FOOD: I got off my shift at 7am and was starving so I came to this drive-thru at around 7:30am. My egg mcmuffin and hash brown tasted just fine. Usual McD’s standards. SERVICE: There are 2 drive-thru lanes here, but only one was open since it wasn’t busy. The guy who took my order spoke clearly and repeated back my order. He took my cash and gave my change without any problems and was prompt. Food was ready when I got to the window. OVERALL: A-OK 3 stars for everything going as should be. Nothing absolutely spectacular and nothing absolutely wrong.

Rude worker name leticia or whatever rolling her eyes at customers, if you don’t wanna work here then please leave. Ruining other people’s day with that attitude. The late night crew is better, even though there’s one person working the whole thing sometimes, at least they can maintain a smile on their face. Very slow service, workers kind of just toss your food at you, not literally but it’s almost like that.

The word McDonalds ever. I had to wait for 15 min before asking for refund. After I told manager«thanks for wasting my time» she showed me attitude and replied«your welcome». I have visited McDonald in over 20 countries and could not even imagine this kind of customer service. I really hope this location will go out of business soon. Also I’m boycotting McDonalds after this experience.

I ordered a fish fillet sand which. So they put cheese, ketchup, mustard and onions on my sandwich. And Big Mac patties. This is ridiculous, very upset.

This place is complete garbage. We have people waiting in line and there’s no one at the register, at least you bums of a «worker» can at least tell us to wait or something but no they don’t say anything. Complete f***ing trash. Whoever is the manager here please tell your damn workers to pay attention.

I get there, order, they give me a #on my ticket when there is no one ahead of me. There is 3 people behind me one with a big party. I’m waiting to get my food, so I notice people behind me where getting their orders but not me. so after 10 minutes I asked the manager about my food. She notice they forgot my order so she asked for the receipt and gives me my food to go, when I was asked to eat in. Not only that she forgot to iclude my hash brown and when I asked for it she was giving me attitude so I just left.

Very hip McDonald’s … I hope that’s not an oxymoron. This McDonald’s has a very hip interior. Perfect for Silicon Valley. The interior design is very pleasing. The restaurant has free WiFi and also has electric outlets at many tables that seem to be designed with notebook computers or tablets in mind. The food is standard McDonald’s.
