I really enjoyed this Unilocal Event. Even though I am relatively new to the community, everyone I’ve met through Unilocal is just so freaking awesome. I had a great time meeting several of the online personalities in person. Also, I was glad my friend was able to come and see how wonderful Unilocal is. She is totally jeal! jk, I don’t really talk like that. The foto booth was very nicely done(hence, my camera-whoring) and kudos to Michelle for being our geisha for the day. Anyways, I’m glad Kathleen went with Nori Nori bc I have been wanting to find a good sushi buffet. I was blown away by the amt of food at the event and how tasty everything was. Imma definitely coming back to this joint to try what else it has to offer. See ya next time Nori Nori ! thanx Kathleen and everyone else for doing such an awesome job so I can have fun :)

Fun event as always. I thought Nori Nori was going to be a completely new restaurant to me, but it wasn’t as I’ve been to this same location when it was known as Minado and then most recently, Badayori. I was impressed with the amount of food and drink that was offered, a lot more than I expected. Seaweed, a variety of nigiri and sushi rolls, even unlimited pitchers of sweet tea(haha). Thanks to Kathleen for organizing, Frank L. and Atlanta Photography for the photo booth, Michelle K. for posing for photos with us, and the other Unilocalers who flew to Atlanta from out of town. Unilocalers rock!

Great event thrown by Kathleen & crew, esp. considering the last minute venue change! I’ve always been a huge fan of Nori Nori — although I don’t go quite as frequently as Zack E, not even close :) Nori Nori hands-down has the best sushi buffet in Atlanta. I thought they did a great job on the food spread(wide selection!) — my favorites were the seaweed salad, tuna & salmon nigiri, and the chicken yakitori. Although except for the seaweed salad & Asian cole slaw, they did run out of the food pretty fast. A good reminder that for Elite events, being on-time is strongly recommended :)

I’ll second Alison B.‘s disappointment over the venue change, and I love all seafood and Nori Nori! However, I’m a Roswell girl at heart, so I’ve been to Nori Nori more times than I can count(including when it was Minado and Badayori), and I usually look forward to elite events as a chance to check out someplace new(such as Rosebud) or someplace that’s just been flying under the radar(Contemporary Arts Center). However, I’m glad that those ITP folks got a chance to check out how good things can be outside the perimeter! The spread that Nori Nori put out was a great sampling of some of their best. Unilocalers obviously know how to pick out the pricey items on a buffet, because the nigiri was gone in a flash while the fried rice stayed virtually untouched. The variety of wines(and beer, though I didn’t have any) was a perfect complement. A big thanks to Emily K. and her dad for being such great table mates and for making my mom(at her very first Unilocal event) feel so welcome. Thanks for another great event!
