If you go try to get Adam! He was super helpful and gave me all the information that I needed without trying to hustle, or nickel and dime me. He had refreshing customer service skills and I will definitely be going to them whenever I need my oil changed.

Great Service all around! I come here to get my oil change when I’m in the area. On this most recent visit, I was there to get an O2 Sensor changed on my Mazda. They offer both full service repairs and oil changes at this particular location. For full service, it’s advisable to make an appointment, ask for Shane or Jim. I have been loyal to Valvoline for the past few years and I have found quality customer service at all their locations. Make sure to register for coupons on their website in order to save some money!

My first time here. Extremely happy with there service! Everyone was very nice, friendly. Had my oil changed, and wiper blades replaced. In and out less then thirty minutes which was fantastic! My mechanic retired, I am really happy I read there reviews all spot on, this is an excellent place, very professional, fast, easy to speak to which for me is a plus. I will be making this my go to place from now on! Thanks guys!

Getting an oil change is a necessary evil when you own a vehicle, but I’m so happy to have found Valvoline in Sanford. We drove right in, say in the car for 10 minutes and drove out. Zachary was extremely friendly and helpful and no high pressure sales! I know where I’ll be going from here on out.

Excellent, friendly service. Showed me exactly what my air filters looked like in the event I wanted to change them, showed me that my oil level was back up to where it should be and answered any question with a smile. Was in and out within 20 mins. Would absolutely return in the future!

Came here cuz I thought my brakes were bad and I had a coupon. Despite keeping my car almost all day… they said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my car. I loved their honesty. The guy even said they were in the business to make business but there wasn’t anything wrong there. He explained in detail why my car was making the noises it was making and offered to change the brakes on the coupon but said they didn’t need to be done. Would definitely come back here when I DO NEED SOMETHING FIXED.
