Actually pretty good customer service. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything or crowded at all.
We just wanted to run in and buy a jacket or sweater for my boyfriend since its Santa Barbara and super windy. I ended up buying a sweater for myself since it was 40% off for being the last of its kind! Perfect size too! I’m in love!
Definitely coming back the next time I’m here!
