Jack in the Box

I have gone to this jack 3 times after work at 4:00am and all 3 times they have the 24 hour drive thru on and they see the car coming up and the guy working there turns it off and wen you pull up to order he says sorry the system is down all 3 times at the same time idk if it really is down or the guy doesn’t want to work and I know it’s the same guy cuz the same red pick up truck outside

Good customer services and fast! I really enjoy the food and they’re fresh. Nothing more to say so I give them 4 stars!

This Jack kicks @$$, customer service is great. Drive thru is quick and correct. Food is always hot and fresh.

WORST jack in the box ever! Food is good sometimes but the service is awful. NEVER GO HERE AT NIGHT! Consistently horrible service. 7years ages I used to go here with my grandpa and everything was really good. Now the staff really likes to mess with the customers.
They give attitude, get your order wrong and give you a stupid look when they made a mistake. Everyone tells me they experience similar experiences when they come here.
Save your money and Skip this spot. The one in capital in San Jose is way better. I am displeased every time. The service is so bad, it made me get a new Unilocal account since I lost my old password. Come here at your own risk. Will not be returning and definitely be going to jack in the box a lot less in general.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! We were at the drive thru at about 1:30am & kept sayin hello before a man finally said «Can you hold on?!» Then we say well we’ve been waiting should’ve said something & then a girl chimes in and says «We been tellin you, you can go somewhere else.» WHO THE HELL DOES THAT! Then to make matters worse when we told her bout her rude attitude she says «Go somewhere else bitch!» Unprofessional and ridiculous. Had the inside been open she would’ve got her a** beat!

Today is our wedding day and we went to this location, they saw our car with «just married» stickers and they gave us free foods to congregation us. It was so nice, i want to say thank you to them again for their nicely service ^^

Nice place to grab a quick lunch. The food was ok and price was reasonable.

It’s gonna be a while for me to come back. I usually have no problem here but tonight the guy taking window orders was so rude!!! I asked him to give me A second to repeat My order, when he yells, «What Do You want?!» In turn I just repeated my order but because I became uncomfortable with his attitude, I just canceled my order when I got to the window and left.

Always come here if I’ve been really craving this stuff. Love the Tacos. Best Choco Shakes Ever! Customer Service Always great. Except for that time my car started to smoke up and the drive thru dude was laughing at me so I SPED AWAY. At least ask if I need help, nigga damn.

Hella friendly drive-​thru. From the voice coming out of the box to picking up my tacos. The friendliest jack I’ve been too. Lol. Had to review. I even got a free antenna topper from the guy who took my money. They’re so happy!

We stopped here for dinner after a fun filled day at Great America. Sorry but there are a lot of restaurants surrounding the perimeter of Great America so don’t feel pressured to eat expensive, sub par food inside the park!
Service was friendly and the interior was clean. The Kid said the restaurant looked like an interior of a Chinese restaurant (must be all that red). Food is ok.

$ 6.53 late night munchies starting at 9pm!

Free taco coupon on receipt but they expire SOOO soon…

Love how the entire night staff cheers when you order a «hot mess.» Great service despite the drunken night crowd.

This Jack in the Box has a scary lot if you are driving thru.
The lowdown:
1. Tight area to back out and leave your parking spot
2. You are stuck behind a line of people ordering food when you back out if there is a lot of traffic in the area
3. There are only two entrances
4. High likelihood of accidents
The food is standard, the service is mediocre and would I ever have a need to come back here? Probably not.

The late night stop for munchies. I get the grilled cheese with curly fries and a large Dr. Pepper. NOM NOM! The drive thru is pretty fast until you get to the window. They make everything to order so you have to wait for a bit at the window. I like the wait because I know they are making my sandwich and fries now instead of 20 minutes ago.
Good stop for late night food. Breakfast served all day and night. Make sure you try the mini churros. They are tasty… mmmm!

Seldom, I find myself at a fast food place that is truly spectacular, so it deserve a few words.
I was in a hurry to get to class and wanted something healthy. Nearby choices included mystery chicken nuggets and quick-​ee mart random snacks so I opted for the grilled chicken strips from Jack. After all, they are only 250 calories and are grilled! Score!
The drive through was quick, the staff was understandable and their PA system was clear unlike some drive throughs … and the food was there waiting for me before I even paid! Sweet.

Obviously this is for service and not food since most fast food places are pretty consistent food-​wise.
They always get the order wrong. ALWAYS. So annoying!

The Good: Stellar customer service! The Sourdough Jack & Curly fries.
The Bad: The breakfast items.
The Review: Have you ever been to a fast food restaurant with fantastic customer service? I have. Heck I used to work in one. When we weren’t saying ridiculous things at the drive-​thru window («Would you like to Galaxy Size that?») we were giving very good customer service. That being said, this Jack in the Box location blows our good customer service out of the water. The cashiers greet you with a smile and actually say, «Welcome to Jack in the Box, how may I take your order?» They actually say that. I never said that! They are smiling throughout, and they just really seem to care. This excellent customer service isn’t limited to inside visits, they are just as friendly and helpful at the drive-​thru. And then to top it off Jack in the Box is home to some of the best food in the fast food game.
My favorite combo is the Sourdough Jack w/​Large curly fries (and ranch sauce), and 2 tacos. This meal is delicious.
