Jamba Juice

While I don’t live in the area, I was nearby this morning, and stopped here instead of going to another juice bar.
I asked for a green juice with ginger and beets. No beets in the store. The cashier said that she would have to give me a larger cup to compensate for the ginger. I said that she didn’t need to give me a larger glass, just don’t put so much of something else in (you know, like at a normal juice bar). The bill came out to just under $ 10 for a juice that is normally $ 8 at Whole Foods (I think there was an extra charge for their ginger).
I turned around, not really paying attention after she started juicing the greens. A few minutes later, I saw my drink being poured from a blender. They blended the juice. Blended it. Let me repeat. Jamba Juice BLENDED the juice. Not smoothie. Juice.
I asked her why she did that and she said that that’s what they do when they juice greens — WHAT?
Let me explain, when you blend juice, you’re heating it up and bringing the juice from it’s natural state, which basically reduces the amount of nutrients.
I realize I was at a fast food juice bar, however when one orders a $ 10 juice they should get a juice with some kind of integrity. Frustrated, and without time to ask for another drink, I left, generally annoyed.
The drink did not taste like ginger, and it seemed like it was primarily cucumber (watery), so there weren’t really very many nutrients in the drink anyway.
After my experience at this Jamba Juice, I will not be returning to any other store with this logo, even in a pinch. Minute Maid may be more nutritionally sound.
The girl was nice, however the quality of the product was seriously lacking. Please train the people working in your store in how to make juice.

When I order my drinks I’m very careful and how I asked for it and the girl gave me the drinks wrong and said oh well the girl messed up and I was okay well I didn’t ask for it like that so then she FINALLY said with an attitude what you want me to remake it? I Said yes. She didn’t even add the boost that I paid for horrible customer service and through it all I was kind never going back

Cool spot good juice fresh, my 4yr old loves carrot/​orange juice. The customer service is great the girl was nice I like that they ask for I.D. If you use a credit card over a certain amount. More places need to do so. Great Greens is really good as well. Clean plenty of seating inside and out and restroom for customers.

I love Jamba Juice! The décor is clean cut and the service is good. I usually get the matcha green tea blast or peanut butter chocolate love. I have the rewards app and I think it’s totally worth it.

Top three complaints:
1) they only filled ²⁄₃ of my cup :(other Jumba Juices fill near the top
2) didn’t taste the same as when I order from other Jumba Juices
3) wait time is longer than most Jumba Juices
Other than that, nice people…

Where do I start… this store is very inconsistent. My juice taste different every time. There is always new employees working there. I rather drive to brea where I know my juice will taste the same every time I visit.

Always the BEST service, I come here often because I live close and ALL of the workers have taken the time to learn my name and greet me by my name everytime I come here and know exactly what I’m going to order so I don’t even have to tell them. I feel so welcomed here and love coming here. I will definitely keep coming back as long as they keep up their amazing night service! Not only is their service good they are also very quick no matter how many customers they have they have everyone’s drunk out within five or less minutes of ordering no one waits forever for their drinks and I absolutely love quick and friendly service!

Ordered a chunky strawberry that wasn’t chunky at all… it pretty much was a smoothie with toppings on top of it. The girls were really nice but the quality wasn’t what I was expecting at all. Jamba Juice has increased their prices a lot over the years and I beginning to feel like it’s not worth it anymore. Probably will do my own blending from now on.

I went to get my daughter a cucumber orange cooler with cayenne pepper, well it turned out to be to hot she couldn’t even drink it! What a waste of money! I was watching him make the drink and when he put in 3 scoops of pepper I thought wow that’s a lot but I figured he knew what he was doing sense he worked there. Boy was I wrong! Word of advice learn how to make your drinks!

This review is based on multiple visits. The staff is friendly, the orders are correct 99% of the time. I only had an issue once where the Aloha Pineapple tasted as if the pineapple had gone bad and I went back to change my drink and got a bit of sarcasm from the employee. I notified Jamba that there was a possibility their product may have gone bad and let them know that I wasn’t too thrilled at the sarcasm I received especially with the events happening now a days with food poisoning, salmonella outbreaks, etc and management responded quickly and in a very courteous manner so I appreciated that. You can call in orders for pick, or use their app too (but that takes longer). Glad Jamba Juice came to this neck of the woods.

Great place for smoothies. Ask for Lorenzo. He’s way to helpful.
He suggested the Wheatgrass shot for my cold. Also he recommended the ginger shot for my digestive system.

Came to Jamba Juice with my boyfriend and the woman at the register was very polite and friendly. We ordered our drinks and everything was fine.
15 minutes passed and our name was still not called. We saw two drinks at the counter, but again, our name or drink names were not called out. My boyfriend goes to the counter and asked which drinks those were. Another female employee proceeds to tell us that those were the drinks we ordered. WHY WOULDN’T YOU CALL THE NAME OUT? She did it for the orders before us? Anyways, by the time we got our drinks they were melted and watery. NOT COOL JAMBA JUICE. 2 stars for the friendly girl at the register. Would not come back.

I’ve had better at other locations, this one was sour and watered down, never go back. I should’ve just went to food 4 less and bought popsicles.

Terrible. I have ordered a few times from this Jamba Juice and every time without fail I get massive chunks in my drink. Today my smoothie was blended and poured into my cup halfway before the worker realized it was not blended completely but instead of blending the whole drink again he just blended the part in the blender. They are the most lazy location I have been to. Very unimpressed and unsatisfied.

Great service there always happy always saying hello Rosie is pretty funny these workers all seem to enjoy there job it’s always a pleasure coming here plus there really fast I come here for my lunch break and they handle my order quickly and with a smile. Great job on the manager keeping the staff happy and giving out great service I’ll be back again to enjoy a smoothie and the staffs company.

This Jamba Juice is on point. Service is excellent and the quality of the ingredients are superb. Definitely a new lunch option for the day.

I have the flu i got the energy to come to jamba juice i havent been in years because i like my drinks super thick and they dont get them right at other locations but i juat felt today would be different and it was amazing i even told the manager who made my deink i loveeeeeee him i maybe sick but i have a REAL REASON TO SMILE NOW THANKS JAMBA JUICE ILL BE BACK TOMORROW

You get a whiff of the sweet smell of fresh fruit as you open the door and as you walk through the door you get a super friendly welcome. This Jamba Juice is nice, airy, bright and really clean and you quickly get a welcoming feel. From fresh fruit smoothies, too fresh squeezed juices, to their new cold pressed juices you are sure to find something that is cool, refreshing, and healthy.

This store would be a much better store if the manager treated his people better. He’s unprofessional. Just watch staff turnover.
He’s got good people despite his shortcomings. However, these good people only tolerate so much unprofessionalism.

They’re super friendly here. Upon entering both girls greeted me and had smiles on their face. I’m just happy that there’s a Jamba Juice by work now.
With any Jamba Juice location, the drinks are consistent and well made. The location is very modern and nice.
I love that they have their new cold pressed juices to take with me for later, and the «make it light» choice for the smoothies takes away some of the calories and sugar.
The only reason I gave them four stars is because they forgot my boost when they made the drink, but I’ll attribute it to a lot of them being new and still getting used to things.
I’ll definitely be a regular here.
