Nice location, and good service if not too busy. If they are, you can expect to wait a long time.
Friendly and helpful service, as long as they can help you within the confines of the rules AT&T and your phone maker have set.
Parking is usually easy to find.

Wow the worst service ever! I went in to have them look at my phone because I can’t receive calls/messages from anyone the does not have an iPhone. After standing and waiting (30 min) for help and not even getting welcomed in a female employee came and got our name on the waiting list. Another 30 minutes went by and then finally Marco came to help us. Once I had explained to him what happened he told me it wasn’t not his problem and that it was a apple problem. He told me to call apple and get it fixed and that Apple would probably turn off my iMessages and it would be fixed. He gave me a number I could have googled and not even a nice day? Horrible service I won’t be going back to this location! Ever! Oh btw Apple said he could have fixed it right there and I didn’t have to turn off iMessages! Don’t get help from Marco! Waste of time!

Wow really bad reviews!
I guess it’s all about perception. I have been going to this location since they’ve opened and I have never been treated rudely. I guess we forget people factor that you treat others like **** you get the same back! They explained me everything and I understood I guess I catch things up pretty quick maybe that’s why I love this place. Also they do not waste my time they are always on topic and always helpful. People remember You treat other the way you want to be treated. So if you step in any business like I am THE CUSTOMER and you are suppose to BE MY SERVANT come on… Smile peeps smile

The staff here is incredible. I walk right in and Heidi and Mccall take my broken Microcell and instantly swap it out for me. I’m impressed. Love this store. Lots of parking too!

I have never experienced customer service this poor! After visiting this store I am very ready to change service providers. Each employee I spoke with was incredibly rude and they all had different ways of explaining this «next» program– I don’t think anyone here knows what they’re talking about. Go out of your way to avoid this store!!!

This is the place to go if want to be abused. We were treated rudely. Rep would not listen and got it in his head that he could not and thus would not help us. I suspect this problem is endemic to AT&T, yet this particular store is one of the worst examples of customer service.
