Usually i love my salads here but wtf is this salad looks like its been sitting here all day or someone ate my salad

I usually am a frequent customer at this location they have never messed up my order till today!!! I paid for something and got something completely different!!! I felt rushed at the drive through its not lunch hour or dinner time how hard is it to take a good order? The items I received were not even of equal value very disappointing.

Manager was rude and smells like shit all the time inside. Never going to this location again the best one is over by six flags never had any problems there.

Not bad for fast food. I usually order from the drive thru but will come in to sit down on occasion. Today was drive thru and my favorite go to, the spicy chicken combo. Always friendly but like many chains today, don’t forget to ask for the ketchup. I forgot today and sure enough, not there. They didn’t even bother to ask if I wanted any. Fortunately I have ketchup at home.

Definitely one of my favorite fast food places because of their health conscious menu. Their lemonade are natural, not powdered. Our favorite are the salads and the chili. Love the sea salt fries. This is our usual Sunday night hang out. Free wifi. Fast service, good food. What is there to complain? None.

So my mother and I had to pick up fast food because we were in a hurry and it was either Jack in the box or Wendy’s, so we went with Wendy’s. We went through the drive thru with a big order I have four kid’s well my children are all picky in different ways so I hate ordering from the drive thru. It never fails I always come home with something wrong well we placed our order and I warned him my list is long with special orders well the associate at the drive thru impressed my by actually repeating it correctly so we pull up and are greeted very nicely by Travis with a smile a upbeat attitude with are 5 drinks ready and marked. Now I’m really digging Travis for not having that ugh it’s the special order look. As he handed us our food and told us we are just waiting on one order so let me tell you what we have so far wow that all sounds correct now our last order is ready so we get home give everyone there order and low and behold EVERYTHING WAS 100% CORRECT. The food was fresh hot and just exactly how I ordered it. Thank you Travis for proving me wrong not all drive thru associates hear the combo number and tune you out. You were Great food was really good because it was fresh and exactly how we want it my kids said wow mom you got it all right for once. Thanks Travis and Wendy’s it’s been a long time since everyone was full happy and not mad at mom at the end of one of our fast food ventures.

New to area and been here a few times. Good is fresh and hot. Drive through no issues.

Service here is excellent everyone is hustling and getting the job done but the food here is ok for some reason after every meal I have here I feel kinda sick but that’s the price we pay when we eat fast food. The only reason they are getting 3 stars is because the service.

good for what is is I bought my son some chicken nuggets he said they were yummy. I had a water. service was friendly and promt exactly what you want from a fast food spot.

Trying their pretzel bacon cheeseburger!!!
It tasted like a normal bacon cheeseburger except the buns are pretzel-​like. Which makes the buns a little tough if you let it sit for about 10 mins before eating it. Too much dough for me.
Try it once to know, the commercial piqued my interest!
Although my son did enjoyed it very much, but he also enjoys all burgers!

So I had to Unilocal about this joint, I must say I’m not a big fan of Wendy’s but I will get naughty and order a delicious chocolate frosty
once in a while.
On their menu I noticed that there was a new shake being advertised (chocolate or vanilla) next to their original frosty (chocolate or vanilla)
So I asked the boy that was manning the drive thru; what is the difference between the frosty and the shake? Then the boy proudly says; one is a frosty and the other is a shake.
You should have seen the disaster of WTF all over my face. (as my husband is laughing)
I then asked; do they taste the same? He said well one taste like a shake and the other taste like a frosty.
Really? Did I really just have that conversation?
I gave this place 2 stars because I do love the frosty.
The challenging conversation was humorous but not star quality ‚
AND just a suggestion they might want to be a little more creative with expanding their selection.

I have a love and hate relationship with this location. Some days the food is warm (border-​line cold! No Bueno) and other days its ok. If I had to choose, stick to the location near Newhall Ranch Rd. the food tends to taste better.

It’s Wendy’s. A decent choice if the kiddies want fried food and I want to attempt to be healthy with a salad that’s more than iceberg lettuce. I particularly like the apple and pecan salad, and the kiddies always get the nuggets. Everyone usually ends up pretty happy. Plus for the Christmastime toys in the kids meal with the Toys R Us plug. It’s not Christmas until you hear the old Toys R Us theme a few times, and the little toy cell phone that my 6-​year-​old got plays it nonstop. Maybe that’s not a plus unless I’m in a good mood. Anyway, the biggest negative is the temperature: it was C-​C-​C-​COLD!
