This has got to be the slowest Jack in the Box drive– thru I have ever been to. Spent a whole 7 minutes waiting. Why? The crew was very unsystematic. She stood there chatting with her manager while waiting for my sandwich instead of giving me the drinks and getting my payment already. Theeeeen, they gave me 5 pcs of chicken nuggets instead of 10! So I knocked on her window again to ask why there were only 5, she said because they don’t have the box for nuggets. I mean lady, you can put them in 2 different bags because I paid for 10 chicken nuggets. I can’t even argue that because she did not give me my receipt. With all the bad reviews, the management has not done a thing to either train and terminate their very inefficient and rude staff. Never again!

I never really am the type of person to complain or even want to write a review on customer service but this being my second or third time receiving bad service at this location I thought I’d rant on. I don’t know about anyone else but I like to have a ranch(buttermilk) with most of my food at jack in the box. So when I ask for one extra I don’t expect to get a look or get attitude for asking for extra sauce I am a paying customer so getting rude snotty looks for asking is not what these employees and managers should be doing. I’m really surprised this place hasn’t closed down because of all the bad things people have to say about this place . My sister and I just left the location about 30 minutes ago and the both of us were very un happy. While we were still at the drive thru window we had told the manager that she had forgotten one of our fries and she looked at us as if we were lying so I said if she’d like to look in the bag to see and the manager said«yes» I thought this was very rude we weren’t looking for a hand out of a small order of fries, sorry. We just want what we ordered. Long story short DONOTBUYFROMTHISLOCATION.

Horrible service and management. A breakfast platter for my niece was charged and never received. went back and unprofessional manager argued that it was. Turned out that service worker admitted she did not put it in the order. We are not the type of people who want a handout or something free, only what we paid for and ordered. Rediculous. Do not eat here. very unprofessional and customer service is horrendous. They finally gave us the remaining order owed to us without any apology. Management needs to go.

A worm in my fiancé food at this location ! We have a video where we found this worm not sure if the meat on the burger was old or what the issue was… We simply wanted our money back and guess what … This place couldn’t even refund our money the so called manager only offered a coupon for a free meal… Can you believe that do you think we wanted a free meal we don’t want food at all from this place. We simply wanted our money back this place is terrible I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone. But this place has got to go. Poor customer service couldn’t even fix the problem. Even corporate couldn’t respond to our concern of the worm in his food. Would give this 0 stars

Kind of surprised at the horrible reviews this location has. Fortunately, I’ve never had bad service here and I’ve been here a hand full of times. I sometimes drive out of my way to this location just to avoid the BAD service that the Leffingwell/Telegraph location gives. My food is always hot/fresh, and my «special» orders/requests haven’t been screwed up yet!

horrible customer service and they are liars… wasted all my time to get there and buy food and you ask if you can have your soda they give you the evil eye. also the girl who was there at 2:16pm on 7÷31÷15 was very rude and has no interpersonal skill nor customer service he should be fired or at very least reprimanded… i will never go to this place again and will advise my friends and family of the same…

I walked into this jack in the box hungry ready to eat a chicken sandwich. I walk in and stand for approximately 40 seconds not one person behind the counter acknowledged me. The manager was counting change at the register so I understand his distraction, but the girl with the fake long eyelashes next to him looked at me walking in and stared at me without even saying, «hi, we will be with you in a second». I know they’re getting paid $ 9 an hour but it doesn’t cost to have manners!

I came here at 1:43 am today and it clearly states that they are open until 2. Someone whoever was working decided that they were going to serve us. We knew someone was inside because there was only one car parked in the parking lot. So me being as hungry as I am, drive all the way across town to another jack in the box, wasting my gas and my time because someone felt like the decided they wanted to close shop up a little bit early. If I could rate this location with 0 starts I would.

Havent been to this location in a long time. It has gone down hill with everything. I could not even understand the lady working and she didn’t seem too happy. I got mozarella sticks and they no longer have mariana sauce. How is that? What else do you eat with it?! I asked her and she like idk we have ranch. yuck! Also the chicken was gross and my husband got the grilled cheese cheeseburger and the cheese wasnt even melted. I guess thats what you get with fast food.

Someone please teach these people how to make a Southwest Chicken Salad! Website shows it made with iceberg, romaine and spring mix lettuce. What did I get? A handful of chopped iceberg and 1 leaf of spring mix that looked like it had been walked on. I took it back and asked them to remake it. 5 very long minutes later the cashier finally comes out with my salad. WTF?! Same thing minus the 1 leaf of dead lettuce. I said screw it and started eating and then realized that I just paid almost $ 6.00 for this piece of crap! I coulda went across the street to El Pollo or Chipotle! I took it back and told the shift manager the problem. I even showed her the damn photo of the salad from the website. Her response? «The lettuce is brown»…“RIGHT. You gave me dead lettuce the first time and now I’m eating chunks of iceberg that costs .19! Why didn’t you just say you didnt have any salad mix?!” She looked at me like a deer in headlights. No answer… just a blank stare. At this point I just wanted to get the hell out of there. She gave me my money back without hesitation. This whole thing could’ve been avoided had they said they were out of salad mix when I ordered. Simple.

Bad location, hard to get out of being on the busy corner of Telegraph and Carmenita. Maybe that is why their service is so good… they want to keep their patrons coming back. This is the fastest Jack in the Box that I have been too so far.
