Horrible service, made my gf drive home for her Id to take our order, that we called in for, he is a real ass, I know this is a chain and this review means nothing but horrible service please use a different location

Guy was very friendly polite nice but he wasn’t the problem they didn’t have stuffed crust pan style or hand tossed it was only 7pm when I ordered on a Tuesday evening. Whoever is managing and not stocking ingredients needs to be let go or be told again what there job entails. I ordered from dominos instead.

We couldn’t finish the pizza cause it was so bad. We called in to see about getting another one or reimbursed us. The manager made it clear that he made it so there’s nothing wrong with it then. They said that we just had to deal with it. I’ll never order here again. What a joke.

I don’t write many bad reviews but this location of Pizza Hut is the worst. Take the extra time to find another one. We love Pizza Hut but they don’t stand to business etiquette. We were very unhappy with our purchase that we waited and hour and a half for and management didn’t seem to care. It’s very unprofessional and I’m sure the Pizza Hut chain would be very displeased with this location.

Really? We place an order for two medium pizzas. They said it would take an hour to deliver. Okay deal. Then I hang up. My wife ask me how much. $ 17 and change. She says she only has a $ 50. I call back wanting to be polite. I explain we only have a $ 50. He says hold on. I wait a second. He comes back and tells me. «My driver says he won’t break a $ 50 for such a small order.» Wow. Cancel the order since we are too small to matter to Pizza Hut and their drivers. Guess the drivers decide what orders are worthy for delivery.

I love Pizza Hut. I think they have the best delivery pizza in the area. And I bet they have delicious wings, too– I would know if they ever DELIVERED THEM WHEN I ORDER THEM. I have ordered and paid for wings several times, and I have never been able to try them because they’re never delivered. What gives, Pizza Hut?

Never ordering pizza delivered again especially not from this place!!!
We usually get Pizza hut from the Draper location and for some reason the computer switched us to the Sandy location which makes sense considering it is a couple blocks from our house. Anyway we got our pizza 1 hour after we ordered and it was cold and the breadsticks were hard as a rock. We never had this problem with the Draper location which is farther away. I called to complain which did no good the manager sounded like I was the problem. Well I guess that is what I get for ordering from a any chain why have quality product, and good customer service, if people just keep ordering.

You get totally screwed if you don’t order online. You are raped and ripped off if you phone in your order. What a terrible experience. Don’t go to Pizza Hut!
Of course if you want to pay a 20% premium you can always phone in your order. Unfortunately their website doesn’t always function properly.
Did I mention that the Draper location for Pizza Hut was out of everything except thin crust? A pizza place without dough? What’s wrong with this picture? I suggest you don’t go to Pizza Hut.
