I love the new Surf’s Up! It is now our go to pizza place in Sandwich. The food has gotten so much better since its been under new management. The owner and staff are nothing but nice and respectful and the prices are really fair for the quality of the food.

I tried this pizza tonight, it is hands down best pizza in sandwich and if you live in town you know the pizza here pretty much is crappy. The website says under new management and I believe it I tried the pizza here two yrs ago and never went back. This pizza really taste like north end pizza, think Regina’s. I tried Moto’s downtown which everyone was raving about. this pizza so much better it has real crust. I recommend this restaurant for pizza and definitely will return the calzones are next on my list. Nice job surfs up!

Wow! What a difference a few months makes! Sampled the menu last weekend and was pleasantly surprised with a delicious, perfectly cooked Greek Pizza-fresh tomatoes, Colamata olives, fresh basil and really yummy dough. Also had the best stuffed quahog I’ve had in years! The grand finale was a slice of homemade, creamy cheese cake that was amazing! I don’t know exactly how all these changes have taken place under new ownership in such a short time but but Congrats to the owner!!!

The only plus to this place is they deliver… Well that’s if they chose to. A few different times (night or day) I’ve called for delivery and the said they weren’t delivering at that time and gave no reason as to why.
I just called and a rude woman answered and said «yeah we’re closed» and hung up the phone. No Hi, Hello, no type of greeting what so ever.

.wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Food is awful. And management is even worse. Stay far away! If it was possible to give less than one star I would!

I don’t get the draw and appeal of this place. Sure, the interior décor is cool, but other than that, I genuinely don’t get it. The prices are ridiculous — the quality to cost ratio is significantly distorted. We understand that sometimes there are other things at play and try not to rush to judge an establishment on a single experience. We’ve tried to give the place a second (and third) shot, but recently we decided to quit trying. On our last attempt te walked in with our kids after seeing a movie nearby and were immediately yelled at by the staff that they were closing as soon as the other customers left. I felt like a child being sent to their room, I couldn’t believe staff would speak to [potential] customers so aggressively.
I heard recently that they may have come under new ownership, I could be wrong, either way, some changes should be made.

Pizza is fair at best. Maybe it’s the water on cape cod. Can’t seem to get good pizza. Gyros sandwich was to be expected. Staff was very friendly. Prices seemed steep for quality of food. Huge menu. Will try again and hope to give them more stars as it’s pretty close.

One of my must go to places when I visit my parents. The food is always delicious and the staff treat us like family. They spoil my dad every time we go in. When my dad was ill in the past they even inquired about him and showed genuine concern. That folks is what a hometown business is all about and why I always give them my business.

The selection of food should warrant more stars for this place, but unfortunately the prices just don’t match the quality.
The staff are usually nice and there’s not normally much of a line, but the good points end there.
The food is okay, and the atmosphere is a cheap attempt to humor tourists. When you leave all you’ll have is a stomach full of mediocre food and an empty wallet.

I’ve been seeing a lot of old reviews on here, a lot of which aren’t the most favorable. First, I am going to say that this is a favorite pizza joint of mine. I don’t know what it was like in the past, but first, the staff was friendly, took my order and within minutes it was being served to me. My appetizer came out quickly as well as my pizza. The pulled pork pizza is excellent.

I’ve been here a total of 3 times with my boyfriend. He’s from the area and recommended it. Every time I’ve gone, I get the baked, stuffed haddock with onion rings and cole slaw. While one time the rings were a bit overcooked (they were still ok) the baked stuffed haddock is HANDS DOWN the best I’ve ever had. If you like fish and liked baked stuffed haddock GO HERE. I’ve tried another restaurant in the area that’s popular (SS) and I’m sorry– but it doesn’t even come close.
You order at the counter and they bring it to your table (if you eat there). It can take a few minutes but I’m ok with that because I know they are cooking it fresh.

. My friend ordered a chocolate milkshake and the cashier was snotty about her not calling it a Mocha Latte for one. I had the feeling we were inconveniencing her. My pasta was too soft, but I didn’t want to deal with the attitude.
Also this sounds minor, but: when a costumer (anyone really) says thank you, say you’re welcome, not yep! Yep makes it sound like they’re doing you a favor.
The four T. V’s are way too loud too. When we left, we didn’t get a thanks for coming, have a good night blah blah. She was just standing there glaring at us.

Had a much better experience this time. Staff was much nicer. Fried food was still way too greasy, but I must say their steak tips were pretty nice. Scallop and Bacon pizza was a little too fishy and salty, but their crust is really pretty good. I’d say if you want good pizza and a fun place to take the kids this place is alright.

I had a horrendous experience here and will never go back. They first gave me the wrong order and as I was almost home had to go back to get the correct food. I get my order and was never told sorry for the mistake or anything! I get home and the food is cold and sub par at best. I don’t know how they will keep the locals with service like that.

Im only giving them 3 stars because I can’t find something I love here but my husband loves the pizza! At least that didn’t seem to change when they changed over to the watery deep side!
If I’m not mistaken I believe that most of the staff from Evans still works here??? I’ve never been treated rudely but I guess my expecations wouldn’t be that high because of the type of restaurant it is (its a glorified house of pizza!)
I don’t love it but from what I understand the pizza is great. There’s not too many options in this area anyways…
