Avoid this location at all cost. Staff could care less about customer service, a bit arrogant which is amusing since they weren’t that knowledgeable. Make the short drive to the South Town Mall store, they are much more helpful and professional. BTW, I’ve been a T-​MOBILE customer for over 7 years and been in stores all over the USA.

Tmobile in general lately rocks, however the manager Luis and his crew really hooked it up! Seriously too many things to list! I highly recommend this location if you want to really get great customer service, positive attitudes, and a killer deal! Way to go everyone that I got help from at the store, even the newer employees were great!
