Taco Bell

Unfortunately when I come here it takes forever to be acknowledged up front as all the focus is on the drive thru. A lot of times the order is messed up and the staff in general just seems unprofessional. Seriously thinking about just walking out.

Went in for a quick breakfast before work walked in inside the place was the most nastiest disaster storm ever it had receipts and tons and tons of trash and sauces alll over it looked like they dont even care at all to maintain the place clean there was like one employee working and i over hear her telling a guy no coffee and its only like 9am and breakfast time service dnt take too long but still dont go inside.

Once again questioning why I put myself through the trouble of coming here. Slowest fast food ever, got stuck in the drive thru that lasted 28 minutes. Was so furious how slow there service is, what a joke this place and employees are.

This place is horribly slow. I’ve been waiting 15 minutes and I’ve yet to get my food

If you want the absolute slowest, inferior and most incompetent service you’ve ever had, this is the place for you. After waiting for 35 minutes in drive through, they gave me a whopping 98¢ discount on an $ 11 meal… less than 10%. This is the last place you want to go for fast food,

Seriously the slowest service ever. Employees running in and out not seeming To know what’s going on.

I guess the fact that I don’t go inside makes a difference? I’ve always ordered from the drive-​thru and have no real complaints with the food or service. And that’s after frequenting this location maybe a dozen times, for the over 9 years I’ve lived in Santa Clarita.

If i could give 0 stars I would have. This is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been in and as someone who toured all over the country for years that is a lot of Taco Bells. I have been to this Taco Bell 4 different times now and each time it has been the same and I always say that will be my last time ever going there and after yesterday I will stick to that. It takes FOREVER to get your food at this location and yesterday was the cake topper… I waited on my to go food order for 25 minutes. It wasn’t even that busy inside. They had SEVERAL staff working but they were going at a snail’s pace as usual and cutting jokes with each other etc instead of getting business handled. I recommend staying FAR away from this Taco Bell. Although I prefer Taco Bell over Del Taco I guess I will take my future lunch visits to the Del Taco across the street and never give this Taco Bell another dime.

I mean it’s taco bell. What more can you expect the food to be? Fast and cheap. Does the job done. Although they do need to fix their box because the employee had a hard time hearing us and taking our order. That took a while

Incredibly slow drive through. Every single time. Took 14 minutes to get food. Only 4 cars ahead of me ridiculous !!!

This Taco Bell is painfully slow, slower then you average Taco Bell which isn’t the fastest lot to begin with. The employees at this location, just seem to be working in cruise control mode, with no sense of urgancy.

Tori was the worst person I have ever dealt with in my life at a fast food restaurant. So rude and tell me to relax? All I did was tell her the order was wrong. Then says «fuck» chill??? Is this the service you expect when ordering tacos? I guess so!!! And they want $ 15 an hour??? Give me a break! This place is horrible and I will never eat at Taco Bell again because of this service… I will be calling the owner and manager of this chain

Absolutely the slowest Taco Bell on the planet! 20 minutes to get a flippin taco are you kidding me? Thanks for no napkins and typically busted frozen drink machine.

Bathroom is horrible … Besides there is only one there is so seat covers for the toilet! I’m not saying the dispenser was empty there was no dispenser at all!!! And no where to change your baby so if u have a baby don’t bother coming here to eat unless your just gonna change him/​her right at the eating tables! Very inconvenient and not practical for family’s.

Fast food Americanized Mexican food. Not too many parking spots inside the barrier, but right outside there’s plenty of parking that shares with the dollar tree and kmart. Food is okay, better than the other national chain that serves thick fresh fries with their Mexican food. The menu seems to change every three months, so your favorite new item may not be there the next time. Some of my favorite items are the taco supreme and the burrito supreme. In case my new favorites aren’t there, I always order these two. Place seems fairly clean and the air conditioning is set low for the heat outside. Pepsi products for the drinks. They re did the floors and tables and chairs about a year ago, and it seems fairly modern. I would go here more than the other Mexican fast food place across the street.

This has got to be one of the nastiest taco bells I’ve ever been to in my entire life. No wonder this place has a 1.5 star review. If I could give no stars I would. So let’s start with when you first walk in. So dirty. Now I’m not talking a few tables dirty. No, I’m talking every dang table in this establishment. Like perhaps they clean once a day. Every trash can is overflowing including the one in the drive through. Next, the bathrooms. Holy hell. There was someone smoking in there! Literally lighting one up. The drink station was just as bad. It looks like someone grabbed every single lid and straw and made it rain. If your really needing to get something to eat, take the time to go ANYWHERE but here! C’mon Taco Bell. Get your shit together.

My love for Taco Bell is too real. Sometimes they accidentally put tomatoes on my gordita, but I’m reasonable and just pick them off. No big deal.
The girl taking the orders at the drive-​thru was so friendly and cheerful, and the guy at the window is always so kind and wishes you «a productive weekend!» Seriously that’s the best drive-​thru service I’ve ever had, so I just had to write a review! Thanks guys.

This place is GHETTO
Drive-​thru was busy so we went inside to a homeless person eating trash at the door. Yep she was inside in front of the door eating out the trash and spitting crap out it was so gross! Another homeless guy sleeping in the dining area. Manager eating in there too I guess on his lunch break not giving a —- the manager goes to the napkins by the condiments and blows his nose… What a waste of money remodeling this place when they have no standards. A woman took our order but the receipt had a mans name. The food was burned or soggy.
I put the rest of the food in the fridge I lost my appetite.
Del taco here I come!

It’s Saturday night.
Around midnight.
Most everything is closed.
I see Del Taco is open.
But they have that, «we don’t take no stinkin’ Credit Cards,» rule.
Probably the stupidest rule. Ever.
And I have no cash.
Thankfully the Taco Bell drive-​thru is open.
It looks totally remodeled.
Maybe the nicest looking Taco Bell I’ve ever seen.
I don’t really like Taco Bell when the sun is out.
But around midnight,
Crispy tacos and a nachos bell grande,
Are the fricken’ bomb.
