Pretty good. Great tenders, wings, and fresh salads. Toast and celery is a nice compliment to the meal. Service is always amazing, very helpful staff. The only complaint is that it’s a bit too salty.

The service is great! The food is ok. The salads are thoughtfully prepared. The only complaint I have, is a big one. The chicken… The flavor is ok, but I’m always left with the feeling I just ate a big hunk of steroids, and antibiotics. I suppose, if they used better quality chicken, the experience would be a 4 stAr experience.

Was eager to try them out as my youngest eats the equivalent of an entire farm of chickens in one iteration or another each year. Went twice around their grand opening but waited until this afternoon to try them again. Not sure when they opened but it’s been months. I’ll leave it to you to read between the lines. Saw a Zaxby’s in the background of some photo recently on the interwebs. Think it was Imgur. Anyway, I guess it’s been on my mind. We’ve tried their tenders, boneless wings and today, a Cajun club samich. The tenders are good, the sauces and breading are just different enough from everyone else’s that they didn’t sit right with us. Think pepper. Everywhere. We’re Utahns so I suppose you can blame it on that. My second experience was drive-thru and all I remember was the boneless wings were the size of marbles. The taste in my mouth from the value I received overpowered the taste in my mouth from the actual boneless chicken wings. My Cajun club samich today was not at all Cajuny. The pic on the menu looks really Cajuny. I like Cajun. The samwich just looked and tasted like a grilled chicken breast. That being said, it was good. Moist meat, fresh veggies, generous portion. It cost under $ 7.00. Another $ 1.50 and it would have been a «good» samich at Fiddler’s Elbow or maybe even Porcupine. The fries weren’t all that. In the end, it struck me as a better value(quality/price) than anything I’d get a Wendy’s. It’s a far cry better than its counterpart at McDonald’s or Burger King! I have had their birthday cake shake. First couple of mouthfuls are awesome. Anymore than a couple of mouthfuls and it tastes like diabetes. Service was great and it seemed like they care/take pride in their jobs. The atmosphere was warm and pleasant. tl:dr: Zaxby’s serves chicken samiches that are a better value than Wendy’s, McD’s and BK.

I don’t know why this location has so many low reviews and why it’s listed as $$$. This is so much better than KFC for fried chicken and options and different enough from Popeyes that I’m glad we have both here now. The staff have been super courteous both times I’ve been there and the food is good value IMO. Inside is clean and inviting and drive thru is efficient and friendly.

Drove through twice, both times they’ve had me pull around and wait and then forgotten about my order. Also, chicken is too salty and over cooked. Hard pass on this place. I wish Utah had a Raising Cains!

Crappy service. Order not complete. They ask you to pull around and wait. They give estimated time and 10 min turns into 30 min. 6 cars come around out of the drive through before we had to go in and it was like they forgot. Sad the food is good and the service sucks!!! NOTWORTHTHEPRICEFORMYTIME!!! One Star is to much!!!

The Chicken tenders, chicken sandwich, and the Texas toast are solid. Enjoy their food more than Chic Fil A. Good ranch dipping sauce and the hot sauce actually burns. Worth a try.

WOW — Welcome Zaxby’s! The whole experience was fantastic(which may seem exuberant for fried chicken, but it was that good)! Chicken tenders are far superior to KFC, OR Popeyes! I love the spicy sauces — Honey mustard was spicy peppery heaven, I mixed it with the coleslaw to give it a lil kick! Zaxby sauce is a peppery fry sauce, so of course that’s what it got used for. Sweet & Sour is a spicy asisan infusion. The garlic toast is a nice inclusion with the meals(kids loved it) I ordered a house salad — and although basic, the veggies were fresh, and the chicken was seasoned well, and straight off the grill — so its a go. Got our food fast through the drive through, and the order was spot on! Perfect after an afternoon at the pool. Don’t understand other ppl’s poor reviews! This place is our new go-to chicken house…

That was one bad meal, and it cost a lot. I would rate that meal a 1 and Chic fil a a 5, out of 5. I will never go back and we tried the salad, the wings, the Club sandwich and the kids meal. Nasty.

Decided to try out this new fast food chicken joint for lunch. Not a fan of the food at all. The restaurant itself is actually pretty good. Bright and airy inside, with a lot of tables to sit down and eat with a solid amount of room. Service was as you would expect from any of these types of chain and I settled on Chicken, Fries and toast with a cup of water. The fries were«OK» but not great. Crispy but kinda missing something… not sure what. The Chicken was moist and the coating crisp but dang was it salty! It overpowered the taste of the meal. I did mention it(and all due credit here) they apologized and gave me some fresh Chicken without hesitation) but it tasted exactly the same. All in all I would get your chicken elsewhere. Its not worth it.

Crispy and flaky on the outside, moist and juicy on the inside. Can’t really explain the flavor of their fried chicken… but its a little bit more spicier than kfc and more pepperish flavor than popeyes. Give them a try … I was pleasantly surprised.

I’ve tried it twice, I’m done. First time chicken club, so oily I needed a box of napkins before I touched anything else, never again. Second time, chicken fingers, came with zax sauce, pure sodium, if you mistake salty for tasty, Zax sauce might be for you. I had to take some chipolte mustard out of the fridge to finish my 5 rather small chicken fingers. Sorry, just not my style, if it’s yours, I suggest you put a cardiologist on retainer.

I’ll be generous with 1 star since the chicken tenders are good. However, I just waited 25 minutes for ice cold wings! And I was over charged $ 6.00. First and last time at Zaxbys.

Meh is right. I pretend to be a healthy eater, but end up finding myself at places like this… Butter soaked toast spicy chicken sandwich with a side of boneless sweet & spicy wings was my poison of choice. I didn’t get the rich and guilt free«full» feeling. Instead I have a gut bomb and an afternoon appointment with the restroom for 20 minutes. Which I should keep this short and sweet so I’m not late… This place probably gives KFC or Wingers a run for their money… so if that’s what you fancy, by all means eat here. The staff was very nice and the restaurant was very clean. Plus they have one of those high tech fountain drink machines with hundreds of choices and the soft popcorn ice that is fun to chew on… Would I go here again? Nah…
