Just really not that great. Good money, spend on less than average food.

Stopped in for karaōke at Bohenry’s and was ecstatic about the ease of ordering food from Paesano’s … but the winner is the quality of the food. These are the huge, extremely thin slices of pizza that people associate with New York, but these are even better because they go heavy on topics. I ordered a half-pepperoni, half-jalapeño pizza(appeases the spicy food-lovers and the meat eaters), and there were at least 10 – 15 slices of jalapenos PERSLICE. Astounding. The pizza showed up piping hot, and with much care, we devoured the pie. Delish. Would definitely return to try the rest of the menu. Why does the pizza in IV and Goleta suck so bad?

Just had a meatball sub, pizza, and salad delivered. the food was excellent and the delivery was fast considering that I live on the other side of town from the pizzaria! the Ceasar dressing is the best in town.

Disappointed Bland. No taste whatsoever. A college kid can open a pack of frozen meatballs and throu some plain tomato sauce and accomplish the same thing. I don’t understand how a resturant can sell such a product. It had no spices. I’m not sure what the meat was and had a mushy texture. I won’t be back.

My pizza cravings are always fulfilled here at Paesano’s. The older gentleman is always so sweet and welcoming when I come by! The pizza(and cannoli)((and breadsticks!!)) are great. I will gladly support this local business any day.

Very tasty pizza! My sister and I always loved the authenticity of the pizza. They changed hands in ownership once, but I still see the quality has stayed consistent!

We never go to or pass through Santa Barbara without stopping here. I recommend the vegetarian pizza ADD sausage. Yum. That. Is. All.

One of the best pizza places here in Santa Barbara. It’s a little off the beaten path if you don’t come to the westside of Santa Barbara much but it is well worth the trip. Excellent pizza. A more NY style of pizza than we are used to here in SB. Super thin but chewy delicious crust with all the usual suspects of toppings to choose from. Id say Santa Barbara has an over population of mediocre pizza joints but this is NOT one of them. Highly recommend trying it out if you haven’t already.

The pizza was good but the service on the other hand… We asked for water cups and got no reply. We bought a medium pizza and the owner wouldn’t even give us a box.

Best pizza in Santa Barbara hands down. And a very cool owner and great staff. Only recommendation would be to get some good draft beer offered to go with that pizza!!!

Ok pizza… thin crust… sweet sauce… lots of toppings. Kind of pricey for what you get. But, super fast delivery. The pizza was at the door within 29 minutes

Kim Cameron, Valencia, CA I LOVE Paesano’s Pizzeria! Excellent pizza! They have a great lunch deal too, so definitely check that out! They have great ranch too, if you like to dip your pizza like I do.

After knowing about this place for years, I FINALLY dropped in for lunch. Had the two slice lunch special with a coke. It was a great deal and certainly filled me up. Being quite the pizza enthusiast and being well aware of Paesano’s stellar reputation for great pizza I think my expectations were a little on the high side. I walked out of there thinking that they over-promised and under-delivered. Not that it was bad or anything but wasn’t quite as good as by-the-slice pizza I have had at other pizza places. I am really looking forward to going back for a made-to-order pizza. A slice at lunchtime is NOT the best way to judge a pizza parlor and I want to give them the opportunity to blow my mind! But for now I will stand by my three stars and anticipate uprgrading them on my next visit.

Best pizza in all the land! Rates amongst the best NY style pizza I’ve ever had from east coast and other places in US. Amazing lunch deal, would come here almost every day for lunch. Slice, a salad and drink or two slices and a drink for $ 5(2008). Friendly staff, nice guy who is normally in there is a great graffiti artist too. Such good pizza, I can’t find anything like it in Vermont.

Ordered pizza from this place, expecting good NY style pizza, but ended up getting a very mediocre regular pizza. Nothing special about the pizza at all. The ingredients didn’t taste fresh, and it seemed like they used the toppings sparingly. We ordered delivery, and by the time we got the pizza(~1hr, though we were less than 2 miles away), the pizza tasted a bit cold. The price was a bit high for the lack in quality($ 30 for large pizza + bread-sticks). I could see this place being good for a cheap by-the-slice late night eatery for drunken passerbyers.

Craving some cheesy triangle-shaped deliciousness, we opted to check in here on our way up the 101. We were ready for the best pizza ride of our lives with all the Unilocalers’ claims that this is SB’s pizza mecca. Well, I regret to announce that SB does not know pizza!(maybe this is common knowledge to others, but we were sad to learn it only recently.) The Margarita could maybe pass as the best college cafeteria pizza, but that’s about it. Maybe good for a slice on the run when you need a quick fix, but not for a whole pie.

Hands down, awesome NY style pizza. I went here for lunch and they have an excellent lunch special. So here is the lunch special which I believe is just throughout the week: option 1: two, one-topping slices(the slices are HUGE, thin and very NY style) and a drink, option 2: one slice, one-topping with a side salad(the salad was also very large). Both specials were $ 6.50, and the ingredients were so fresh and it took less than 10 minutes to get our meals. Ranch is 50 cents extra but besides that, this place is definitely worth checking out during lunch. It is located next door to a bar, a burger shop, and lots of little bakeries. Lunch special are NOT for take out.

I’d always get the food to-go, so I’m not sure what the eatery’s actually like. The food, however, is EXCELLENT. This is one of my favorite pizza spots in Santa Barbara(infinitely better than Rusty’s. Yeah, I said it)! I never had a pizza I didn’t like here, and that’s saying something cause I’ve had A LOT of pizzas. Decent prices and excellent homemade Caesar dressing(dress up those unwanted pizza crusts with this heavenly sauce).
