Update: they have fixed the Dr Pepper in the self serve. It tastes fine now.
The attractive maintenance guy doesn’t work there anymore.
The manager is great! Her name is Amber. She is so upbeat, social, and happy. She makes everyone around her happy. I asked one of the staff there if she was as fun to work with as she is to associate with. He said that she is his favorite manager to work with. She makes working there fun. She definitely needs a raise (hint hint nudge nudge to McDonald’s higher ups).

I’ve come here plenty of times and it is always a nice experience, Amber was amazing the last time around, very sweet and courteous.

Only the 2nd time we’ve had a bad McDonald’s meal. Burger patty was dried out like it had been reheated. Lettuce was limp, old, and crispy dry in spots. They gave us ‘new’ lettuce but still not good. We were starving, but for $ 4 per burger… never again.

I come here every so often when my 3 years old kicks and screams about «I want to go to McDonald!» Service wise, this location has more to offer than the 9400S Highland Dr location. The single lane traffic and construction-​taking place on 1300 E is probably the only reason I opt-​out travelling to this location right now, especially during rush hour. The food is about the same as other locations, but the staff and manager here are more willing to help whenever there is something wrong with your order. My kid likes the play area more here too.
