IHOP

Clean, bright restaurant. Hardly ever a wait to be seated. Food is always fast and delicious. But the real gem here is Yolanda, the Assistant Manager, who seems to be everywhere and isn’t happy unless your experience is absolutely perfect. She’s one of the sweetest, happiest souls I’ve ever met and she takes this IHOP from a 10 to an 11!

This is probably the best IHOP I’ve ever been to, I always stop by when I’m in the area. The service is always friendly. My personal favorite menu items are the country fried steak and the steak tips. You can’t go wrong with any of the pancake and eggs combos, obviously. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for a place to eat out in Sanford!

Best IHOP I’ve been to! Very clean, great staff, and the manager and owner are super sweet! Would highly recommend if you are in the area! Easy stop off of I-​4. I usually go for the stuffed French toast or the salad with fried chicken and avocado-​all the veggies are very fresh!

I recently ate at this I hop near the Sanford mall, I was very impressed by how nice and clean it was. The service was fast and the food was better than expected. For a breakfast restaurant this was a surprising delight. I recommend the waffles and the French toast.

This IHOP needs some help. The silverware was really dirty which started it. Then as we were sitting there another Greeter/​server stated to elderly couple, when the couple asked how she was doing tonight, she replied «It’s good to be on this side of the dirt.» Really? They didn’t seem too happy with the comment. It was probably good for her she wasn’t serving them. We could also hear a couple employees complaining about the place and their job which doesn’t usually sit well with customers that are getting ready to eat there. There was very loud music blaring from the kitchen in heavy metal over the music being played from IHOP over the speaker. We figured there probably was no manager on duty which is why they were acting that way, but we were wrong. When we asked we were told the manager was in back. She wanted to know if we would like to talk to the manager and we declined. There really was no purpose to talking to a manager that is obviously thinking nothing is wrong with this picture. I got the fried chicken which was really very over done and dry, almost burnt and she got a cheeseburger. The burger and the chicken were very bland. Other IHOP’s don’t taste like this so we believe it was laziness not seasoning at all. The one good experience was our server was very, very, nice and apologetic. We definitely will not be back though to this IHOP again.

It’s ihop. I love it. 1000x better than the one on 17 – 92. The only flaw is the slight elderly person odor that seems to linger for some strange reason.

Wow! Waited 25 min to be seated, but 8 empty tables? Hostess said-​kitchen was trying to catch up from a party of 9. Really?
And now our order finally came — omelet not as ordered. What the heck is going on?

Best IHOP experience I’ve had in awhile. Just relocated to area and glad this location is so near.

Great place to eat breakfast at any time, this location is kind of hidden next to a gas station and by Don Pablo’s next to I-​4 in Sanford.
Service was great and fast plus we got seated quick and got our food fast, our server Tammy was nice and friendly and took good care of us.
I had the banana pudding pancakes meal with eggs and hash browns and Sausage.
Good food and good service plus affordable prices and food that won’t make u sick like other places.
Definitely one of the better locations

You know only thing bad about IHOP is that you eat way too much! That being said it sure is hard to stay away…

IHOP is as IHOP does. This one has the same super glossy menus as others with a mix of pancakes, eggs, breakfast meats and such available all day. Because it’s close to the Interstate (though some planning is involved to get here from I-​4 going North), you’ll be able to get your Rooti Tooti Fresh & Fruity and be back on the road.
I like their tradition of coffee carafes on the table so that you don’t have to catch a waitress to bring you a refill. And the food is decent for what it is.
Today’s visit was a bit slow getting seated and getting my order taken but once that was done, the food was quick.

The food here at ihop is pretty good. Way better than the ihop on 1792 in sanford. Service has also always been great here as well. Today our server was Christine and we were pleased with her service. Friendly and efficient.

Food was fast and server very sweet. The home fries were tasteless. The fact the GM never came by and we were celebrating a birthday and got no discount was very unprofessional. He felt he needed the coupon which was never emailed to us in order to comp a meal… No customer service skill at all
Server up charged on home fries without us knowing either.

Just came here after dropping off my car to get a oil changed. Came in and was helped right away. The staff is amazing and the food is great. Nice, clean and organized.

Dropped in on a busy Sunday morning and we were seated within 10 minutes. The food exceeded my expectations and the Belgian waffles were delicious. Heather was our server and she was awesome! She made sure we were well taken care of.

Had really bad service. The food was mediocrity at it’s finest and it was really expensive for what we got.

Very clean… coffee is good. at 9 pm they brewed me a fresh pot. I had the pleasure of having Samantha as my waiter. She was very pleasant to have serving me, she knows how to work the room and Insuring she knows your enjoying your dining experience. Her multitasking is superb. I will come here again in the morning. I rate this in the top I’ve been too.

Was staying in Sanford for two nights for business. Got out of work late the first night and went to the IHOP as it was close to the hotel. Heather took our orders, and the food arrived very quickly and hot.
The next night, Heather greeted us, asked us if we wanted the same drinks we had the night before, took our order, and again the food arrived quickly and hot.
The place was clean and the staff pleasant. Would go back there again.

Spotless, friendly, good value and lots to choose from. Jordan our server, one of the nicest servers we ever had anywhere. She even mentioned one of the other servers ‘in her nieghborhood’ and introduced us in case she was busy and we needed something. We met, by chance, the owner (this is the last franchise in Orlando). Super nice lady whose family owns one in Orlando and she’s been with Hop for nearly 20 years. While there’s something about a ‘local place’ or ‘divey place’ this is something we know, it is spotless, quick service, friendly, good food, good value… a great spot and in our case near to home.
Also, they have a meeting room so you can meet there or I suppose have a larger group (teams, groups etc.).
