just get this over with» and seem very disinterested in the customer. While I understand they may not absolutely love their job, isn’t the whole idea of Starbucks supposed to make you feel like a «valued customer» with the whole «name-​calling» shebang?
Otherwise, this Starbucks is quite spacious, but is also always packed. I feel like there are always groups of people here, either high school students or businessmen.

I ordered a hot chocolate and spinach feta wrap… the drink and sandwich were fine once I received them but it took over 15 minutes to get my drink. The wrap was ready in 5 minutes… if you are in a hurry I would pass up this location.

My every morning Starbucks stop. The friendly staff always remembers my order and has my drink finished in a very timely manner.

Super unsatisfied! Came in around 545 and ordered 3 drinks thinking that at the most it would be like 15 mins. We ordered a strawberry and crème frap with javachips which didn’t take that long and was the 1st drink out. Then after waiting another 15 mins we asked for our vanilla bean frap with an added banana blended in and finally after watching 3 whole families get their drinks before us we got that order. Now for what we thought would be the easier order to make a very berry hibiscus we waited 40 mins we asked for it again and said somehow it got out of order. Disappointed with this service at this Starbucks.

Appreciate the barrista’s ability to mumble when calling out the drink orders to waiting customers: the omission of names (although provided at the registers) is also a nice touch… not. This is a constant problem here.

This is a local shopping mall location with no office business around — mostly a locals stop after dropping of kids or on the way to shopping. Seems be busy but always a polite client mix and the staff is always pleasant. A favorite coffee stop for many and one of mine also.

This is my favorite Starbucks. There are so many places to sit and work. The ambience is amazing and my drinks are always made well. I’ve been studying here for the past couple of weeks and I love it.
I think the availability of tables and couch space sets this Starbucks apart. It’s really a good place to do homework or read. The wifi is really slow but I have found this to be the case at 99% of Starbucks. This place is also always bustling — def not for calm or silence. With that in mind, the size of the space makes most of the conversations white noise.
I love this place and I feel very at home studying here. It’s rare to find a coffee shop that just feels comfortable.

Yes the coffee is great as all locations. This location seems to have a more stressed crowd and service staff with the noise level higher than most. They do have a nice outside patio area and last visit five (5) ladies arrived with five (5) dogs — the patio area is very nice and doesn’t have the noise, plus the WiFi works outside also. Enjoy !!!

Most Starbucks that I go to are usually crowded and have no space but this one has good ambience, plentiful seating, and very high quality and comfortable seats. I wish there was a one near my home. Green tea lemonade half sugar is the way to go if you are looking for a cold drink.

Haha this place is great, live right up the street, come here all the time for my daily black or green tea fix. The employees are always so friendly and my tea is always delicious.
I recommend going to this Starbucks over the others in the area. Love this place

Well. Oiled. Machine. I’ve always been greeted with a smile here and save for that one time I was getting my order taken by a new trainee, I’ve had no issues getting my drink in a timely manner. When they’re not making drinks, at least one of them is wiping counters/​restocking/​etc.
Best seats in the house are the window seats along the back wall. Or more like a window bench with squishy cushions with outlets underneath. This place is almost entirely lit by natural light during the day, perfect for contemplation or long catch-​ups.
Also, this Starbucks actually has TWO bathrooms, one for males, one for females (hooray!) instead of the usual unisex single. The one I had access to seemed to be in perfect working condition and fully stocked. If only every Starbucks could adopt this feature…

When i first moved to san ramon I hated going to this starbucks but now I love it. I dont know if they have a new manager but I have met him one time his name is Joey and I think because of him this place has changed. The team is amazing my drinks are always amazing! I love going to this starbucks and honestly hate going to other starbucks. They have changed the inside of the this location. Each table has an electrical outlet. A couple years ago I would refuse to go to this place and now it is the only starbucks I go to. Thank you to the wonderful team that works there! I love started my day with a drink from this location and the amazing team!

I’m impressed with this Starbucks team. This place is busy, yet they’re still efficient with the amount of time it takes to produce a drink regardless of how long the line is.
Whoever is doing the hiring at this location should hire for Starbucks in all nearby areas. I’ve been to enough Starbucks locations and have watched many teams work an entire shift. This team seems to have great chemistry and work ethic. When there aren’t any customers in line, the team members can be seen taking out the trash, restocking inventory, counting inventory, cleaning, sweeping, etc.
Service is friendly!
