Very a-ok. I personally think their wings are usually too small and kind of dried up, but there’s just something about wingstop that brings me back, it’s like if someone is eating wingstop you just know based off the smell. Additionally, they sell some of the best fries ever. Store could be cleaned more often – especially the tables. Their soda machine never gives the right amount of syrup for certain soda flavors. Delivery takes forever but if you drive it’s way better to order ahead and pick it up – more likely your fries won’t be cold and gross this way too. Owner is a super nice lady. They do a lot of fundraisers with UCSC so that’s really awesome.

Not worth the hype. Great customer svc and nice store but the wings are like baked wings that are fried. So it’s really impossible for them to be fried hard. Maybe I should have got boneless.

Like all the other Wingstop chains, the interior of the restaurant was the same. A little small with table and chairs with a soda machine that can make like over a hundred combination. It was Tuesday and it was 60 cents wings. I ordered 10 of them with cajun seasoned fries. The wait was about 15 minutes and got it to-go. The fries were tasty, especially with the seasoning! However, the wings were small… It seemed like a rip-off and was not the usual size that I usually get…

This place is my go to stop for wings, not to mention they have the best fries! I absolutely love the mango habanero and Louisiana rub. The only downside about this place so that it takes pretty long to get their orders out.

Staff needs hygiene training. Every time we have gone in there the staff touch nose inside and then gets our order! Yuck! Tried to resolve with franchisee but obviously they are not interested in fixing this as they never responded.

Dont bother calling anything in you will wait longer than people that show up after you and order when they get here. Pretty pathetic. Said itd be ready in 20 min took 20 to get here and been waiting for 20… Pathetic service!

You can eat some really good wings WHILE watching sports. Who woulda thought that this was possible??? :O Better than average rating due to this location’s proximity to campus.

Great stoner stop :) the fries are the best, salt and sweet is a combo that I can’t find as well done anywhere else! Nice enough staff too. Will come here when next I have the munchies.

Don’t make call in orders to this wing stop. They get the order wrong, they rush you through it, don’t offer anything. I won’t elaborate on specifics of my horrible call in experience. Just go in person, the customer service isn’t amazing it’s mediocre but at at least the only complain will be that there was a line of two people. Almost never is a line here and a small one at that.

The Louisiana rub was So GROSS ! Way too salty for any human, I can not believe they sell this. The classic was better, but my group Opted for«boneless«lame & dry & crunchy … At least it was real chicken. I know the bone-in are better, so I will leave 3 stars but if I only ever tasted that«Louisiana Rub» I would say 1star ‚ Just no.

If you’re looking for 30 minutes of wing-eating bliss, followed by an ensuing food coma that makes you regret everything in life, then Wingstop is the go-to place. Lemon Pepper and Garlic Parmesean are two of my favorites. Fries are always good, and the soda machine has every possible soda combination you can think of. Compared to other locations, I always felt like this Wingstop had bigger wings. A 10-wing combo here is much tougher to tackle than 10-wing combos at other locations. Regardless, Wingstop has and always will be a guilty pleasure spot for anyone.

We ordered the mango habanero, Louisiana rub, and hickory smoked BBQ wings, as well as one side each of coleslaw, beans, and potato salad plus 2 rolls. The wings were actually excellently cooked, with a perfect crispiness to them. The different flavors were distinct and very good, apart from one thing… EXTREME saltiness. Like, we couldn’t even finish the Lousiana rub wings because they were so insanely salty. I had to take home leftovers and put them in some lettuce to eat as a salad to cut down the salt, that’s how bad it was. It’s a shame because otherwise the wings were very nicely cooked with good flavor. The potato salad and coleslaw were good but nothing special. The beans however were very good, with a unique Bourbon flavor to them. I’d honestly go back just for the beans. The rolls don’t look special but were actually very nice and fluffy. The only reason I’m giving this place less than 4 or 5 stars is because all of the flavors of wings were almost inedibly salty. If you like super salty food, you’d probably be ok.

lol I did the online delivery. First off I didn’t order cold chicken which is exactly what I got. Supposedly our driver left 15 minutes after I had to call after an hour to see where our food was. Secondly, I didn’t know there is a «90 minute wait» after every online order. The girl who answered the phone was super rude, and was very«matter of fact.» It’s just hilarious cause of ridiculous it is, like seriously, don’t offer a delivery service when you can’t handle it. Defiantly the last time dealing with that ridiculousness. If I could I wouldn’t give them a star at all.

I know that there are sometimes situations one can’t control or things just get super busy, but bruh, if you get so busy you, maybe, forget an order that was placed nearly 2 hours ago and I call you, please don’t bullshit the customer. Tell me you forgot. Don’t tell me it is ‘literally out the door’ and then 30 minutes later when I call again, say ‘actually it is literally out the door right now’. Bruh. Not only that, but the woman who took my calls was so rude and hung up on me to avoid my inquiry when it was only the 2nd time I called. I literally gave this Wingstop 1 hour benefit of the doubt before I got upset enough to call. I have ordered from this Wingstop on 3 separate times and each time the food literally took 2 + hours to arrive. I think it’s safe to say this Wingstop will no longer be for me. If you’re looking for quick delivery, this is not it.

Ah.Wingstop. It is what it is. You go there if you want greasy wings and fries, and if you’re prepared for a possible food coma. I get the most random cravings for it, and I think anyone who likes wings is a fan. My absolute favorite flavors are the BBQ, original hot, and garlic parmesan. The BBQ is great if you like lots of sauce. The original hot is a little less saucy, but reminds me of buffalo wings the most(they’re also pretty spicey). The garlic parmesan doesn’t really have a sauce so they’re a little dry, but delicious. Their fries are also to die for. Lots of seasoning. And they offer ranch and honey mustard to go along with them. Then, of course you gotta go for the huge soda machine. This particular Wing Stop has always been a good one. Nice service, a little slow to finish the meal, but you always get exactly what you ask for. Which should be wings!

*Atmosphere: SPORTY. LOVEIT. The shop is like a rectangle. Walking into the shop… Left = Kitchen and Right = Tables + TV. The tables are kept pretty clean for a chicken wings, sauce everywhere type fast food place. *Food: we ordered the 15 piece COMBO and usually you’re only suppose to get ONECUP but we got 2 :) Yay! We got 2 flavors: Garlic Parmesan & Original Hot. I like spicy so I ordered the Mango Habanero sauce on the side. It is so DELICIOUS! If you like spicy then definitely try the Mango Habanero. The fries this time were a bit too SALTY :(but…they weren’t mushy which I like. Mango Habanero: D *spicy*

First things first: their service is awesome. They are always very cool and cordial to their patrons, no matter how«Santa Cruz» the patrons happen to be. You know the type… the guy that comes with his scooter partner who can’t mutter a complete sentence thanks to a blue-pill induced muffled voice box c/o his visit to the San Lorenzo River drum circle… or the girl that comes in dressed in partially-reconstructed parachute she upcycled into a poor excuse for a [toga] skirt from a recently discarded find from the middle school down the road. Anyway, the staff is awesome. Trust me. If you go with anything except the Atomic wing flavor on your wings, you are a female reproductive organ which rhymes with ‘Justin Beiber.’ Understand. My two cents.

Just went to the togos off of Mission Street . great to have one on the west side of Santa Cruz . the staff is friendly and the sandwich was fresh and great like always. So glad I can get a sandwich on the westside without having to go to subway.
